Lucio, in auto service was very polite and welcoming! He was so helpful in answering some questions. It’s been a while since I’ve seen him, since I do come in frequently for an oil change. I’ve had other not so pleasant encounters with other staff members, but it’s nice to see people enjoying what they do even at early hours of the day!

This is for the auto center only and not on any one person-If you want to waste your time get service at Walmart auto. I already refuse to let them touch oil changes due to leaving caps offs from previous experiences.Now I ordered only tires from the ap. Set apt on the apt. We'll walmart cancels the apt for you. Made a new one week later... they canceled it again. I show up they take my walk in.. waste 3 hours of my time so I go ask what is my estimate.. they tell me it's been canceled .. they had my number could of called!!! Canceled it due to the H rating of speed is to low. my 1999 needs to go over 130 mph?? So dumb. So went to take tire to somewhere else and noticed that 3 are the same and 1 isnt.. simple put this is walmart, I should of known. Returned everything and left... Pay the extra anywhere else is my advice.

For over 2 years now, I have experienced nothing but delays with orders from curbside that have resulted in having to cancel much needed orders. Whether it was items being delivered to me or as recent as last night, doing a pickup order. I try to avoid ordering anything from this location. Somehow, my order was placed there instead of the other location I switched to a year ago. I hoped they were doing better. Only to end up waiting for over an hour for my order in the parking lot, to be told that they will not be able to fill it. You get one email from the system that says your order is delayed for 2 hours after being notified that it is ready. Nothing else ever comes through. You can only hope to get a call from someone the next day regarding your order. I'm not sure what is going on in that section, but to have this going on for years is beyond ridiculous. I truly hope they are able to rectify this sooner rather than later.

Surprisingly I feel that Walmart is making a comeback. I've started to prefer going here rather than HEB lately because it is less crowded, the produce is fantastic, they have good deals/prices and I've noticed my grocery bill is not as high when I opt for Walmart. Also, the people inside the store are nicer here, I've had several pleasant conversations while shopping which is just nice

The employees are usually present and willing to help it is a bit small but will have basic necessities any specialty items are off the table it does take quite a bit to get anything in stock so don't be surprised if something was there one day and not the next

First I had bought a Hoover carpet machine based on the fact that online it was advertised as 154, but in store they had it for 179 and apparently online price is for online only. I returned that machine and bought a different brand. Opened the box and one of the trial bottles is missing. Luckily bissell noticed and left a coupon for a bottle of formula up to 25$ for only 1$.This review is solely for Walmart.

We received excellent service in the Automotive Department. Everything didn't get done, but that was due to my son.Update: We took my son's car to finish getting serviced. The automotive team was quick and efficient. I was definitely pleased with the service that they provided.

Enrique/Ricky at cash register 12 this morning around 9:30 am was exceptional. He had a very pleasant demeanor and soothing/calm tone. He bagged my like items with eachother and was very considerate of my breakable items. His customer service skills come naturally. Good job!

Absolutely horrible experience. I had an appointment at 9 am to change 4 tires on my car. I arrived at 8:50 to check in and I waited until 10:40 for them to finally LOOK at my car. Then they told me they could not work on it due to minor bumper damage. My car was in their line of sight the entire time, and the incompetent mechanics succeeded in WASTING MY TIME. Horrible service I will never be coming back to Walmart for simple maintenance 🤦‍♂️ 👎 I took it to the discount tire down the road right after and they had the job done in less than an hour.

I haven't been to this Walmartin several years and sadly I was disappointed. Not sure what has happened but it really looks run down, and only one cashier lane open so our only option is to wait in a very slow long line ot wait in a very slow long line at the self check out! I didn't decide on the latter because to my surprise I couldn't use my digital wallet on my phone when I asked why the cashier was thrown back by surprise waning his hands ,"oh no no no we don't allow that type of payment!" I couldn't help but laugh thinking how I looked as a criminal🙄. TBH overall store is just poorly maintained. II don't think I'll be going back to this particular location.

This Walmart automotive is horrible !!!! With a capital H !!!! Tell me why I order tires six days ago and made the appointment for them to install them…. Then I wake up to a text barely 2 hours before my appointment saying that they canceled my appointment after I order these six days in advance. Now waiting till 7 am for them to pick up there phone. When I finally get someone on the phone they don’t sound understanding or empathizing with me. They tell me my order got canceled because 3 tires are in and the last one not there….. how does happened if I order these tires 6 days ago….. so I suggest to them can I go pick up that last tire from another store and bring to yall they say no because they will have to cancel my freaking order because they are waiting on one more tire. I was willing to go out my way to another Walmart so they can instal my tires because why is there three not for. Then no one even told me when that last tire was will get there… I am very dissatisfied and I hope my refund will be coming soon if not I’m calling corporate I have all the recipes this ridiculous wish I could give a lower rating than this,

Now I’m starting to see why Walmart has a law suit. I was getting my son a play dough set and it clearly has a barcode that states it’s $21.97, I scan the code on my phone it popped up as $20.99 when purchased online, but then I go to the cashier and it turns out it’s $28.97 before taxes… how can you go up $7 just for no reason? I know it isn’t a lot, but the dollars add up in time. Very disappointing. If yall have the app check it and make sure the products you buy are the listed price.

The tire service is terrible I’ve waited over 4 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. I was notified that my car was being worked on, and when I asked they said that it wasn’t. Also, the cars “ahead of me” with appointments were pushed up instead of mine. The other tech was running late and my car was pushed back. If I could give zero stars I would.

This place, well, I think any Walmart these days. No employees in sight, only by exit and self checkout registers. Also, the facewash is locked, behind locked doors! It's $3, if you actually had enough employees to assist when we ring the assistance button, this wouldn't be an issue, but you have NO EMPLOYEES on the floor! I go to Walmart to get candles, that's the only reason for my visits, do this once every few months! But.... getting to the point where 3 times a year, is too much!

I ordered 2 items for outside pick-up. Came to the store, hit the link in the text, the link is broken, but it wanted me to install an app on my phone. Just what I need is more apps. I went inside and waited through a horrendous line to get my items at customer service. One person working customer service, even though the place was a zoo. She declined to help me even though I'd been waiting a half hour to speak with her. Spoke to 4 employees, none of whom particularly cared about helping customers, several of whom waved me to the far end of the store and said I should wait in the parking lot. Went to the lot delivery spaces, called the listed number, only to get a voicemail service after it rang like a dozen times. Spending an hour at the Walmart and still leaving empty-handed, not a good use of my time.

This Walmart has the WORST online grocery. I used to order from this store frequently but stopped because I was ALWAYS having damaged items and I didn’t want it to seem sketchy to whoever when constantly getting refunded. I mistakenly ordered from there a couple of weeks ago and it’s to the point where I’m now having to write a review. My delivery was two days late AND I had several damages. So careless! Do not recommend doing online pick up or delivery from this store!

The most awful customer service. Nothing but sass and attitude. When was asking about an issue that I’ve never had before with an order I was told that “well you have an issue now.” And to “stop the attitude brat.” I much I think is very rude when I was just asking questions about why there was an issue now.

This place is ridiculous! Every time I come in here there's literally only one register open, it's like their trying to force you to ring up your own items. And the one person with a register open takes forever to get you rung up. It's horrible. I should have just went to HEB !

Went to purchase a gift that happened to be on a black Friday sale. I attempted to buy it and was told I had to order it online first. I then asked if I could just order it from my phone and pick it up while Im here. The manager said no, I would have to place the order and come back tomorrow to get it. This "policy" makes no sense. This review is based on my other experiences as well. It is not solely based on this visit. The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired.

This is the exact reason why I don't shop at wal mart anymore. We ordered simple items and were charged for all 11 of them but only given 3 items. The worker told us a MANAGER BY THE NAME OF JESSICA would take off the items and refund the amount... We still got charged. I called 4 times and never got a MANAGER on the line. The operator told me the manager was "too busy." Poor management and business practices wal mart will never go away, but managers can, I hope a GM reads this. You need new management.

Goodyear Reliant tires are the best budget tires that money can buy!First of all the treadwear warranty is 65,000 mi, far above the second best budget tire, Milestars 50k warranty. Secondly, there are far more Walmarts than any tire store, so service and sales are much closer to you and it’s available nationwide. Thirdly, you will not find a better dollar value or bang for your buck than these Reliant tires. No other tire comes close! Goodyear will not produce a cheap tire that may ruin the value of its brand. I bought a set of these 15 months ago for my 2019 Honda CRV and immediately noticed a huge improvement in ride, handling, and in a more quiet ride as compared to the oem Hankook Kinergy Gt tires.
Today, 3/28/24, I bought 4 more Reliant tires for my 2022 Toyota Avalon Limited Hybrid. Once again, they are a huge improvement in every area over the oem BridgestoneTuranza tires. This is an honest review from an owner of these tires, not someone that wants to grind an ax against Walmart. I highly recommend Goodyear Reliant tires. They are a close cousin to the Goodyear Assurance comfort drive tire . There is a detailed comparison between these two tires on the internet, google it! Please Understand the Reliant tire costs half as much as the Assurance tire, yet delivers 90-95% of its overall quality and reliability. One last thing, the Goodyear Reliant tire is not only Goodyears best selling tire, but it’s the best selling tire in the US. All these millions of buyers know a good thing when they see it.

They should actually have someone directing traffic and not letting people through their pick up section. All the parking lot is a jam because people are trying to go towards 1604 from the pick up line side and won't let others go towards the east side of the parking lot in front of the store. Worst pick up line and parking lot design ever

There's always weird stuff going around, it doesn't feel safe in the surroundings. Most of the staff walk around the store with mad faces, I've been going for the last 3 years and is always the same. Some of the staff members are very friendly but I rather drive farther when need something from there.

This Walmart has poor management on 12/23/2023, while so many ppl are shopping for last minute Christmas items or just grocery shopping and they have the majority of registers closed! Then they announce that there’s only 30 minutes left and they close the few extra registers so that ppl have to form an extensive line of well over 100 feet to checkout at the self-checkout registers… RIDICULOUS. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER WALMART!!! 🤬
