Took my babygirl Hera here for her first grooming appointment outside of our home and she loved it. All of the staff were very nice and Crystal was patient and sweet with my Hera bc she was a little nervous at times. The entire store is adorable and they have so many cute accessories. Hera smelled so good! I’m glad I found this place & will definitely be going back!

I am really really pleased and happy with the grooming, customer service and friendliness of the staff at Woof Gang Bakery in Stone Oak. We have been taking our furry girls Cuddles and Lily to Woof Gang for over a year and they always deliver great care and super cute and fast grooming service. Our girls are not the easiest to work with but the groomers at Woof Gang are just amazing and they get the quality job done!Cuddles and Lily say ‘THANK YOU’

My husband and I absolutely love Wolfgang bakery and grooming in stone oak. We started taking our dog Maya to get groomed there about a year ago after having to wait for six hours at Petsmart to get our dog groomed. Wolfgang always does a great job and gets Maya groomed quickly, usually under two hours. She is a golden doodle so we are very specific on her haircut. She always comes out looking happy and cute plus she smells amazing. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and listens to our requests. I definitely recommend this location!

Love Woof Gang! It really feels like a spa day for our doodle :) he comes in with his name on the chalkboard, the receptionists are so welcoming, the lobby area is adorable, he gets free treats and always a cute bandana on theme!The grooming always looks great and is consistent and we never have an issue getting him in for an appointment, which we have had issues with at places before.So glad we found his official home for grooming!

I wanted to take a moment to write a very well deserved review for Ms. Jamie & Ms. Marissa! They are very welcoming and make me and my fur baby feel comfortable and excited to come back. The inside is so cute, clean, smells good. My baby Chloe always looks her best & leaves happy. Finding a groomer is very difficult because you want to make sure you go with someone your babies feel comfortable with, and I’m thankful we found this location! *a plus is that they also give your baby free treats!*

Carson loves coming here and today Hailey took such amazing care of him! I had issues with his last groom and she worked magic to even his haircut out and made me feel safe leaving him in her care! They always work hard on getting him scheduled and are patient with his puppy energy!

I absolutely love coming here for my dogs spa day she always gets the blueberry facial and teeth brushing! The staff is super friendly and transparent with grooming prices, and all the groomers are really nice to her. Sometimes they book far out so make sure you call in advance!!!!

Lauren did an excellent job with Denver! She was very kind with him even when he was a little nervous to follow her. Though he's already got a short coat, he came back more soft and handsome than ever, and without his whiskers cut like I had asked! Will definitely take him back for future grooming appointments! ♥

I took my 3 year old lab to get groomed & de-shedded for the first time here. He was so well taken care of & was in such good hands! The thing I loved the most is he wasn’t crated at all during the process & was given a few free treats at the end of his appointment. He also came home with the cutest fall bandana. I could tell he wasn’t stressed when I picked him up and it was a great experience for him. He smells so good too!! He’s still shedding a lot but that’s a given because it’s shedding season. We will definitely be back! :)

We just moved to the area and I was dreading have to take our pup to a new groomer. We searched on Yelp and most places did not give me a warm and fuzzy. So thankful we don’t have to keep looking!! Very disappointed in the service. My poor puppy was sent it for a full groom and yes he was matted but his cute was down to his skin. It was awful - he had cuts and scrapes everywhere because he was shaved down so much. And even though we paid for a full groom his nails weren’t trimmed at all. He ended up scratching his raw, newly shave ears so bad that he ended up with a bacterial infection. They called me to tell me he had an ear hematoma and sent him home with his head wrapped for which they gave me no instruction for.Woof gang did call us to follow up but didn’t offer any services/credit to make up for it. Then when I expressed how ill my puppy was and how I had to take him to the vet twice - they called me the next day to offer a trim to his nails (something they should have done from the get go).My little pup is now in a cone for several weeks and has to be on antibiotics and steroids.I’ve been to other Woof Gangs and their service was great, but this location was very disappointing.Reply:I agree that we allowed you to shave him down. No argument there. However his nails weren’t cut/trimmed as promised. There were NO instructions given about the wrap. You gave us a sports bandage.My husband or any other gentleman in my household called you for anything. Please know what you’re saying before saying it. You could have offered us a refund and you did no such thing. You could have offered to take on the vet bill or pay for his meds and you did no such thing.Also I answered ALL of your phone calls and am happy to share my call history with you all to prove it. I wasn’t offered anything except for a trimming of his nails. Which that too I felt like I had to ask for.

They did a good first time puppy cut for my ShihTzu puppy when he was around 3 months. He’s not any easy pup to manage while grooming because he’s so young, but the staff has taken the time to explain home practice and have even offered weekly practice with him in the shop. He’s about five months now, and has only ever gone here for his grooming. As of right now he’s only getting mini grooms, but he always looks great and is in good mood when he comes out. Definitely recommend adding the spa package too! It’s worth it. 😊

She loves our dog PJ, she knows pet psychology as she handles him very well and believe me, he can be spicy some times. There are no amount of words to express how happy and grateful I am to have found this place 7 years ago! This staff treats my 5 pups like they are their own. My 5 fur babies love their monthly spas days. Hailey and Marisa are always so welcoming and warm. I feel so at ease knowing my 5 loves are in good hands. Even our new puppy Heaven loves it there!
