What good is it have a pharmacy open until 10:00 pm if they can’t fill your prescription when you get there 2 hours before closing and they say you have to wait till the next day. I had just been seen at urgent care because I’m sick and need 2 medications to help me to start feeling better. I arrive at the pharmacy 10 minutes after my doctor but the order in which was 8:00 pm, to be turned away. They stated they had 80 prescriptions in the system and would not be able to get to. There were 4 customers in line and no card in the drive thru so who were these 80 other patients they are helping. If a patient is in there 2 hours before close face to face who has an acute condition that needs medication immediately they should be helped. If you’re short on staff they need to stated that prescriptions placed on the same day have priority to patients who are there. Those 80 patients probably won’t even pick up their medications until tomorrow or later. This is poor customer care for patients who are sick. I couldn’t even imagine if it was for a child, they think it’s okay to turn sick people away. Just because it’s in the system doesn’t make it right that it is filled first. Same day prescriptions are only filled if the patient is at the pharmacy. Something needs to changed.

The pharmacy technician (female) had horrible customer service. I arrived before the lunch hour and was waiting outside at the window without acknowledgment. I then proceeded to just go inside and When I finally reached the window a technician turned me away without apologizing or even acknowledging that I had been waiting prior to the lunch time. I was in need of an inhaler, walgreens pharmacy has really gone down hill, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. Take your prescriptions somewhere else and save yourself the troubleIf I could give negative stars I would.

I always find great deals every time I shop there. Its one of my favorite stores to coupon at. And love the fact that my walgreens store which is on the corner of SW Military Dr and S Zarzamora is open 24 hours.

This Walgreens has the most incompetent people employed in the pharmacy. Every experience here is awful. Why do I continue coming here, right? My Blue Cross Blue Shield requires we leave prescriptions with this place. One experience they lose my prescription, a week later accuse me of not dropping it off and then find it lying on their counter. Today they tell me my medication is on back stock. When I ask the clerk why they didn't tell me yesterday so I had the opportunity to look at another Walgreens he replies she is new here. The "she" was the actual pharmacist. It is irritating to be forced to use a place where you are leaving important, private data, along with medications you need to take to uncaring, unapologetic, rude people.

I went to fill a prescription at 9:18 after an ER visit and was told they wouldn't be able to fill it tonight and I would have to pick up tomorrow. I would understand if it was closer to closing but with over 40 minutes that was ridiculous.

If I could give a zero I would. I picked up a prescription at 9:40 PM. When I arrived home and checked my medications and was shorted two pills from one of the bottles. Since the pharmacy was closed I called a 1-800 that was the corporate office. I was told I could file a claim which I did. I was told to call the pharmacy in the morning which I did. I waited over 40 minutes on hold just to be told they didn't short me any of my medications. Due to the classification of the medication, nothing, absolutely nothing was done. It may be to cover tracks? I do know how to count and I received 4 pills instead of 6. Not sure what happened on their end but regardless of what they say I know exactly how many pills I received. I will be changing who I get my meds from I guess it's a good time to try Walmarts pharmacy; maybe they will believe their customers better.

This Walgreens has THE WORST customer service! I dropped off two prescriptions around 11:30pm after being at the ER with my 83 year old mother all evening. I was told it would be an hour and a half to get he medication so we decided to go back the next morning. My brother volunteered to pick the meds up for our mom, but when he got to the store he was told he would have to wait another hour for medication that should have been filled the night before! To top it off, they only gave him one of the two medications that were ordered. I’ve been on the phone for two hours, calling and calling, waiting on hold just to be hung up on time after time. While waiting for my medication, my brother witnessed the pharmacy tech walk over to the ringing phone and push the button to disconnect a call right in front of him!!! When he told the young lady that he now understands why we could not get through to them on the phone, she just smirked and walked away! Something is wrong with this whole experience. It’s a real shame that we had to go through all of this. Meanwhile, my mom is in pain with a UTI because of the incompetence of the pharmacy staff. Do not use this pharmacy.

10/12/2022 @8:45pm. I visited the Walgreens on Zarzamora and Military Dr., the pharmacy technician was rude and helpless. I went through the drive thru window. I waited a very long time for one person ahead of me to get service. Once that customer left, I handed my prescription to the technician. She looked it up and handed it back to me and said it’s out of stock.What? It’s out of stock so she hands me the prescription back? I asked do other Walgreens have it? She said I can’t look right now, I have a line. What about ordering the prescription? So because you have a line, my prescription is worthless?Poor customer service. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with her service. Terrible service, I do hope someone at Walgreens pays attention to my review. If they’d like to continue to employ other technicians like that, then we can get our medications elsewhere.

While dashing/shopping for a customer, there was a limited amount of supplies. Out of 10 items my customer ordered, i ended up leaving with 2 things!! They need a supply inventory for that reason.

Went there trying to receive money i was sent thru western union the sign over the beverage area said receive and send money but when i approached the counter i said i need to receive and some manager chick said they only send and the chick at the register gave me a rude look like i was wrong, they need to fix that sign or re-educate their staff

Pharmacy is very unprofessional. Make sure to double check prescriptions here. Also ringed me up under my fathers name instead of mine and had to go through big mess with health insurance trying to figure it out. Also pharm techs are rude and ignorant of basic rules. They will go on lunch before helping the next person in line.

I would give zero stars if I could.We've been a long time happy customer at every walgreens location until I moved. This particular walgreens is the closest to me and it's 45 minutes away. My aunt and I have had nothing but horrible experiences with them. Trying to call and talk to someone is next to impossible but that is the only way I can get my refill started without a 2 hour round trip plus wait waiting1-3 hrs for my script and that's if they can even locate it in the system which nothing has changed for me. Today I made this trip after trying to call for the past 3 days to get a refill with no success and now I amout of medication. I will wait in hold up to 30 mins, they will answer and place me on hold for another 30, then pick up the phone and hang up. I even went as far as having the main 800 service send then a message and still no response. The customer service is absolutely horrible and most of the staff is rude. When you go to the location, the are times you sit at the window 10 mins looking at them by the computer before your even acknowledged. I've never experienced this with any other walgreens. We've been going here for a year now and there has ALWAYS been some sort of issue every single time and I've finally had enough.We will definitely be switching back to the CVS around the corner from this location first thing Monday. I would rather pay a few extra dollars for my script at CVS, but get great customer service, my phone calls answered, fast service and no medication issues.

Pharmacy staff NEVER answer thier phones. They keep me on hold by picking up call and then putting me back in queue and then after 15 min they hand up call. Tired multiple times on different days answer something everytime. I called once while in store and even saw them putting my call on hold. There were no customers in line. They were just chatting away.

I swear don’t they ever know when and how to answer there phones. I literally have a prescription to refill and I’m on hold for 30 minutes it don’t make any sense on leaving me on hold but yet all I get it “we’re sorry our staff is answering other call’s we’ll be with you shortly.

The wait time to get anyone on the phone is just WAY too long. I understand that this is a very busy time of year, (when is it not?) but waiting 25 minutes or MORE before speaking to a live person is unacceptable. Patient and doctor's office phone calls should be considered just as important/urgent as the patients that they have standing right in front of them.

Horrible customer service from the female pharmacy technicians on multiple occasions. They treat you as if you are an inconvenience to them. Can’t even request pricing over the phone without hearing their attitude and being treated very disrespectfully Including being laughed at. I live downtown I am not going to drive to the pharmacy just to show you my insurance card. I only stuck to this pharmacy since I have been refilling here for a very long time however I am moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy service or even online service because someone should not have to be treated this way by an employee doing their job.

Nice quick Walgreens. My only issue is that i get so lucky when i go pick up a prescription like once a year, they usually have like one or two people in the drive thru waiting, and they dont tell them to leave. So you will have a car sitting there for 30 minutes while they prepare their order. They should move those people for those that already have an order ready.

Called the pharmacy before arriving to see if walk ins were available for covid shot. They said over the phone no appointment was needed and to come in. Walked inside and pharmacist was very confrontational and insistent that walk in were not allowed. I informed him of call I just had on the phone with Walgreens representative and he said that wasn't his problem.

The young boy that is the cashier at this store is rude obnoxious uncaring about his job. I asked him to scan my big packs of toilet paper and he said wait till I finish this (my 6 items I had). I went to get my reward card info on reader and he said I haven't finish here. This kid needs to go find some other work. I am disabled and can't hold things a long time. He could have gotten the scanner and be done. But then he got this childless behavior.

Pharmacy is a waste of time. Dropped off prescriptions at about 11:30, got a text alert about 1pm that meds not covered by insurance, called them and said fill anyway, lady said okay. Didn’t hear from them the rest of the day, called them at 4:45pm asked if my script will be ready. Guy said they haven’t been filled because it’s not covered by your insurance; I told him I already had this conversation with some one earlier and a lady told me it would get filled. He apologized said prescriptions would be ready by 5:30pm. At 5:15 I get a call, guy says they can’t fill it because they are out of that med. I said aren’t you supposed to tell me this when I drop it off??? He said yes and apologized. Wasted an entire day with this pharmacy. I won’t use them again.

Well these people are amazing ,it's beyond me such patients with customers. I understood wrong,got unkind and well I didn't brake there professional attendance of attending there customers.i was so wrong.i feel the need a raise on what they get paid so good workers . especially the one that attended me .👍if I new his name I would give it ,but none had none.

Javier the pharmacist was super awesome and nice! The other staff was unprofessional. I overheard them laughing at patients after helping them. They didn’t offer help to a Spanish speaker filling out paperwork. Very disappointing.

Last night i took my daughter to the er for an extremely painful earache which ended up being an ear infection. on our way home we dropped off her prescriptions (an antibiotic and a pain med) off at this location. Having no insurance i knew it would quite possibly be a little expensive. But at 4 am. We just wanted to go home. I called in the next day to see if it was ready and how much it was going to cost. After hearing the amount we decided to just get her antibiotic. When we got to the window. The young lady asked of we had any insurance. I told her no and that we just wanted the antibiotic. She walked away and came back and gave us a discount which allowed us to get both meds. I really appreciate her help. It meant a lot to me as a mother that she was able to do this for my daughter. When we were just going to settle with one prescription. We were blessed with walking away with both. Thank you Walgreens for your very helpful staff.
