My go-to for all my pupper grooming needs! I love the staff and they take care of my pug very well. Beyond grooming they have supplies as well.The location is very ideal and love the little strip its on!Definitely check them out and see for yourself!

Horrible experience The lady was rude. She called my pup anything but his name. Has the nerve to tell me to stop coddling my baby he’s only five months old cocker spaniel..Before I took him in I let her know that he does have trouble with anxiety. He was there for6 hours, locked in a kennel with no food, water or taken out to go potty if I would’ve known, they had no experience with pets that have anxiety I would’ve never taken him there. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a groomer they were very unprofessional and if I felt like that, I can imagine how my pup felt and I think that’s what bothers me more is that he probably thinks that I took him there to get tortured ! And truth be told my pup didn’t look any different as from when he first went in, his hair length, nail length Everything was still the same as if they hadn’t groomed him at all. I ended up having to take him to his original groomer to be taken care of the right way. Thanks but no thanks for the horrible service.XOXOGelato is his name NOT JELLO

I did not have a good experience using the self dog wash for my dog. The water temperature is way too hot and there's no way to turn it down. Also the nozzle is for gardens and doesn't have a good setting for the right amount of pressure, either too high or too low, and the hose has metal fibers pointing out that repeatedly stabbed my finger and made me bleed. The lady working was so unhelpful, it took me several attempts to get her attention from the back to even get started. And when I was finished and trying to pay, she was standing there filling bottles and pretending not to see me. I waved at her, she ignored me, I called out to her, no response, meanwhile she is only about 10ft away from me. I almost just left. Finally I pulled out my credit card and said can I pay you now? She slowly finished what she was doing and approached the register. Then she rudely asked if I cleaned out the tub. I did and told her so. She looked at me like I was lying and walked over to the tub to inspect it. After an awkward minute or two of her examining the tub she let me pay without saying a word to me. If you love your dogs don't trust them here.

Gets us in real fast and sometimes on short notice. Nice atmosphere. We have even gone to wash our big dogs in her big tube ourselves in the self-wash area. I don't feel like the staff is very friendly, but it is like one of those things you just don't let both you because you get a good service. One thing I didn't like was that I have been told a time for estimated pick-up, but the dogs ran over 2 hours late 2 different times. Then one time I didn't see her text for almost an hour later saying the dogs were ready, and then I got a text that she charges for each hour they are held and not picked up...so I had a larger bill...really? Bottom line, she is close to my house, I can count on her, she is good, so I keep coming back and being friendly.

I called THIRTY-FOUR different groomers to find someone that would let me stay right with my baby in case he got scared. This was the only place that said yes! Nathaniel did all the work on my Great Pyrenese and he was amazing! ❤️🙏

Nothing is more frustrating than driving more than 20 minutes to a place and it’s closed. No hours posted on the door but it’s locked. Was going to bathe my dog.

The only reason for 4 stars is because the staff is very unfriendly. I don't know why them seem to act annoyed and bothered by people coming in for services. I brought my dog in for a wash and whenever we were waiting to check out he peed. The owner seemed super aggravated by this. I apologized but she was clearly bothered by it. I've worked in dog grooming for years and would never treat the customer like that. Dogs will have accidents it comes with the job.

We washed our 40-pound dog there and had her nails trimmed also. Everything we needed was provided and our dog tolerated her bath. Place was clean and smelled pleasant. My only complaint is that the shampoo was so watery that it was hard to get onto our hands to apply it to the legs and underside of our dog. I think next time we will bring our own shampoo.

To start of the bat try calling them... youll be greeted by a lady who basically is doing you a favor for even picking up the phone. I have a doddle who is 15lbs and 1ft 3 inches tall.I was able to set up the appointment ignoring her attitude during the call I figured she was just the receptionist or so.30minutes before the appointment I called to confirm and no response.. when I arrived the lady who I had spoken with was who attended me (her voice was recognized) I brought my dog and I stated hes a medium size dog. As per her insight he is a large dog... and to her expression by hand showing a small doodle would be about 4inches tall and weigh about 1-2lbs...I asked just for the tips to be cut since had a groomed about 1.5 month so he did not have a lot to cut. After leaving i returned and asked for his face to be trimmed as hair would be in his face and teeth, she basically heard me but made no visual at all just ignored me then came back and talked to me. I asked what other service does she provide and stated (what ever service your want)... i asked again and same response.... after going back and forth she stated she can do a conditioner which makes his coat even whiter than it is. It was the golden package she said 15 dollar more. I said yes. She said it was a holiday week so she would be busy but she will deliver same day, I said thats fine I understand.I called arount 7pm no answer... I drove down and saw that they were cutting his hair and they were open. I was charged 83 dollars for the service.His body cut was good but the face was over done he literally looked like the guy with the small head from bettle juice 😂.Unfortunately I wont be going back to this place due to the attention of the lady she is really on a high horse or just just plain mad at world and makes it seems like she really is doing you a favor for taking you in.

Said they are open until 6 got there before 5 to wash my dog. They were already closed. Lots of signs stating all the rules and all the things they don't want you to do. Eg. Don't text call or email to check on grooming status of your pup but they run late all the time so why wouldn't you reach out to check on your pet's pick up time. I said I would never go back - I almost did but I won't do so again.

Such a wonderful place! It's super clean and they are so friendly! I love that instead of sending to voicemail that they were able to text with me (all the barking and hairdryers really don't help a conversation when you call most groomers) and all the pups I saw in there were cheerful and relaxed in their kennels or on the tables being clipped. Starr vent over backwards to help me with an abandoned puppy that was too young for most flea and tick remedies that even multiple vets declined to assist with. I'm a disabled ver without full use of my hands and to have someone actually help me after I called dozens of vets and groomers was so amazing. The price was super reasonable and the service was outstanding! What a lovely, friendly, clean location to pamper your pets. I cannot recommend this place or the quality of service enough. I will always bring my pups here now. You guys have a customer for life.

This was a great experience.i have never had a dog I had to get groomed before so I was really unsure of where to go. I found this place just driving around and as soon as I walked in my puppy was just happy. He loved the lady with short red hair and instantly wanted to go play with her. She made me feel comfortable with leaving my puppy their. I love the text option. They texted me as soon as he was done and when I got their he was calm as a pickle. He looked great and smelled good too. Price was a little high but I am just not use to paying to get my dogs groomed. I'm sure it's reasonable about $48 for wash clean trim and including ears and paws. Definitely coming back here again.

THE OWNER IS VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.This was probably one of the WORST experiences I had and most HUMILIATING.My friend had just bought 3 puppies and we wanted to get them all clean and ready, so I recommended her this place for the self bath section because I had previously used it with my own dog. We go in with the puppies and ask how much it would be, one of the ladies told us $12 each, which sounded reasonable. However, her attitude was not friendly at all, she right away asked if they had fleas, obviously we responded No. My friend and I started giving them a bath and we were trying to figure out how to get colder water because it was coming out super hot, we asked and they didn't even bother to come out and show us; so okay we figured their customer service SUCKS. But we were on a mission and super excited about our puppies! We are in the middle of everything and the lady decides to tell us to wear our masks, at this point I didn't even realized we had forgotten our masks, to which we replied we didn't have them, but we were almost done. Just to clarify, there was NO ONE else in there, it was an honest mistake from our end, we decided to be quick and finish up. At the end my friend was looking for her wallet to pay and she finds her mask, so I tell her to wear it because "you are going up there to pay, I'll wait for you by the door." The Owner, this very mean lady, came out to charge her and got very mad because we were not wearing masks, my friend tried to explain that she had just found hers and that I was the one that didn't have one. the Owner got extremely rude, she told us that it was her business, that she requires the mask, she even started to yell at us, but we were just trying to pay and get out. And to be honest and fair they didn't tell us until we were in the middle of the bath and it's not like we are going to leave the puppies all wet. I was so so embarrassed that I even suggested that place to my friend. I don't usually write reviews, and I know how important they are for a business, specially small businesses. As a business owner myself, I can say I have never ever treated someone like they treated us. It was an honest mistake and she could've been more understanding, also there was no one around to put in harm. This was just plain rudeness. I don't know how people can take their dogs there and expect them to be treated nice. I am never giving them my business again. And I believe customers, if you care about your babies, please find a better place. If she is the owner and she treats her clients like this then I can't even imagine how she treats dogs.

First time customer! We recently moved to San Antonio and were in search for a self serve dog wash, happy to say we found a gem!There are three self serve stations. They offer grooming services. Staff was very friendly and explained to us where everything was.Great tools to get your dog cleaned. Atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. Which is perfect if you have an anxious dog.We paid $18 for a 50lbs Aussie Mix self wash service. Not bad at all.Definitely reccomend and we will be back!

My boy Ziggy Marley 🐶 has gone here a few times and every time the amazing staff makes him look like a new pup! Love how patient they are and how gentle they handle the dogs. Even helpful to those doing self wash. Really appreciate their kindness and skills.

I was extremely disappointed with Wash Shake Wag. I had an appointment on a Tuesday at 1:00 pm. I called ahead of time since I was running early to see if I could bring my dog in any earlier. They said that was fine. I arrived around 12:45 pm. The groomer told me it would be 2-3 hours max. So I went to run errands and back home. It was around 3:30 pm, and I still hadn't heard anything from them, so I decided I would drive all the way down there. Mind you, I chose this place that was around ~20-25 minutes away due to their reviews. Anyway, I showed up around 3:45 pm, and I asked about my dog's progress and when they estimated that she would be done. The groomers looked confused and had a hard time trying to decide what dog was mine. I had to physically step back where I saw my dog hadn't even been touched yet and had just spent over 3 hours in a crate.Never will I even attempt to give this place my business again. I would expect better communication if they were running that behind. I would have also appreciated to not have been offered an appointment. They are unorganized and over booked. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

WORST Experience!! Our puppy was given a horrible haircut..he was cut on both sides of inner legs and groin. Dropped him off @ 9:30, he wasn’t ready till after 1pm. He came home without his collar and full of fleas. He was acting frightened. When I called to complain, owner said she needed pics to see and talk to groomer. I sent them and she wanted me to go back. She finally fessed up she was the groomer but that she didn’t remember cutting him! Needless to say we will not be going back.

ive only taken my dog here once but he loved it and we will be returning very soon! i have a 6 year old pitbull mix and the staff were very attentive and treated him so wonderfully. hes very nervous and anxious and i told them to please handle him with care and they did exactly that! plus the service was super quick! i dropped him off in the morning and an hour later i got a text saying that he was ready to be picked up! he was bathed, ears cleaned, nails trimmed, and they even gave him a super cute bandana!!

It was a nice place to get a flavorful lemonade that isnt super sweet. I had the strawberry passion fruit. I love coconut so I want to go back and get a Lava Flow or Blue Hawaiian. Staff was nice and really helpful in answering all my questions as I am new to this company.
