We LOVE Woof Gang Alamo Heights! They take such good care of my doodles every single visit! They’re extremely professional, always listen to any requests or concerns and you can tell treat every pet as their own. We’ve been customers for years and will never go anywhere else. Omg! JJ and Jessie did an amazing job on my babies… it filled my heart with joy seeing them so happy after I picked them up. I’d been going to another groomers for 3 years, but they were always so nervous, uneven haircut, and they cut my babies last time without telling me, so that was the final straw! I was then recommended by a friend to Woof Gang in Lincoln Heights and they did not disappoint. The attention to detail and customer service is like no other I’ve ever experience. So so Happy as well as my fur babies :D

We have taken our sweet Moxie to Woof Gang before and were always happy with her groom. This time is no different! Her groomer JJ did such an amazing job with her and seemed to be very dedicated to make sure our girl looked good before walking out. It is refreshing to go somewhere where the staff remembers our dog and we know our girl is in safe hands and comes out looking (and smelling) good! At pick up JJ took time to explain all that was done and how they made sure Moxie’s groom was done successfully.

**EDIT**After posting this, the owner and general manager reached out to us to apologize for our experience. They offered us a full refund for our services and for us to come back in and correct our dog’s haircuts free of charge. They were extremely apologetic and understanding. Our puppies look so much better now! They also clarified that they call the vet directly and get the rabies vaccine the day of the appointment. Thank you Jennifer and Emily!Original:I am beyond disappointed. We have been here FOUR times and each time, we have been entirely dissatisfied. We’ve even gone back a day after the grooming to complain and have it redone, and they made it even worse somehow. Also, they DO NOT ask for your dog’s rabies vaccination. Our dogs have gotten them renewed and they never even asked for the documentation.They make you tip before you’ve seen your dog’s haircuts. They charged us $300 for the terrible and choppy haircuts I posted. Again, we’ve been here multiple times and each time they’ve let us down. The only reason we went back this time was because we specifically requested different groomers, and they still couldn’t do a good job. It’s overpriced and they don’t listen. I told them exactly the inches we wanted cut off on the Great Pyrenees and they can’t follow directions. We will never be going back here. Please don’t go here if you have dog’s hair like ours.

It was absolutely wonderful… Sofia was very happy when I picked her up… she looked so cute and smelled amazing!!! Loved the fact that everyone there was so reassuring that she was in good hands and my baby absolutely was!! 10/10 recommended 💕 definitely will be back 👍🏻

What a wonderful experience at Woof Gang! My Oliver thinks he's the King of All Things and Salina and the crew at Woof Gang definitely gave him the royal treatment! This was my first time at Woof Gang and I was not disappointed. Salina came out to greet Oliver (and me!!). She was so sweet and I knew Ollie would be in good hands. I like the text notification you receive when your furbaby is about ready. Makes it easy to plan a timely pick up. Although he protested his need for a bath Oliver was super happy with his blueberry facial and was super proud to show off his new smells. From the booking to the service to the pick up, Woof Gang was a five star spa experience. Oliver (and mom) approved🐾🐾

Very happy with my decision to try the Alamo Heights location. The owner is very professional and cares for her customers 🐶. the groomer that did my Pomeranian did a great job! Everyone is so sweet and provides professional service. Highly recommend 10/10 👍🏻🐾

4 years ago today our twins were born, Zeus and Athena. Unfortunately we lost Athena a month ago and it has been so hard for us all but last minute we decided to continue the birthday traditions and celebrate as we usually do. They request a 48hr notice for cakes but an amazing worker named Irma offered to make my cake for me. She said she just wanted me to know she is still learning. I would have never guessed that. She did an AMAZING job! She even personalized a cookie for Athena with a little halo. She has no idea how special she made our day! Thank you Irma! And I would recommend you to anyone and everyone to decorate future cakes! We will be in touch soon for my brother's furbaby!

Being new to the area, We brought our Goldendoodle to Woof Gang in Alamo Heights for the first time. We received excellent service throughout the entire process from booking the appointment to picking her up. I’ve taken my dogs nails to get trimmed and every time I take him they make us feel so loved! They are so informative, they let me know exactly what they will do and my pup came out so happy. I also bought a cake for my other pup and she loved it. They had so many treats, and the employees helped me pick out which treats were good for a dog with a digestive problems. Amazing!

We left our former dog groomer downtown because they kept shaving down our dog. We detangle him regularly, use a poodle brush and detangling spray. But the former groomer kept saying he was too matted, while giving no advice and making us feel like terrible dog owners.After another attempt to upsell us from a bath to a shave, we brought Waffles to Woof Gang and the groomer said it was nonsense that he needed to be shaved. She groomed him for a less expensive price than the place downtown, and did a far, far better job. He’s so soft (we paid for deep conditioning.)Waffles seemed super happy when we picked him up. We’re so happy to finally have found a groomer willing and able to work with our curly boy.

They always know how to groom my pups, plus the employees are so friendly. The welcome signage they place outside is super cute! They really do know how to treat customers and the pups! There’s always a long appt wait but I only trust them.
