I had never heard of this place before. We adopted a 3 month old GS & PB mix puppy who seriously needed some manners. We did the 10 day, on-site training program at 6 months and are extremely happy. Melissa (Mel) is fantastic. Super with the dog and the owners. :-) Highly recommend this place!!

Highly Disappointed with Pets and Moore. Over the past several years, I’ve used their boarding and grooming services with no issues. I boarded two dogs from 2/24/24 to 3/5/24. They stayed in the same space during their stay. One dog weighs 5 lbs and the other one weighs 10 lbs. I called and made the reservation several months in advance with a long time employee. I dropped the dogs off on 2/24/24 with the owner. I picked up both dogs on schedule and was shocked at the excessive boarding charges. I questioned the cost and was told the prices increased by $20 a night for both dogs. I paid the bill and was charged an extra $30 because I paid with a credit card. Later that day after looking at the website confirming the price of $40 for the first dog and $24 for the second dog, I called and explained that based on the information on the website, I was over charged $220. The employee apologized and said she would discuss the situation with the owner. The employee called me back and said the marketing company made a mistake. There were multiple opportunities to provide updated pricing information to a “regular customer” however, neither the employee nor the owner let me know about the increased boarding costs. I relied on previous experience and the information on the website. The employee apologized; however, neither she nor the owner honored the price on their website. I will never take any of my pets to Pets and Moore in the future.

We have been here multiple times and have always had great experience with them. However, the last time that we brought my Aussie there they practically gave her a buzz cut. Since they gave her such a short cut, it broke her under coat on the back and now it will never grow normally again. We asked for a summer cut not a buzz cut, so we were very disappointed. If you bring your Aussie here for a haircut, make sure that they leave atleast 1/2 inch to avoid damage to their undercoat.

I actually work at Pets and Moore and I love this business. Andra and the team care so much about each and every pet that comes through there. My dog, Bella, loves to come with me to work and day board there. All the pets get so much attention, get played with, can get sunshine if they want, and there's options for them to go swimming!! Overall, I give Pets and Moore 5 stars, and would give 100 if I could.

I brought my 2 yorkies with me to San Marcos. I had found out last minute I couldn’t take them with me to a personal place I was going to the next day. They open at 7am so I called and a very nice lady answered the phone. I let her know I needed to bring them for the day. She was super accommodating and said yes you can bring them. I was so happy because I was going to be in a bind and I was 4 hours from home. Everyone was super nice and took them right in on a Friday mind you and had a play day. Their place was nice and clean and exceptional customer service! Thank you ladies for taking such great care of Dori & Ella. We will be returning in the future! 🐾 🐶🐶 I will be more prepared and call for an appointment 🤩 While they were there they got a very nice bath and all cleaned up with the wonderful groomer. They were all beautiful when I picked them up.

Am so happy we chose to bring our Midnight in for grooming. Judy did a wonderful job on a scared girl. We sensed that everyone is happy to be able to work with animals. Now a regular customer as we are so satisfied with everything.

This is a great place to take your dog for grooming or day care. I came in from Houston and they took care of him while I was at my girlfriends graduation and it was a surprise to her so they got him all clean and groomed. They’re expanding their business there because it’s so popular and growing. I hope they expand to Houston one day.

We want for a private intro to dock diving lesson. Our instructor Meghan was great and very accommodating to our puppy who wasn't quite sure what to make of the ramp and pool. Will be back for more dock diving lessons and also an intro to barn hunt later this summer.

We boarded two of our dogs here and it was awesome. They let us call in daily to check on them throughout the stay and were very attentive to the dogs needs. They even had them groomed and bathed for when we picked them up later. We’re going back every time we need to board our dogs from now on.On a side note, we’re starting training here soon as well. Thank y’all for being amazing with our dogs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to board and groom their dogs.

Did they groom my dog exactly as I asked? Yes.Was the cost comparable to other groomer in the area? Yes.Did it result in a double ear infection so bad my dog needed to be sedated to thoroughly clean his ear because of how painful it is? YesWill I have to go back weekly for three weeks to get his ears cleaned because the infection is so bad. YesHIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

We arrived as soon as they opened. All staff very friendly and walked us though all their options and gave us advice on our dogs hair. They were faster than other places we have been to in the past. Our dog is usually nervous at the groomer but he seemed great when we picked him up.A friend recommended Pets & Moore to us, and I would recommend to others.

Pets and Moore is great! I have a special needs dog (she is not friendly with other dogs or strangers) and the staff really took the time to make sure she was comfortable and happy. They allow you to bring your own food, treats, beds, toys, you name it!Prudence has been to other kennels in the past and has come back smelly, scared, and sometimes even hoarse from barking so much. She was definitely excited to see us when we picked her up, but didn't seem traumatized or like she had a bad time at all!I really like that they don't let the dogs out together, and that each dog gets one on one time with the staff daily. This definitely sets them apart for me!Drop off is super easy and quick, so is pick up. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and really care about the comfort of your pup. I live in Austin but will definitely be back! Absolutely worth the drive.

Place is great! We had to board our cat because we were going out of town. However, our cat was experiencing some minor medical issues and they were more than willing to accommodate us with it. They kept an eye on our lil kitty and made sure to either contact us or our vet if anything happened. The owner gave me her cell phone just in case something went amiss. We could not have asked for anything more than that! I appreciated how they were willing to accommodate us with everything. They are such a nice bunch of people, they care about the animals they take care of, and I always feel safe whenever we use them to board our specially lil kitty.

What an amazing staff!! They truly care about your dog(s) and want to build a relationship with them. Everyone is nice and the facility is also very nice and catered to your pet. I like how they have room to run and play and not just be stuck in a cage all day. My wife and I drive from Austin to board our pup almost any time we go out of town and we are always happy!

This is an awesome place to take your pets for grooming, boarding or in my case for training! My chocolate lab and pit mix, Moose, had some specific aggression issues towards other dogs and did not walk well on the leash either. After the first lesson and the first week he had made vast improvements in both and also his temperament and demeanor is changing with it. Meghan is such a great trainer I would recommend her 100% to anybody who needs training for behavioral issues or any other areas of training.

Love this place!! Feel so comfortable leaving my dogs here, and I can tell they love it! They get excited when we pull up and are happy to see all the employees. My mind is at ease when they're here. I call up and check on them as well and they're always more than happy to update me on how my dogs are doing. :-)

My furbabies and I LOVE Pets & Moore! I won't board anywhere else! They even get excited as we arrive! They get individual attention daily and have the freedom to be in the outdoor or indoor portion of their own run as they please. I recommend adding the bath and nail option! I love seeing what cute bandanas they come home in. Andra is a true animal lover and is the perfect person for this! I HIGHLY recommend them! My pets are my babies and I fully trust this business.

There is no one I trust more with my two pups than Pets & Moore. Whenever we pull up in the drive way my dogs go nuts. I have to hold them back to keep them from bolting inside! She sends me videos of them swimming and playing while I'm gone too, which is always so nice! They are the most trust worthy and kind boarding facility I've ever experienced and they are always my number one choice...honestly I wouldn't send my dogs any where else.

We took our Yorkie here to get groomed for her very first time. We were really trying to find a nice place with friendly staff and I must say first time was a charm! The staff here was so friendly and you can really tell that they have tons of experience and know how to treat pets and make them happy! We will definitely use Pets & Moore again and would recommend them to everyone!

Took my rescue pal here & it was my first time leaving my dog at a puppy hotel. I WAS LEFT SPEECHLESS. Amazing staff and a great place for your furry friend. They updated me on how my dog was doing and provided amazing information for us first timers. Great prices too!
