Took my boat in for 20 hour service and the price was really very reasonable and fast service while I was there they also replaced my power pole anchor since it had some minor damage recommend this business

Great customer service even when i have had problems they're parts and service dept. Is quick to repair or replace parts on my yamaha outboard to get me back on the water. I don't personally own a shallow sport (Dargel owner), but The Sportsman staff have been exceptional with my service and parts needs. Joe V. is always willing and extremely knowledgeable with boating tips. Great and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

We bought our Shallowsport here in April of 2017. They have performed major warranty work on the Evinrude engine on two occasions. Boat sat in line, in their parking area awaiting our turn,,,,for weeks. From the very first time we used the boat the engine was not pissing. Kept overheating at low speeds. The second time we took it there..........they failed to look at other issues that were glaring....mainly the fuel filter/water separator...it was completely rusted through. We took it to another mechanic who took care of the previous problem of of poor PSI at low speeds.Communication throughout was horrible.I would not ever take our boat there again for regular maintenance. We have no choice for the warranty issues. Tempting to hand them a 1star rating....but given we may have to have warranty work done there.....

Took in a 25 up motor during repair they damaged parts that was replaced but was unable to get it running pain just under 1000 DOLLARS for a motor that Would Not run blaming us for the problem.Took it to another dealer and found out sportsman replacement parts were damaged while installing.They did not stand behind there work but again passing the blame back to us.Would never recommend them to anyrepaire.Very poor business dealings.

Went to look at a boat, they had the door lock due to COVID, please call and wait by vehicle. So I did lady answered told her I was there to look at boat, so she paged a salesman. Only person that came was a guy on his cell phone, I kept standing there feeling ignored, finally threw my hands up and started getting my truck when he hung up the phone and came over to me, asked what he could do for me. Told him I was there to buy a boat, told what I saw on the net, he said don’t have those in fact we have two small boat out back, told him that is not what I was looking at, so what else do you have, he oh we have No Boats for sale, we can order one for you, asked what are all these boats, these are all sold, he turned and walked off. Sorry customer service, guess they sale enough boats and didn’t want my money,,,,,,,
