The staff working at this location are 100% on point. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and have mad skills! This location is fairly stocked but you can see holes in the supply chain. It's great to see people you've known for many years still checking you out and remember your name.. Great location to shop.Plotted. Scouts Out.

Giving this one star for a few reasons. I was going to go to the one in brownsville because it's closer but brownsville was out of the food I give to my puppy. I checked the app and it claimed san benito had several bags. I drive all the way there and they in fact did NOT have the food I needed in stock. Since I was there I decided to go ahead and get the remainder of the things I needed. When I get to the register I asked for a 5 in 1 vaccine for my dog. She called someone on the radio 5 or 6 times. By this time there were a few people lining up behind me. One of the guys was rude and getting upset asking why she could ring him up on the other side. This makes the cashier get rude with me saying "from now on inform someone when you come in the door instead of waiting last minute". Needless to say I will not be going back to the San benito tractor supply. Why do they have the chilled items all the way in the back??? Why don't they have them at the register so NO ONE has to wait????

They were very nice but when I ask about a specific type of fencing the person did not know that they had it in store. I was told that they did not have and that they did not sell it. But when i went outside, I found it. They were very nice and helpful none the less. The pictures are of a few things that they carry in the store.

Good place to buy propane in the evening and cheaper than dedicated propane places or places where you have to haul it. Got there, asked for help with propane and within 5 minutes someone was there helping the us. ~$3/gal as of this postThanks a lot. Workers were very helpful and polite.

Tractor supply has many tools. It has cattle and horse feed as well as dog and many other animals feed. It is a good place to get dog treats as well as antibiotics for animals.

I phoned and asked if a brand of dog food was in stock. A woman answered and and said. "I have 5 different ones, thank you" and hung up. She was both rude and abrupt.She needs Customer service training. It is her supervisors fault.4/15/23 @ 9:30 a.m.

I was very disappointed to have paid $10 to use the dog wash room and equipment however the blow dryers were in very poor shape. Air came out of tubes but no nozzle and the tubes were broken. I couldn't dry my dog which is the main reason I go there to Bathe my dog . And it did not look very clean.

The wait time here is so long. Staff needs to be trained a bit better. Was in line for 20min literally one person ahead of me. The ladies upfront just kept talking and laughing as if there were no line. Tractor Supply please improve your training for your employees

The store has been remodeled inside. Looks great and has more room to walk. The side gardening center is great. We can find everything we need and more. So clean and organized.

Great selection of items for gardening and pet feed is the main reason I keep coming back, but could use some help in the customer service department. Employees do not greet customers or ask if you need help finding items. When I have asked for assistance, sometimes no one shows up to help. But if you have Google, it can still be a pleasant experience.

This store has a lot of unique items that you can't find at Lowe's or Home Depot. Tractor supply also beat the other store prices on the riding mower that I bought by $400.00 The salesman, Josh, was very knowledgeable and a good 👍 salesman. The store managers are also very good to us customers.

This place has horrible customer service. I went to pick up a curbside order today and the employee yelled at me for not parking in a curbside parking spot. I tried to explain that there were none available when I arrived and she was quick to yell that there were spots available. She stomped off after that. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager and got hung up on. The next time I called back, whoever answered the phone was just pushing buttons on the other end. I called a third time, tried talking to the person who claimed to be the manager and she HUNG UP on me. This type of service is unacceptable. I will not return. Do better, Tractor Supply.

My first time in one of this stores, maybe the name had to do with it, I don't have a tractor. So never had the need to check this store.But it was a good a visit, a long line at the cashier but it went fast. A little lack of customer service but good.I found what I wanted and that was it.Maybe I will go back to check more things but that is a maybe.

My wife visited the store today. They had one cashier , who was very nice. The register was backed up about 12 deep and the cashier was ringing up and handling returns. A customer finally complained and the cashier called to the back and a manager finally came to the front. My wife needed help and waited after the cashier called for help and no one came . She managed to get an item from the top shelf and left. No one came to help. When she talked to the manager he was not friendly. Over all it was a bad experience for my wife.

Don't stop if your in a hurry. I'm leisurely writing this review as I stand in line behind 5 other groups of people with baskets full of items. There's one cashier and she doesn't seem bothered by the shaking line of customers. Not enough to call for another cashier anyway. Other than the wait, I like this place, so I'm just taking away 2 stars. Hey! I moved up in line!

Most times i found employees helpful and informant. I usually ask questions about animal health and care. They have helped me with clear and simple answers. Now at times I have a hard time as there are fewer associates on the floor and long lines with one cashier. Today to be fair, there was more employees on the floor and two cashiers.

Amanda the Manager would not price match an item saying that it had to be a local online competitor. Called corporate and they said they can price match any item as long as it not ebay, Amazon or sold by a 3rd party. Well I found this product on the manufacturers page. It will be my last purchase at this location. I went to another TS since I needed 2 of the same items and they price matched the same items without hesitation

Be careful with this tractor supply in San Benito, They are thieves and if you order a product on line and don't pick it up. They will charge you for it, full price, I never dealt with a business like this one, no good customer service.I'm done

Terrible experience! There was one cashier. One! The line was terribly long and nobody came to help ease the backed up line. By the look on the cashier's face, thisbwas nothing new. She still kept a friendly attitude though. Employee after employee passed by a young lady lugging a big ol bag of pet food through the store. They didn't even offer to help her. Shameful. Absolutely shameful.

Tractor Supply has lost my business. I have been to the local store 4 times lately to get a small propane tank refilled. Two of those times were today! I called first to make sure the refill station was open because it was closed recently due to a leaking hose. The person on the phone told me it was working so I went to the store to get my tank refilled. Upon arriving at the store I was told that they only had one person that could refill propane tanks and she didn't start work until 1 P.M. At 2:30 I returned to the store to refill my tank and was told that the person was at lunch. This is VERY POOR SERVICE!!! Tractor Supply needs to have more than one person refilling propane tanks. Walmart is getting all of my propane business from now on. I exchanged my tank at Walmart for $14.92!

I stood in line to pay for my merchandise, and waited so long that I left without buy anything. The person at the cashier didn't know how to input the persons purchase into the system. Employees need to trained better!

Have plenty of supplies for your pets, farm animals and you can even find outdoor decorations, clothes, boots and of course food for your livestock, pets. Excellent store to find your outdoor needs.
