WARNING: Do not purchase tacos from this store. The company and store management does not care that there is a problem. Go to any other stripes, but this one. There is no order or system, you almost have to get loud and aggressive to get your order in because they don’t have anything in an orderly fashion. I mentioned the problem to management once before, and they could care less. Good luck!!!

Says it’s open 5-8pm, they lock the back door that is away from traffic and that is safer to use with my kids. Also, isn’t this a fire hazard? All and all, very little regard for safety I assume they do this to prevent shrink from theft.

Horrible experience apparently on pump 2 your credit card will get stuck and It won’t release it . I was told by the attendant Isaac not to worry but that’s ridiculous if they know they have an issue SHUT THE PUMP DOWN ! They won’t even come to help you! Why do they have push to speak with attendant in the fist place If no one will come. Horrible customer service

Horrible service every single time I’ve gone to get tacos the ladies always give attitude and seem so miserable. The manager is also not sanitary. Definitely not a nice way to start your morning with people who take their anger and feelings out on customers.

This store is ripping off customers of their hard earned money. Yes the banks are limiting the amount of change they will give you however with proper planning they can build up their supply of coins. They keep your change or pay with a credit card. My question is what’s happens to all the coins they keep? Are they pocketing it? Is Stripes keeping it? Where is all the consumers hard earn change going? On top of that….the staff and Management are not very friendly. Can someone higher up strategize a way to get this store change so they can stop ripping customers off? It’s been this way since last year. I can only imagine how much money has been pocketed!!

I went to purchase some tacos for my children this morning (11/24/2022) and I asked for my tortillas to be made fresh since there wasn’t a line and I was given old tortillas with a lot of burned spots and that wasn’t even the worst part I saw 3 ladies with no gloves on and I was told by one of those ladies that they didn’t have to have gloves on and then I found out one of the ones with no gloves on was a MANAGER (Maria) I then asked if my tacos can be made fresh and with gloves on the assistant manager of the store (Jesus) then told me he was gonna give me a refund and then screamed at me in front of other customers to get out of the store at that exact time a lady in the kitchen started telling me they don’t wear gloves and they have no rules to wear gloves in the kitchen and I told the lady that they indeed have to wear gloves while handling food and the assistant manager told me to be quiet and leave letting his employee to continue to scream to me from the kitchen

Big mistake!!! ...AWFULL SERVICE SATURDAY 2/23/19 I drive across town to this perticular stripes cause It use to have good customer service ....the taco lady got my order wrong I was missing a taco was literally throwing the tacos inside paper bag ..... the clerk to busy to say “Good Morning” doesn’t give me my total... He is in “Lala” land I looked at screen to see my total .... I make a comment “Everyone is MAD here this morning”That’s when clerk finally talks to say:“They Are Expecting Big time Visitors Today And they Are stress getting everything ready”THAT IS NOT MY FAULT 🤷‍♀️IM THE PAYING CUSTOMERI’m very Mad😡

Los tacos estan buenos, lo malo es que se tardan un buen en entregartelos, las aguas de sabor me encantaron y si no pones atención te vuelan el cambio. 😑.Uno de los cocineros aventó los tacos cuando pregunté si ya estaban listos, que tristeza, voy para comer algo no para recibir malos tratos por algo que estoy pagando no me lo 3srqn regalando ni estoy pidiendo limosna, que falta de respeto y profesionalismo.
