This + their website is all you need for hair care. The staff is friendly and helpful. I mention the site because they often have FREE 2 hr delivery with nearby stores (if you see the item is in stock) that’s been saving my butt for last minute stuff when I can’t run to the store for any reason. Eventually you gain enough points you get free shipping online + discounts for store use. So, worth it to just buy all your hair stuff here.

I was double charged for same transaction and have pending holds on my account. I was not provided a confirmation number so I am unable to change or cancel my order. I was not informed the blue hairdye I ordered was not available at my location until after I had placed order and paid. This was for a special occasion for my daughter and now we have paid double, have no order confirmation, no items, and no way of getting my money back. Though I did not purchase in person from this store, I did purchase through their website. Very upsetting and will be warning other customers not to buy from Sally's online as customer service made no effort to contact me to help resolve my issues. I doubt I'll ever even hear back from customer service- Disappointed Loyal Customer : (

i always have a good outcome when i leave the store. The main employees know what they are talking about but those who they recently hired, not so much. I give everyone a chance but don’t try to sell me something you know nothing about.

The entire time I was walking around looking at items the females were following us around the sallys making us feel VERY uncomfortable. We had to drive across town to go to another sallys due to the employees making us feel uncomfortable.
