The store is stocked with a wide variety of high quality healthy and organic items. You can find something for everyone.The store is clean and well organized. Yet, the elderly female cashier could use more customer service training. She didn't greet nor acknowledge me when I was paying. She was too busy yapping with the young bagger. I rate based on customer service 1st. This place gets 3 stars, particularly because of my experience with that cashier. Regardless, come check them out for yourself!

We bought $100 in stuff we didn't even need. Go Whole Foods! Got me good!Truffle salt... really? It's so good though.Having butternut squash, and cooter board for dinner.Flowers, honey, spices, veggies and strawberries plus more. All fit in one bag. 💀💀Go me. Go whole foods.Still love it. Thanks. This Whole Foods has the new smart shopping carts where you can basically purchase the food and keep it in the food cart, see photo. You must obviously have the app installed on your phone but pretty cool technology, however it may not be for everyone...

Good stuff- but watch those expiration dates on packaged items cooked in-house. Bought about $40 worth of chicken and soup for the family to eat over the next several days, only to get it home and see not only that everything expired today, but it was all packaged five days ago! Gross. I know that I should have checked and this is my mistake. But Whole Foods, you can do better. Very disappointing. Especially when I’m spending about eight bucks for each chicken breast that I just threw away. Don’t keep food out that expires the same or next day.

I don’t understand how you have a pizza oven to make wonderful whole pies, but you can’t take orders because you are out of “cheese” and have been for a while. The store is full of cheese options!!! You can’t use your amazon partner to ship you some cheese? This pizza oven has been in and out of commission for a couple of years. I just thought this newest reason is both comical and ridiculous. The only reason I go to this store is for their pies. They are large & delicious!! But, it’s so sad that no one can find cheese in a grocery store.

They are always decent never disappoint, except I am kind of mad they got rid of the carts for kids. Overall the deli always has really good meats and the soap selection is nice.

I was a “first timer” entering whole foods today and I gotta say it was amazing! The atmosphere, the workers, the help! It’s your modern day Handy Andy’s. Now I didn’t even get to shop, but I hope to be back in the future! Thank you! 😊 and you can save even more with your prime card! 🤩

I’m obsessed with their mango yuzu chantilly cream cake. It needs to be a regular item because everyone I have shared it with can’t stop raving about it. I brought it in to work for all of my nurse co-workers and it was gone before our lunch break was up.

At 6 pm Friday, cashier girl w/ glasses at #4 rushed me and wasn’t very polite. She even put the cheese package at bottom of bag with other things packed on top of it, squishing the cheese- why would she do that. I was being nice/courteous as I would to anyone else. After I left she was noticeably smiling and joyous to the next customers. Felt like she was being bias against me cause of my hispanic features.

I can’t thank this whole food enough. Jenny, Sandra and Kate. You have no idea how special this Thanksgiving will be. Today, Thanksgiving day, as busy as you can imagine this store already was, I walked in last minute to see if there was any possibility that a small cake could be customized as a gender reveal cake. Jenny and the staff had some compassion on my last minute idea and made and accommodated my request. I know how busy you all are and can’t thank you enough for providing us with this cake. Our family wasn’t expected to be able to get together this year and was suddenly able to. We will be able to share an experience with family that we haven’t seen in years and weren’t able to experience with them with our other children. This will truly be a special thanksgiving. Bless you all.

I like this, Whole Foods, but don’t trust the hours posted. Tonight I went to pick up three items at 15 till closing time. However, there was a man standing at the door, not letting anybody in. When I approach the door a little bit closer, realizing that there was still time before closing, he turned his back to me and walked the other direction, leaving the doors closed, and I was unable to go inside.There were quite a few other people in the parking lot. Also talking about why we couldn’t go inside.When I called, a girl answered the phone and said that they were closed for the night. I asked her why there was a difference between the actual closing time and the hours posted and she said that her manager just said they needed to close.This is not the first time this has happened. So I suppose if you plan to shop here, go at least 30 minutes before closing time or they may not let you in.

1st time placing a curbside pickup order from ordering through Amazon, very smooth transaction. Only issues were the store pickup up options, and the store only has 2 curbside spots. Otherwise very quick and easy, just inconvenient locations, and minimal parking spots.

I love Whole Foods, so it’s a shame that the past few times I’ve been to this location I have received poor quality food. Purchase vegan muffins from the bakery that were clearly under cooked and were inedible. Today my husband purchased an apple juice that smelled and tasted fermented. Employees are friendly and helpful, and the hot food/salad bar has been fine but I am concerned about quality control of certain items.

Called to make sure they were still serving pizza to go. Told them exactly what I wanted and they said they could make it. Wife went to go make the order and it turns out they didn’t have enough dough to make two pizzas. Person on the phone didn’t say anything about that to me. When I called the Whole Foods on Blanco/1604 they sounded like I was crazy when I asked them if they had enough dough left to make 2 pizzas.Customer service at the Alamo quarry location is a joke.

Terrible. My 81 year old mother tried to return a sweatshirt I purchased her for Valentine's day. It was brand new with the tags and they would not let her exchange or give her a credit. I call to ask if they could look up the receipt and they could not find and said they couldn't help me because we had "HIT A WALL". I gave the woman my information and she was pulling up transactions I never made. Not sure what happened but it was a terrible experience for both my sweet mother and me.

What can you really say that hasn't already been said about Central Market. Better than Whole Foods by miles, always has everything in stock. The produce is amazing, bakery always stocked , best meats in San Antonio.Best market around.

This wholefoods kinda blows. No pizza ready at 6pm, sushi all looked terrible with brownish avocado, no rotisserie chicken ready, the ready meal selection was really lame compared to other locations.

I think I speak for most of us when I say we go to places like whole foods, sprouts, or central market because we want to trust and believe that we are getting the freshest and safest ingredients. That's what I always thought or believed. Just recently, I've noticed quite a few products at Whole Foods have some not so friendly ingredients in their foods. I was very upset to see that the cheesecake I purchased for a family birthday dinner last night contained an ingredient that makes me very uncomfortable. I would appreciate it if whole foods stuck to keeping their foods and produce free of unwanted ingredients so I can shop comfortably instead of worrying about what I'm feeding my family and I. I don't want to see Bioengineered ingredients in my food.

Good and bad…….prices are way too high and their cakes are awful except for their chantilly cake which is awesome. Their double chocolate cookies are evil they are so good. They offer so many quality organic foods that no one else had and they sell great meats and fish.
