Brought my Choclate Lab, Charlie, in today for a bath. After a brief pause at the front door, he warmed up very quickly to JR and Penny. I love that it is a smaller space, and I was not welcomed with a symphony of barks and howls, which stresses Charlie out at other establishments. The work was excellent and thorough for a price that cannot be beat. On top of that, Charlie was noticiably "Happier" upon returning from this bath. Charlie was well taken care of, and we will definitely be returning to JR and Penny for future services.

My girls, Izzy and Iris love it there and they always look amazing and so soft! You can really tell that Ms. Penney loves them so much and gives them hugs and kisses while they are there. Makes me fell better about them being there.

Moved to san antonio a month ago and needed dogs hair cut. They did phenomenal job. Will definitely continue this place as long i live in surrounding neighbor. Only thing is that i should have know they take either cash or check only. Otherwise, its a best place for dogs grooming.

My furbabies chihuahuas- Zeus and Hera, loves Ms. Penny!! She made sure they are well taken care of and she made sure Zeus look handsome and Hera beautiful! I will always have them groomed by her and no where else! Thank you Ms. Penny!!💕

Great service, I have never seen a woman there to take my dog. My dog had a bad experience at past groomer and peed in car (something she doesn't do) on our last trip and we changed locations. This guy is great and my dog doesn't like it, but also goes willingly and comes out really excited and happy!

JR is the best. I’ve been bringing my big boy (an American Staffordshire Terrier - he’s 80 lbs) and they do a fantastic job.Some of the other customers? Crazy. But JR has been nothing but kind and reliable, for almost five years now.Edit: they don’t take credit cards - I prefer to use cash but they’ll take a check too.

Went to get my dogs nails trimmed. New place for us so my dog was scared. The lady was afraid my dog was going to bite her and started yelling and saying "These dogs are smart, you hsve to be stern with them" and then she started pulling my dog by her leash. Nope! She is lucky that I didn't bite her!! Never again!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! And nails were not trimmed.

We take our dog here now that our last groomer moved to this location. Penny takes great care of our shih tzu and has for years. I love the way she cuts her hair and the price is very reasonable.

I love this place...and now that they have Penny - she's so amazing, so sweet to my dogs and extra comforting to them. They always are so happy to see her. My pup comes out looking fresh and fly every time.

Just had my toy poodle groomed here. He looks awesome! Very fluffy, and manicured. The owner did a great job, in working with me to get the cut I was looking for! Also the best value, for the quality of the grooming I have found in my area! Thank you! I highly recommend.

Your Dog's Grooming Shop always does a great job on my Yorkie. They are very attentive to her needs and my concerns. I am *that* dog mom who pampers her pets. I would not take my baby to this shop if I didn't trust them 100%. I am a loyal customer!

Trustworthy and excellent grooming.I hope people reconsider if they are not sure about visiting here.This gentleman cares for animals and it definitely shows.Had a really bad experience at another place near by.Our dog was acting very stressed and just not the usual behavior after a groom. it was incredibly rewarding to find this shop after that incident.

I’ve had many people cut my Scottie and they almost ALWAYS mess up the lines and give him a goofy look. You know you’ve found a great groomer when they can master a Scottish terrier cut- I would definitely recommend this place!!! I’m very happy with the results and can’t wait to return.

Where do I begin... so I took my two, 7 year old Shih Tzus to Your Dogs Grooming Shop this past Saturday and had I known what was going to happen I would had took my $92.40 somewhere else.Not only did these "groomers" give them a terrible choppy cut, they left bald spots, and a raw redness on one of the bottoms of my dogs. His bottom was raw and red where they cut him (did not post pics obviously).My dogs left that place skiddish and whimpering, they acted so out of character and I definitely felt a bad vibe. Then, when the man took my check he didn't even give me a receipt and just walked off. When I asked him for a receipt the numbers he put down didn't even match up!-_-Im just posting this review because I went to this groomers for the same reasons others did, good reviews and proximity. I was hoping for a good experience and have never been compelled to write a Google review about their grooming until now. This is just a review so that people know fully what could happen to their precious animals if they take their dogs here.If you had a wonderful experience that is awesome! And Im happy your dogs were treated properly and received an awesome grooming experience. However, we did not and are disappointed and upset.Long story short, we will never be coming back--I posted 6 photos, but they are not letting them be viewed; if you want to see the photos I also did a Yelp review w/ the pictures on there--

We have 2 Morkies, Princess and Candaysse. Our girls get so excited for groom day. They are happy to see him and run straight to the back when he opens the door. Groomer is very personable and appears to love what he does. The girls always look AMAZING when we pick them up. And his prices? Fantabulous!!!!! The box store groomers are way more expensive and do a poor job. This place gets 100 stars from me and my girls.💕💕💕

These two are amazing i had a stray dog rescued who was aggressive only to people she didn’t know but she was the only groomer who took her in and did a fantastic job on my yorkie as nwell as my mild mannered maltipoo

I took my dog this past thanksgiving weekend to get groomed and a couple of days later he ended up with an infection on his back paws. Now i can't prove that he got it from the groomer but he's never had issues with his paws until after his first and last visit to this groomer. I'm posting this so other pet owners can be aware of the issue possibly occuring with their pet(s)

Tried this shop for the first time today. Usually my maltese hates strangers, but this guy might be a dog whisperer because she was so calm when I dropped her off and picked her up. He did a great cut on her, she looks so fluffy and cute!
