Placed an order for some moving boxes and tape for delivery. Received a rude email that I had a 'return violation' and was no longer eligible for deliveries. The reason I joined the membership program was to have deliveries to my door. I called corporate for an explanation and could not get a response. I was told it was probably a mistake. Still waiting for an explanation from store manager.Beware of the membership program that Walmart is trying to sell you. Stick with HEB or Amazon.

That's twice now I've been there and they did not have any electric chairs for the disabled people nor would they make any effort to get any they have no bench to sit on for us to wait we probably have to just fall on the floor they do not make any effort to help the disabled or even treat you I call Walmart corporate about it and they said they were very concerned about what I went through and they would do something about it however I have not seen it yet nor have they rent or call me with any type of apologies whatsoever

The store only had two cashier's working that day the line that was at it was held by a customer that was paying it looked like everything separately with different cards. And having problems with each one. My message to the inconsiderate customer next time do everyone a favor and pay in the self service check out. Thank you.

No one available to help. When you try to ask for help the girls act like your bothering them. Although all they were doing was talking about the other employee and laughing. So I went to find someone else and he went above and beyond to help me find the product by looking it up for me and even walking across store to be sure it was there.

I am a customer at the San Benito Walmart Vision & Glasses Center. I choose my frames and lenses here. But that's something I can not do by myself, or I will get the frames that don't match my face, or they might not have the proper size for the kind of lenses I need. If I can not do it by myself, who helped me to make the right choice and make suggestions to get beautiful frames that match my face? Well, I had the best help I could ever get from a vision technician, and I got it from Ms. Julie Gerth. Ms. Julie is a totally customer-oriented seller. She is very friendly, but not only that. She goes the extra mile by helping the customer make the right decision on what frames or glasses will be the perfect match for their prescription. Ms. Julie knows about optics, I mean, that area of physics we call optics that explains how certain lenses help to correct certain issues with our eyes. This lady is a Tiffany Diamond by the Mexican border. She shines like a diamond with her own light to show the customers how to have a perfect vision with all the resources in her vision center. I hope the Walmart Vision & Glasses center will keep this highly qualified lady working in this store and will never substitute her with a cold screen or a robot. No robot or screen could never display such friendly manners or be so intuitive about a customer's needs. Walmart, you can not substitute this vision technicians by a screen. Please, take note.I would also like to express my endless gratitude to the Vision Technician Veronica Chapa, who is so sweet and friendly every time I go to the store. Thank you for calling me today, Verónica. I got my glasses today because you called me to let me know. Thank you so much! I would also like to express my gratitude to Ms Patsy Gaither. She is this Vision Center manager. Ms. Patsy is a friendly and nice person. She does all she can do to help us, the customers to get our glasses done in the way we expect. Finally, I would like to say that these ladies did their best and I got my glasses done in......three days only!Wow!Thank you, Ms. Julie. I can say now I can work better because of your help!Robots or cold screens will never be as friendly and useful as you are!

Today I had to help answer questions about a laptop because the attendant at the electronic department was completely useless. I had to step in because I saw the man asking if the laptop had bluetooth and the girl just stood there.. lost. I ended up helping him out, answer questions and left him there.. all she had to do was ring him up. I come across him again and he said, "thank you but the girl said that she doesn't think they have any left and had me wait for a manager which never came." I had to step in again and get a manager.She response with, "that's not my department." I ended up leaving not sure that he was going to get the help and attention he needed. Sadly.. I honestly believe this happens more than we see it. I won't feel bad when these people lose their job to A.I. automation.

Their website always says they have things but when you waste your time, money, and gas to go all the way over there they won’t actually have what they said they did! SO DISAPPOINTING!!!! In this digital, modern age you’d figure a conglomerate as big as Wal Mart might be able to get something right but they just don’t care enough about their customers to do that! You bring shame to the Walmart name… I bet Sam Walton is turning in his grave!!!

Sam Walton, founder and Godfather of all Walmarts, was an avid RV'er and always welcomed RVs and motorhomes at all his stores. Weary travelers could count on this Arkansas legend's simple generousity and goodwill. It has been a tradition for years.Thankfully, we have overnighted at many Walmarts while traveling between towns for the past three years in 13 states and 2 countries. At 11:30pm, still in pajamas, we got the banging on the door and were asked to leave by wreaker tow truck at the Walmart in Benito, Texas mandated by the manager. South Texas has been the worst place to boondock and we won't we back.

This is my usual Walmart. Harlingen might be as close but that store is always crowded and hard to park. This store is easy to get into and easy parking. Selections are good.

Thank you Walmart for installing the card scanner locks. You're ahead of the evil crooks who install their skimming stealing machines in a matter of seconds. I feel more at peace shopping there now.PREVIOUSLYAlways a good experience inside; outside is another story. The west side has always been a convenience for parking. Close to the store, away from inconsiderate drivers. BUT...Walmart ruined this by blocking off 8 spaces that are never full!! That side is always littered with trash and carts from lazy people. They don't need to reserve 8 spaces when 4 is more than adequate. And because Walmart is oblivious to the carts lining the narrow space most of the time, I wouldn't doubt a lawsuit for damage to a customer car. WAKEUP Walmart!!

This place is always short on staff. Great location to fing things. This Walmart is to spread apart. Don't expect to find mens clothing unless ur obese or on a hunger strike. They don't have much of a selection for such a huge store

I like to shop in store early in the mornings, it's not too busy. Today they only had the self serve cashier's! I should get a discount for bagging and using my own bags! I saved them money! Very disappointed ☹️. It was nice that since it was early, it wasn't messy and there were workers to help me find things. I wanted a motion sensor outdoor lightings and they didn't have any!

Too many lazy employees 3 told me sorry we don't carry an item anymore.... then Cassandra from deli over heard how upset I was 💔 so she said ma'am excuse me I over heard you were looking for our homemade spinach dip, I believe they moved them .... yes right here!!!!! Bammmmm loved her talked to manager to let him know Cassandra went beyond her duties to HELP a customer..... hire more like her... she cares
