Today 4/6/24 cashier was very rude had an attitude BIG time. My mom only purchased 6 items. After we told her "why there was a remaining $5 cash balance." She said she could not verify eligible otc products that there is know way she can get that information. All 6 items were otc approved and did not give us a reason or explanation or a receipt. Do not shop here late you will receive bad customer service.

Good now but their hours just went anywhere near as convenient as in the recent past.. Covid Pandemic for the most part is history Walgreens, Revert back to more realistic and convenient opening hours.

If there was a zero, I'd rate a zero. What a horrible experience at the Walgreen's on Goliad near Bill Miller Ln. I was in a rush to get my items before I went to my doctor's appt. I entered the store to use the ATM. I used it and decided to get a snack. The line was long, and the cashier had to wait on someone, a mgr perhaps. I decided to go to cosmetics and purchase my items there. An employee was called to cosmetics for my assistance. She comes up and asks if she can help me. I told her, "I'm just going to purchase this." She rolled her eyes and turned her head to the front register as if "why did you call me here?" She opens her drawer with anger and tells me, "I don't have money! Are you using a card?!"I told her, "I could." She rings me up with an attitude and bags my purchase and hands me my bag, turning her head and refusing to face me and walks away without a "Thank you." Not one word. I told her she was very rude as I walked off. She ignored me, still refusing to look at me. Her name is Elizabeth, and she is a Shift Leader. A shift leader!!!!

You know I came here just to pick up some medication, no biggie. But I left with a life altering experience given to me by Gabriella. She was everything I needed on a bad day. Her customer service is TOP TIER, A1, 100%, 11/10. She’s amazing and sweet, take care of her soul cause she healed mine. 🙏

I had a flu shot appointment. I arrived earlier than my time slot, but had to wait while they served another customer. I promptly checked-in with the pharmacy at my allotted time.The employee who checked me in disappeared after I told her I was there for a flu shot. I was left standing there when another employee approached me and asked if I had been helped. I said Yes, I checked in with someone, but I don't know where she went/what she went to go do.The original employee never came back to help.After checking in, I had to wait for 30 minutes to actually receive my shot as they continued to serve more customers. I also had to fill out a form that I already filled out online. The online form was supposed to expedite the process.I don't understand the point of making an appointment or filling out the online forms if it takes half an hour.

Twisted my ankle playing disc golf so after a visit to urgent care I was in a rush to get my pain meds before the store closed. Witnessed a worker named Gabriella handle the line while multitasking. Got me out of there just before closing, I am so glad she was there that night.

I quit them years ago.The only reason I had to come back was because my husband didn't request a different pharmacy at the dr office.I thought it's been a while maybe they'll be better.I was wrong. They still have a long wait. They still have attitudes. Cashier was rude to me but nice to the next person. I can't find name on receipt.This will be the last time I come here.

I just left their pharmacy and was treated very rudely. I was not aware of their closing time being 6 on Saturdays and thats my fault. Either way was very rude took my payment in a bad manner. She drew the the blind all the way down did not say a thing. She threw my prescription along with my card into the drawer and pushed it out and that was it did not acknowlege me at all. Im pretty positive it was the same woman who i spoke to the day before. Also was treated very rudely. I never leave reviews for anything but this time I had to. I will be going to another walgreens after to day.

Have never had any problems at this location. Staff has always been friendly, pharmacy counter has always been helpful as well. Store usually has a good selection of products, but can be out of stock on some items at times.

This walgreens has went down. Poor services and now people are having to wait forever for meds because they are only doing centralized orders . I was told after having a major surgery my pain meds wouldn't be in into Monday.. so in the mean u just sit in pain and wait. Sorry have to find me a new pharmacy that will have meds in stock.

Ordered prints and as soon as I received the email that they're ready for pick up, I received another email stating they were picked up. I called right away because we did not pick them up! I was told he made a mistake and they're there. Went to pick them up the next day only to be told they were picked up the day before. I was told since they don't ID people for pictures they just give them to whomever goes and asks for a specific name. These photos are of our kids and now some sicko probably has them, thanks to this photo department. After speaking to the manager, who did not help at all, he ended our call with him asking me if there's anything else he can do. I informed him he did nothing to begin with! DON'T USE THIS WALGREENS FOR YOUR PHOTOS. THEY'LL PASS THEM OUT AND NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WORRIES. When I asked where my photos were, they said "I don't know". They didn't even offer to look into it! They thought the situation was okay because they reprinted them!

We always get our prescriptions filled here because the service is more personalized than HEB. Sometimes it can be a little bit of a wait but it is worth it for the service.So when I needed to get graduation invitations made up I used their self-serve kiosk. The machine at CVS up the road was old and a headache to use but the one here at Walgreens was top notch, easy, and convenient to use and the invitations came out looking like they were professionally made. The lady (Carol) working the counter was very knowledgeable about the machines and pretty much anything else I needed. She was super helpful, nice, and professional. She made it a pleasant experience and definitely earned my repeat business should I need to print out photos, invitations, or cards in the future.

Just got off the phone with them and all I was looking for was a particular kind of light bulb. I was transferred 3 times and when I finally got to a guy that wanted to "help" me, he was completely rude. Did not take the time to understand what I was explaining, interrupted me twice, and actually referred me to Home Depot. Worst customer service. Do they really just hire people that have horrible customer service and direct their sales to other companies???? Never again.

I want to give a huge shout out to Matthew in the photo department for working on my order the best he could. Managing to multi task the whole way. Managers don't realize that sometimes a department needs help. The store employees kept transferring calls to him people sitting at the booth needing help and working on a long line. Come on where are the supervisors in charge. Stacking cookies. Really?

I would like to give a well deserved Shout Out, thanking my 24hr Walgreens, but Especially the diligent, efficient, hard working nighttime Manager as well as the male employee who was hard at work manning his register!!! Not only were these guys Walgreens-Busy, with stalking shelves between checking out paying customers, these two exceptional employees were still sure to adhere to the same-day photo-pick-up policy that Walgreens advertises. So With that, when I finally decided to stroll back in to recover my photos, it was around 4am in the morning, to my total surprise and enjoyment, all 100+ photos I ordered, were finished and ready to go (and again this was at 4AM in the morning 👍🏼😃) Wow guys Thanks Again!!! I'm really lodging a specific complaint here: the evening of January 2, 2013, my mother waited on hold for someone in the pharmacy for over an hour. Eventually I went to the store through the drive-thru where at least 2 employees were on duty. There were no other cars in the drive-thru and I could see no customers at the counter. Clearly, they were not so busy that one of the employees couldn't have answered the phone. I was ill myself and shouldn't have been out. If they'd answered the phone, they could have let us know her prescription hadn't come in. I'm fuming about this, and I will make damn sure to tell everyone I know about this crappy service.

I am pretty upset about Walgreens saying see ya to Superior Health customers, just when they start providing average service. There solution instead of transferring us to another pharmacy oh you take care of that, have them call us. I just called and was told this and then the pharmacy didn’t even know it’s declining customers due to Aetna being more profitable, I get it, but what a shame in the manner they behave and lack of information they have. I said you don’t want my business I don’t want yours I also carry Blue Cross and Cvs is getting my business pharmacy and store Bye! Join me in the transition. Too bad they don’t let you select NO STARS for Walgreens on Goliad and E. Southcross, Boo!

Was given different information by different people in regards to the charge for my medication then their pharmacist calls me at 10 o'clock at night after I specifically told them I would call them in the morning..idiots..Bobby and Krisi and Alicia were NO HELP!

Came in five minutes before they close and didn’t let me in because they “close in five minutes” when I was just coming in for Advil. You guys need to check y’all’s hiring process because every place closes at exactly the time they’re scheduled to and this Walgreens is to lazy to stay open for five more minutes. Ridiculous.

Dropped off scripts for my toddlers, was asked the normal questions about the insurance, if it was the same I answered yes. I waited the 2 hours went back to pick up the meds and was told they dont have a contract with superior health plan anymore and that I will have to pay out of pocket for them had to wait longer to get the scripts back from them, lol went across the street to CVS and got them filled in 10 minutes, quicker, friendly, and they work with superior.

My entire 23 years of living this Walgreens has been open 24/7. When I get off work at midnight I always counted on Walgreens to be open while no one else in the area besides Walmart. Now this Walgreens closes at 10 PM? For what reason? Why? For YEARS it’s been 24/7 and now I have no where to go besides Walmart. What a shame.

Have ordered twice from this photo center and both times have had to reorder elsewhere. Poor customer service, poor communication. Will not order from here again, they haven wasted my time on multiple special occasions.
