To the guy that was HOVERING over me and my cart... mind your business!! I am scanning my few items and this man in the self checkout is literally damn near in my basket while i'm scanning, trying to watch my child and bag my items in the insanely small bags they put. Then before I can even glance to see I forgot my can of rotel to scan he jumps to point it out... I JUST turned around. I see it. I'm going ti scan it calm DOWN and get away you are scaring my child! I see the dang can... I didn't know your check was based off that ONE can of rotel guy. Felt so so so profiled, and uncomfortable with how close he was to my basket and how my daughter was scared because he would stare for long periods of time. Please speak to this creep immediately! Happened at 12:40p 4/24/24. All this over a damn can of Rotel, don't think HEB would have gone bankrupt over 1 can. There's others that take off with WAYYYY more but god forbid I couldn't see the can of rotel because I am watching my child and trying to hurry.

I usually like HEB very much but when I went to check out the checker had tattoos everywhere, piercings in her lips eyebrows about 5 in her ears.Maybe I'm just old but I think it's pretty disgusting, you're representing a company not yourself..Several of the vegetables I wanted to buy really looked tired and two of the peppers were charged price then marked on the Shelf.I did run into one lady in the produce area that was very helpful and very nice she dropped what she was doing and help me find what I wanted so it wasn't a total bad experience

HEB is regional. A wonderful grocery store! The HEB brand items are excellent. If you see one, stop; you'll be glad you did! Good sandwich bread 98 cents a loaf! More affordable than WalMart or Dollar General! Only place we can buy a cryovac packaged beef heart for our dog.

not good quality meats or fresh seafood selection. only a few cuts of prime beef and they didnt even look like prime cuts. they do have a full bakery though. no sushi. small beer and wine selection. i was walking around the store and many employees stare at u without asking if u need help, kinda weird for someone to randomly stare at u and not even say hi.

My favorite HEB in the lower valley from Harlingen to Brownsville and yes, I have shopped them all! It may not be the biggest or fanciest but it has everything I need. You go early in the morning and everything is so beautifully stocked it looks picturesque from the front to the back but my favorite is the bread isle. Who ever works that isle needs a medal!

I love my San Benito HEB. The managers are always visible and keep the lines moving. The clerk I had last time was very observant... She noticed there were a few molded blackberries in one pkg I bought and quickly had them replaced. I wish I had gotten her name. It's things like this that makes "here everything's better"!

Our friendly neighborhood store has been absolutely helpful and committed to making my shopping trips great! Recently they have been stocking up on new items in both the food and essentials with a variety of options to choose from. Everything seems to be more organized and clean so that is definitely a plus to avoid frustration when one only has a limited time frame to get what is needed. Thank you all!🙌

Living so close to an H-E-B has it's benefits! Not everyone has the option to drive 5 minutes to get groceries but I do and I love it! They always have their stock filled for the day and a great meat department for those summer pool barbeques! The stores size is quite large and adds to their options to find your next meal! Constant security patrols really makes the difference with preventing crime. Great place to shop for good quality!

My mom today went to HEB to get some groceries and then when she was ready to go she realized that her car wouldn’t turn on. She was basically stranded in the HEB parking lot. So, she went inside HEB again and asked a worker if she could use a phone to contact someone to help her since she didn’t have hers on. He told her if she wants something she had to ask in English, she did so and this man outright told her no I won’t help you with an attitude. He definitely understood her before speaking English and looked like his goal was to humiliate her. She felt really bad after that and left. He was so rude and seemed xenophobic. She then waited at the costumer service/ return area and the nice lady quickly helped her and lent the company phone. San Benito HEB please do better with the people you hire, because this man does not care nor has a desire to help others. She was too flustered to catch his name, but we do know that he is a white, blonde chubby male pushing carts outsideShout out to the nice lady worker though! She literally saved my mom from being stranded in the cold outside without a working car!

Always love this HEB, been a regular for a few yrs.Friendly staff, normally always stocked with good items.Best meat in the area by far as well.As for cakes, like BDay cakes they're okay, I've only gotten a handful so far and have had 2 issues per order(3 including a different heb, but they're not in this!lol)The first one, when we received the cake a lot of the top of the cake (icing and all) was stuck to the top of the box.The second one, we weren't able to get a cake we wanted and had to switch last minute, and honestly it came out really well!Normally always taste amazing and the staff in the bakery handles their jobs well.Thank you 💛💛💛

It's ok although one front end manager girl always haas an attitude face like very arrogant but she really doesn't help much at all.was wondering if HEB can make a break room for the customers that have to sack thier own groceries.need more sackers to be greedy HEB.the road curb service sucks it takes up a lot of parking space
