I love Harry's so much. I've been coming to San Saba since I was a baby and the leather smell takes me back every time. They have super high quality clothes and boots, and while I rarely buy, it's amazing just to browse. They have a wide selection of high-quality jewelry as well, and a large clearance rack for my fellow cheapskates ;) I would definitely recommend stopping by, even if you're just window shopping.

I love Harry’s! A San Saba classic! The smell of leather that hits you the moment you walk through the door brings back only good memories. While I mostly go to Harry’s to window shop, their products are so fun to examine and look at.

We love Harry's boots! Multiple generations in our family have Harry's boots on our feet. The prices are competitive and the selection is huge. I bring out of state visitors here for a real Texas experience!

Would have given more stars if the staff would have gotten off of their phones and helped me . Thursday, November 30, 2022 at around 10:15 am ..Walked in and 2 girls behind the counter were all on their phones and didn’t even look up . I had to ask for help and she didn’t even try and show me she just pointed and then got back on her phone . Maybe y’all should have a no phone policy while employees are at work . So sad ..

Legendary. If you haven't bought boots at Harry's, you need to. The store is gigantic by even Fort Worth TX standards. One whole section for kids, 1-2 sections for women, 1 whole section for Men's, and an entire upstairs with hats ranging from $50 to $1,000. Boots ranging from $60 kids boots to $1,000+. All the sizes, all the styles. I was going to buy some work boots here but just couldn't find what I need (but found plenty I **WANTED**). This is not the last time we will visit San Saba (or Harry's). My daughter is 10 and has bought four pairs of boots in her life (3 of the 4 now from Harry's). It's a Texas thing.

Harry’s is superior to all other retail stores. The staff was genuine and so helpful. Patient with us trying to find the right size for my toddler. The store was so organized and clean! Not surprised because we have always loved this store!! If Chick-fil-a and Harry’s Boots joined forces, they could run the world!

Fantastic store in a cool Hill Country town. The selection is great, associates are helpful, and the pricing isn't bad either. As someone with a big foot, it's nice to walk in and know you can find boots in your size.I always leave room in my suitcase to bring a pair home.P.S. Check out the hats on the second floor

Down from North Dakota to do some volunteer work and stopped by to grab some boots and clothes. Place was a real surprise. Didn't expect to see the best western store I've ever seen in by random chance. Totally recommend the store, actually the whole town is awesome..

I drove 2 hours specifically for a hat, and their hat shaper is off on Saturdays. Come on Harry's, no hat shaper on a Saturday when you get the most traffic through the door.

Beautiful store with an amazing selection, came into the store and wasn’t greeted. We walked around without ever receiving any service. Only had two interactions with sales associates, one being when I walked to the register to ask where I could find a certain item and then again when checking out. It’s a Friday afternoon and the store was slow, with at least four sales assistances inside. My girlfriend bought a pair boots, however she was never offered socks, A boot jacket, help with sizing, or any help at all after spending about 45 minutes in the store.

Three of us ladies took a day trip excursion and stopped in the shop. Nice store, wide variety of items. However, one of the young salesclerks followed us everywhere we went and watched us like a hawk. Not once did she smile, ask us if we needed assistance. She just followed us. Perhaps a little training is due on customer service. We spent our money elsewhere.

Very nice place. They have a large variety of Twisted X and Ariat shoes. Cute women's clothes and a very large staff to assist you. The best selection of men's dress jackets I've seen.

Good place to visit even if you are not in the market for boots/hats/clothes. It’s in a historic building and it is interesting to see. They have a great selection of boots (rooms for men’s women, and children) as well as a loft for hats. We ended up getting a pair of boots and a hat (they had all different price ranges). Nice to see a traditional business still running strong.

Best western store in Texas...if you’re close by (within 100-150 miles) you need to stop by here more boots / western clothes than any store I’ve ever been too. As a side note San Saba is a beautiful city with lots of stuff to see and do.

This a beautiful store with excellent products, but make sure you completely understand how boots fit before you buy from them. I did not understand the finer points and the person working in the boot room on the Saturday afternoon when I shopped offered me no fitting help. In addition she was not knowledgeable about the boot materials, etc and could not answer many questions. It turned out to be a $500 purchasing mistake for me because although the boots seemed fine in the store, they did not have enough toe room and they’re excruciatingly painful to wear for more than 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I had already worn them on the sidewalk before I realized they were a poor fit, and now they’re unsuitable for return. Sadly, I have a nice pair of Lucchese boots that I will never be able to wear. This could have been avoided had there been a helpful person on staff.

I was online trying to find a specific pair of Twisted X boots. Every place i tried was out of stock. I called Harry's Boots and spoke with Diana, she was so helpful and courteous and went and pulled the boots from the shelf and sent me a picture of them so i could rest assured that i was buying the boots that i was looking for. I live in Lubbock Tx. but ya'll have definitely earned my business. And to top it off, there was also a can koozie and a pen and a thank you note for my purchase in the box. GREAT PLACE, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. HARRY'S BOOTS ROCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great selectionThey have things that other places dont.Actually went there to do some work for them and left with a comfortable pair of Ariats. They also have some really cool hats as well.The ladies that work there are very nice and sweet. Seem like great people.

We visit San Saba from Austin to get pecans and saw this place and decided to go in. We ended up buying a hat. To make a long story short they took the hat from us to take to the counter so we wouldn't have to carry it around and could continue to shop. What a mistake that was they ended up selling us the wrong hat. I called them when we got home and realized that we had the wrong one and the sales lady knew exactly who I was and continually apologized for making a mistake. We drove all the way back which is 77 miles in a hurry as they were closing thinking they would make it right and give us a discount, but when we got back there they wanted to blame it on us. The manager claims they looked at the security cameras and that we pointed at the wrong hat which is a total lie. I refuse to buy from a dishonest business and would encourage others to do the same.

I ordered an inexpensive old timer atwood straw hat and they sent it to me in a nice box with a handwritten note to come visit them in San Saba. What a classy touch.
