I have been taking my Teddy (a Bishon Frise) to get groomed every month at Woofgang for 2 yrs. Marissa is so patient with Teddy. She has his cut down to the T. He looks forward to seeing her. They give you an appt and they are right on time always. I don't have to worry about my Teddy being put in a kennel for hours. Teddy loves the bakery and their special treats. The shop is always spotless and employees are always happy to see us. I would totally recommend Woofgang to anyone looking to spoil their pet. I will never go to another place. My Teddy always looks his best. Thanks Woofgang!!

We have been going to Woof Gang off NW Military for about 6 years now! Out Maltipoo, Honey, needs regular grooming and is quite the drama queen about it!! We’ve moved from the area and still drive the extra distance to take her there because our groomer, Marissa, is just amazing!! She is so patient and always assures us Honey is “no problem at all”, which we know is not true!!! 😂 She is so good with our pup and Honey always comes out looking absolutely adorable! During Covid, we tried had to try a groomer out of the city limits because SA had already shut down…big mistake! Our dog came out looking horrible! It was then we knew, she will never go to another groomer!! The entire staff is always friendly and helpful and they have lots of treats & good food brands to purchase! We just love Woof Gang and Marissa!!! Thank you for making everything with our drama queen, Honey, aways effortless!!! <3 We wouldn’t trust her with anyone else!!

I have been bringing my dog to get groomed here since Dec 2021 and have loved it!When I first moved to Texas in Aug 2021, I took my pup to Petsmart and they left my pup with some cuts here and there.Woof Gang however (specifically Tabitha) has been a great groomer always asking how I want my pup to be groomed and leaving him cute and clean.Woof Gang also has monthly spa specials, which I usually never pass up on. The price of the groom depends on the dogs weight, so for my pup it’s usually $55 and with the spa specials it’s an extra $15.I believe this is a very affordable grooming option and the groomer’s are definitely quality groomers who take care of your furbabies.They also have the cutest treats and toys.I do wish they had more of a food selection, but I do feel their focus is more for grooming and treats.

Woof Gang is a fantastic source for my Charlie Boy. I have been using Mercedeez, as Charlie’s groomer for 2 years now. I can’t say enough great things about Mercedeez. Charlie actually gets excited when he sees her. Her attention to detail is second to none and the obvious way she cares for my boy shows when she sees Charlie. The rest of the staff is also excellent. Their kindness and caring toward Charlie makes me feel very comfortable knowing that I’m leaving him in good hands every single time. I can’t recommend Woof Gang enough.

They did such a great job on my pup's 14th birthday cake! It came out so cute! I was worried it would be too tough or the frosting would be difficult for my 14 year old boy to chew but it was so soft & moist! It was a hit with all his friends! I highly recommend since they did such a good job & pricing was very reasonable!

Really liked the grooming they did on my very temperamental Husky. They de-shedded him and he looks gorgeous. I brought my mom's Malteepoo to get a groom and they listened when I told them not to shave his head. He was so cute afterward. Love this place.

This was my first time taking my dogs to grooming here in Texas. The experience was outstanding! Great customer service and great grooming associates. My dogs smelled yucky at first and had long nails , but Kayla took great care of my 2 long hair chihuahua dogs . She asked questions and made sure they were okay . Thank you guys so much and I look forward to revisiting when needed . My dogs came out looking great (see pictures) .

Every time the owner sees my dog she treats her like her own!! She’s always so helpful, informative, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients and their puppies feel comfortable, loved, and cared for. Rachel was Chewy’s groomer and she was able to knock out all of his shedding fur! He came home shiney, smooth, and super soft! We are definitely seeing the difference!

They really made my Fawn Lee's 1st birthday a hit with the beautiful and reasonably priced cake. It was made with love and i was very satisfied with the awesome customer service and great hospitality I got when I picked it up. This place is amazing for your pet, I get my Bentlee groomed here by miss April. She is awesome with my pet I would definitely recommend her. Awesome grooming experience! Came in as a walk-in for nail clipping, teeth brushing and ear cleaning services and they were so nice and were able to get him in. They also genuinely seemed to care about my dog! I love the selection of treats they had too. They had stuff for small dogs and for big dogs (which is a big deal to me because my dog is 75 pounds and I can never find things for him)

Phenomenal selection of treats, supplies & food for dogs! The team is super nice and helpful. Had our Aussie groomed here and they did outstanding! I’ve been to 3 other groomers in SA and this one was by far the best of them. I highly recommend and will definitely continue to take my dog here. Thank y’all!

We just had the worst experience ever. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS TO THIS PLACE! Yes it is a clean place but the owner is worthless! There is no point to get into all details when the owner does not care to take care of her own customers and at least try to fix the situation to keep her customer. (Probably she has a lot of money because she didn’t care to loose two dogs) She and her groomers needs some training on how to talk and treat customers (I hope they care for the dogs because we really don’t see what is behind doors) They didn’t even apologize or try accommodate or fix the problem. Yes, this place is clean but I won’t ever leave my dogs in their hands ever again. The groomer was so rude and the owner didn’t care. Woof Gang will not exist with us customers. If you are in business is because of all your customers love and care for their dogs. Have some respect! SO DISAPPOINTEDOwner is very unprofessional and as I said she does not own to her business mistakes. She needs customer service training.PS. She unprofessionally responded to my husband review trying to put the blame on us customers. Not a great business owner or leader. I am just writing this review for future customers.

This place is like a doggie dreamland! Every time I visit I get friendly faces from all the staff. The groomers go above and beyond to make sure your pups cut is perfect! I wish more places cared about our pets like this!
