This location needs serious attention. The manager is so unprofessional. She’s always on her personal phone (speaker) with her daughter that speaks with horrible vulgar language. There’s always a line running to the back of the store. There’s racks to stock the shelves are just sitting in the aisle and the store is so nasty. I HATE going in this store 😡😡😡😡

Elle and Terry followed my friends and I around the store the whole time. Elle had the nerve to ask if any of us had on a backpack when it was very obvious none of us did. Felt uncomfortable and harassed.

Wonderfull customer service.and they have name brand vape mod ,s wonderfull vape juice.they also have Glass for tanks and coils and lots of either stuff you might need.😃

Come here often but not anymore. Staff friendly but severely overworked. Store is absolutely filthy. Disgusting. Always a huge line with only one register open. Consistently out of stock of major food items. Its obvious DG doesn't care about its customers or staff

I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but…This Dollar General has VERY much so gone down hill in the last year. Nothing is ever stocked, staff are not helpful and offer hardly any customer service.As someone that goes to this location a few times a week, I am able to say these workers obviously don’t care too much about the customers. I’m talking about to the point where it is questionable if they even have regard for themselves.That fact alone is sad and overall creates a frustrating environment to shop in.DG if you are reading this, please send in some form of intervention. Your employees need it, and your customers will start putting their money towards places where they don’t feel like an inconvenience to.

Very clean store and smiling staff. Always greeted upon entering. Decent selection of grocery items. Inexpensive wine selection is good. Bread products have never been stale or old. Motor oil prices are better than the auto parts store.

The 1 star is for whoever owns this store, get these folks some help. The cashiers are overworked and the store is in bad shape. Pay your employees a decent wage and get them some help.

Love the place, love the people, the lost star is for corporate. The store is always hot no matter who complains. The employees are always sweaty and miserable. Understaffed on truck days, and they need a remodel, a bigger store. It's a wonder how they fit all their merchandise out on the floor.

Very helpful, a clean store compared to others. Low on staff as always... But the staff will go out of there way to make sure you find what you are looking for. If they do not have your product in stock, they know it and suggest other items. Would give it 5 stars , but lack of employees brings it down one.

I'm not sure who the store manager is but there was only one checker with over 17 people in line. I think they can probably use another checker or 2 especially during the holiday season.

Super cluttered. It has good stuff however it's hard to find things because nothing is organized and boxes are filling the isles to where you cant really get through. Also its filthy who ever cleans (if it ever gets cleaned) doesnt do their job well.

This place is always a mess! Don't bother even grabbing a shopping cart, you can't turn anywhere. Either they order too much or no one stocks the shelves. Half of the time you can't grab what you need because boxes are blocking it and it's not my job to move it.

I enjoy this store being so close to home and carrying many needed products for a short trip to the store, since we do not have any bigger stores around. The staff has really stepped up their game in organizing the store. Thank you and the staff is always kind. However, the only thing that I do not like is that the only brand of milk that is carried is Oakfarms. And, since Oakfarms has been under scrutiny recently, I refuse to purchase OakFarm milk/dairy products. It would be nice if they carried another brand.

Dollar General has always been hit or miss for me over the years. Until we moved to Sanger. The ladies in here and guys remember your name and always help. ALWAYS. This location is top shelf and it's never a beat down to run in there. Never thought I'd be giving DG a 5 star but these people working at this location have earned it. 😎

Went in the store today. Stuff all over and blocking the aisle's. Please let the company know that the people who are responsible for the store allow overtime and come in early. The store is a mess.

This is the store my family frequents most and I must admit they are not always on top things it truly depends on who is working but my last 2 visits the cashiers and stockers have went above and beyond with helping me find products and telling when I can expect products to be stock when they are not I must say I appreciate that very much and I applaud yall for doing the best to sell and keep me informed on products I want so I know when to come back in. Y'all deserve a pad on the back girls.

They were stocking the store so the aisles were extremely over crowded and some of them you couldn't even walk down, but everytime I needed help it didnt matter which employee I asked, everyone of them were very friendly and super helpful.

Customer service needs work. They don't speak to their customers. I go in here sometimes and they do the same thing everytime. They should be more friendly and not just worry about stocking their product.

Snacks at great prices. Beer to baby food. Huge variety. Locals shop here, but a great place to stock up for a trip to the lake. Friendly service.

Hours online and the door say they open @7am. Showed up at 7:35am, all the lights in the store are on, but the doors locked, and no one answering the phone. 3 cars in the parking lot waiting to get in. Trying to shop local, but this sure makes it hard to do.

Sanger's Dollar General needs to get better organization. There is always stuff everywhere from totes with products to dolly's full of product. You can barley get around in a basket in that store.

Decent dollar store for a small town. Could use a deep cleaning and organizing. However it is accessable and has a variety of products for such a small town as I mentioned.

The employees are very friendly and seem to know their store well. If I couldn't find something all I had to do was ask and had an employee tell me exactly where it was down to which area, side of row, and shelf.
