Very rude 😒..Never again young man didn't want to help me working pharmacy..I'm moving all my husband's medications from walgreens to H.E.B. there so much more considerate and kind .Everyone else should switch to H.E.B.with this type of serviceThank you for nothing I'll pull them completely out of walgreens

Worst pharmacy ever! This place doesn't even deserve a star!Scheduled my two kids appointments for their first dose of covid vaccines and waited 45 minutes for nothing. First a lady in the front with pink reddish hair, glasses and blue scrubs had some attitude and was asking if my kids were sick because they kept coughing I just told her no and she looked at me with a face. My kids have asthma so they always have a cough because anything like playing outside or laughing triggers it and makes them cough a lot and ovbiously they're kids they always do that.After waiting for so long they finally called us and my 7yr old son with autism son was first, I told the pharmacist with the white coat that he was autistic, he was having a hard time staying still crying and making a scene not wanting to get the shot, then the pharmacist with the white coat said she wasn't going to be able to give him the vaccine.So after waiting for 45 minutes and her saying that I tought that was VERY unprofessional!If people here have no patience with special children like my son who is Autistic, then I should have been told that since the moment I said he was Autistic instead of wasting my time. If ya'll have no time or patience for special children then have a big sign saying that or on the website instead of denying the services in a rude way and wasting peoples time.

When unable to accept a certain form of payment it should be posted instead of people wasting time gathering items and then to be told while trying to complete the transaction.

I went to pick up my curbside order. Through the text let them know I was on my way and let them know once I was there. I still had to call them because I was just sitting watching customers go inside and watch those same customers walk out with their merchandise while I just sat there. I didn't have all my items gentleman said they were probably out of stock. I told him I could go online right this minute and it shows in stock. He didn't have an answer for that. Then I asked if the charge in my bank account would change....his response it should if not a bank dispute would have to be done. First and last time using curbside pick up at this store.

I love shopping at this new remodeled Walgreens store. I find everything I need and personnel is very nice and friendly.

Always exceptional service. Never encountered any issues been shopping here 39 years. Have never used their Pharmacy. I shop online * pick up curbside. Fast friendly service. Had to call once because they didnt get my alert that I was there but honestly I think it was my internet lagging communication to their server. So I dont blame them.

Horrible pharmacy. After you manage to go through the automated phone routing system, they place you on hold without telling you that they are putting you on hold. After the staff picking up the phone and immediately putting it back on hold 5 times without saying anything, and after over 15 minutes of holding, the staff denied that I was on hold that long and lied about putting me on hold, despite my phone's timer saying contrarily. Save yourself time in the future; go somewhere else.

Went through the drive-thru pharmacy to pick up meds. The drive-thru is 2 lanes and at every other Walgreens they alternate between lanes when dealing with customers. This location skipped me twice. They sent the meds and my credit card back via the machine. When I opened the door, everything fell out onto the ground. The lanes are narrow that I couldn't open my door to get out. Had the pull forward to get out and the car behind me followed almost running over the meds/my card. It was a disaster. This location is garbage. The staff seem incompetent as well. Do not recommend this pharmacy location.

My dad likes using the Pharmacy at Walgreen's & so do I because when my dad goes to see his doctor and gives a prescription he faxes it to the pharmacy then all we have to do is go pick it up. Now not to be mean or anything but I'm just being honest, in the photo department that is not the case, so I take my business to the Walgreen's on the East side there they do have very good customer service in all departments specially in the photo department they take the time to help one out specially with a person like that is not to savvy on using the photo machines the staff is always very, very helpful and friendly they don't make faces at one and that is what keeps me going back to them even though it's farther for me but it's the good customer service that I like and enjoy. Thank you For Listening

Don’t go to this place one of the workers in the pharmacy got COVID-19 and they have only placed this person on sick leave for 2 weeks. But the store still remains open why?! So more customers can get this virus? Do not go to this place. for your own safety!

Well kept store especially considering that they are doing renovations at the moment. Cashier was very nice also considering that they only had 2 employees working!

Very good service in the Pharmacy the staff was very top notch couldn't believe how amazing there expertise of providing help was outstanding towards the medication Mr.sono was the amazing person his expertise was amazing outstanding.

I heard the pharmacy is bad they don’t talk to you or communicate but I ONLY GO FOR THE SQUISHMALLOWS CAUSE THEY LOADED LIKE LOADED IF YOU GO FOR SQUISH LEAVE ME SOME TOO 🤪🤪🤪
