Absolutely EXCELLENT care! I saw vet in Austin and these guys in San Saba are the genuine VETS! They CARE MORE THAN CARE for your pets. They are honest and WOW i am BLOWN away how great they are! Highly recommend them for your pet care.

got my little 16yr old terrier in the next day for a nail clip. they were so gentle and calming to him when he's ALWAYS disliked people. great price but the attention they gave my fella was most important. even if just for a nail trim.place was clean and all the staff were very friendly

Great Vet and Team, We had our Boxer in for a procedure. They were Awesome on the phone and even better in person. When we arrived to pick him up we saw that he had received a Complimentary Pedicure. Wonderful small town facility!

Such an outstanding vet hospital. I have a terminal animal who needs to be made as comfortable as possible until she decides it is time. I felt so supported and understood in this approach. I really think the vets here are some of the best. This is not a frou-frou clinic because they treat small and large animals, but it’s the real deal in terms of knowledge and compassion. I feel much more at ease knowing my Piper is in their hands now.

They are amazing!!!! So helpful and always send letters when it's time for more vaccinations so you don't have to keep such a close eye on it! The staff are very sweet! They always give my dogs treats and make them so comfortable that they have no idea that they've even had a shot! Highly recommend!

I did enjoy that they took care of my pet but the way she handled him going to the back seemed very inhumane the way she dragged him to the back by choker where I got upset and just picked up my dog and carried him back there. They do have great customer service other than that one individual maybe she was having a bad day I have no clue but still someone's pet is their part of their family like mine is so it was kind of upsetting to see him drug the way he was.

Best vet ever! Grizzly had been injured by trying to herd the car. He had a broken jaw. Our dog is not people friendly, but they helped him and took care of him even though Grizzly was kind of a jerk.❤

These are great people. Dr, Keys came out to our place 25 miles away at 1030 pm to help a down cow this past spring. And yesterday they fit us right in between patients with a snake bit dog emergency.

Our little dog is a West Highland Terrier mix who was abandoned on the road and rescued by the Adopt A Pet agency. He had heart worm, hook worms and a few other problems. After the excellent treatment at San Saba Animal hospital he is like a different dog. In a couple of weeks he will be scheduled for hip surgery from a wound inflicted when he was a puppy. If you are looking for a place that will give your pet compassionate and expert medical care, this is the place. Highly recommended.
