I'm new to Sam's and live alone so I never joined. There was a 1/2 price deal on membership so I'm giving it a try. So far, very nice lady at entrance helped me with scan and go and it's super easy. Lower prices and closer than regular store so I'm very pleased.

(The Taste and Tips Employees on the floor are amazing) but the higher ups it’s another story!!!! The way Joanna and Marla treat the employees on the floor is ridiculous and blows my mind how people could be so rude to an employee and mistreat them the way they do the amount of attitude they always give these poor employees is horrible but they continue to hand out samples with a smile on their face and still get treated like dirt by these two women

Experience with the vision center has not been all great. I ordered contacts on the 18th of April and was told they would be delivered 3 to 5 business days. I call back the following Thursday the 25th and was told we should receive then Friday. Still nothing Saturday morning. I called to see what is going on and was told they were on back order and will be here Monday April 29th. We'll that is way past 5 days and now I have to pay for shipping to get them to my husband that will be gone Monday morning. I guess once the new Costco is open I will no longer be dealing with Sam's. What poor customer service.

Love coming to Sam's. Whenever we need bulk items, they have what we need. The new scan and go app makes it easier to pay and not wait in a long line.

This Sam's Club is not upto the standards I have been used to. Purchased a whole tenderloin it was the absolute worst cut of meat! Especially at the PRICE. I thought in Texas I would get great cuts of meat. Guess I will have to go back to Wyoming or Phoenix to get good cuts. So so disappointing.

It is clean and well stocked! However, the auto floor sweeper needs to move out of the way when parked in front of freezer doors, so frustrating!

Great big box store. It was very clean and well organized, considering this was Friday before Christmas. They were out of Decaf coffee and my favorite green tea bags.

I advise ordering online (if you don’t mind someone else picking out your produce) and definitely using the SCAN AND GO app. This place was EXTREMELY busy, and the aisles were congested. The store was clean, well stocked, and easily accessible off 1-35.

You definitely can find good deals here. Just fair warning ⚠️ don't expect to have a clean restroom everytime I've gone the restrooms are trashed. . . Also I'm not fond of being checked at the exit to make sure I paid for things. You would think having a membership would count for something.

Always clean and well stocked. Friendly people and very helpful. One downside is when cashers offer upgrades and credit cards during checkout. If someone accepts the offer, it slows everything down.

The cashier in the cafe/concession, Justice or Justyce, area was very rude to me. I politely said hello with a smile to greet her after I had patiently waited in line. She stared at me blank faced with no response. I proceeded to place my order. She didn't ask me what I wanted nor did she even read me my total. It was a completely silent and disturbing transaction. I'm a military veteran with physical and mental disabilitie. I was just trying to be friendly. I get WAY BETTER customer service anywhere else. How sad that this is the treatment received from a paid membership.

Why don't you place a sign saying yogurt machine isn't working. So people don't have to wait in line, with ONLY 2 people working the counter. Maybe have more people working the counter. Costco does a much better job.

Robert in the Optical Department was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met. He even gifted me a free yogurt parfait from the café for a promotion they had going. Thank you again Robert your terrific customer service and kindness, it definitely did not go unnoticed.

This is a good place to shop. Prices are fair especially when you get those items that are marked down. It's easy to get around and with self serve I can get out fairly quickly. Foor in the cafeteria is good and cheap. I also use the pharmacy which I love. Personnel are good and friendly. I prefer Costco because they have better and more products. However, Sam's is closer and is usually my goto.

I love the Sam's Cafe, I get a large pepperoni pizza like every week, i came in at 6:30pm, and the line took so long, by the time I got to speak to the Cafe Employee, they told me they weren’t making pizzas anymore because they close in 5 minutes. I told him I was standing in line for 25 minutes, but he said “we still close in 5 minutes.” I guess it was a hard day at the cafe. Paying for the membership can only do so much.

I actually go to Sam's Club a lot. Never had a bad experience yet. Good customer service and friendly. They usually have a good selection and great buys.

Sam's Club is a great place to shop, membership is very reasonable. Many items, but not all, are bulk; giving you a chance to save $$$.The optical dept. Has a wide variety of frames at great prices and turnaround time to get your glasses.Want great outdoor furniture, they have. Plus BBQ grills, Christmas decor (in season) Clothing, books, magazines; food selections & snacks galore. Pharmacy is very quick, Pharmacist very helpful.Tire service is good service. Great wine as well as party trays. No running into other shoppers, as aisles are wide and clear, I think I have just about summed it up except hungry? The deli has great pizzas 🍕frozen yogurt, burgers etc. Fountain drinks, coffee ☕and more. Enjoy!! One of my favorite places to shop.

Friendly staff. My only issue is having to go through the app for outside delivery. Walmart has a number to call when one arrives for outside pickup.

We always enjoy shopping at Sam's. Lately I have not been able to find mens disposable briefs for men. I use to be able to find them at Sam's but not anymore. I order them on line at times but I might be willing to go look at Costco. I need these for my son who had a stroke. Other than that it's fun at Sam's. 👍

Great store!! Employees are helpful when needed and the store is tidy and laid out well, easy to figure out where things are. Id love to see more low sugar/sugar free options.

We wish we could give more stars for Robert Williams in Optical! While one of his customers was on hold with insurance, Robert had us fill out the paperwork, and called us when he was ready even after the normal business hours. He was so kind to do this for us! His professionalism and customer service was above and beyond. We will definitely be back!
