If you want to go into the dirtiest most overstocked aisles with boxes and carts. Then this is your stop.While you try to wiggle your way through all the mess (literally in every aisle all on the floor), make sure to enjoy the loud speaker convos of the employees on their cell phone(s), or listen to them yell at one another from across the building.employees need to put their phones aside, interact with the customers, and do their job.It would be great to give them a negative rating

Some cashiers need a reminder to be polite and respectful to customers,instead they never say hello or smile and just give you an annoyed look. Not to mention ive had 3+ bad experiences in less than 2 Weeks. On the other hand ,i think shes a manager,polite and always helping customers *Will update with her name

I have to say this Dollar General have the best people attending customers with their Excellent service & very knowledgeable. You asked where certain item is & they go out of their way to find it & show you the right isle to get what you need. 100% EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES.

I was ready to pay but both cashers refuse to scan my items due to me using digital cupans,they to take other items in was taking as well and told me I was not able to buy them. That is unprofessional and very rude customer service. I shop for my grandma! Just because I go shop again doesn’t mean it is for me! I will be calling corporate

I rate this place it's nice and clean good stuff but I rated as far as a service and the attendees it's pretty slow right now I was out there 10 minutes ago a big line one cashier and doesn't know his way around the computer got nervous he was choking line Dollar General owners or managers or supervisors should look into that that will process the service faster and I'm pretty sure it would it would it would be an outstanding place to make money right now

Excellent location with very helpful staff. Nestled in between San Benito & Harlingen, this Dollar General location is in a perfect location. Facility carries name brands along with generic products. Check your local paper for name brand coupons.

cashiers refusing to attend a customer?? I was there when two cashiers denied a lady to buy items that situation was not well handled. I felt bad for the lady and was angry over the situation myself I can only imagine how she felt. I give this dollar general a 0 rating if I could!!!! How dare they even ask what she bought today earlier and show them the receipt???

Great place to do the shopping you best be locking your trucks and cars cuz they are people that have bin Steeling and the Dollar General well not do anything to help you so you on your own
