The first time I picked up my prescription for motion sickness patches, I was given a single patch in a medicine bottle. I did not realize this until I got home due to having gone through the drive-thru. I called the doctor’s office (next day since it was late) thinking it was their mistake and they informed me that the fax stated I was to receive 1 box of 4 patches. The doctor’s office kindly sent over another fax with my prescription. I, regrettably, stated to send to the same location. After getting home, I called to see if the prescription was ready and tell them I am supposed to have a box of 4. A woman there explained it was their mistake and they are currently out of stock. They would have to order a box from another manufacturer. After further discussion, I was irritated asking would it be delayed? Would the price be higher? She insisted it would arrive by 2pm the following day but was unsure on price. I go into the pharmacy the following day, thinking I am going to hand over the 1 patch in a bottle and receive a sealed box of 4. They processed an exchange/return, stating they have a box and I was to keep the one in the bottle. The bag was handed to me and the bottle. I ripped open the bag and wanted to check the box and found the seal was broken. There were 3 patches inside. They stated the box only has 3 because “that’s where the 1 you received initially came from”. I was beyond irritated being handed an open prescription box but I’d had enough of this location. I get home and check the LOT numbers. The one in the bottle match the box and 2 others. 1 patch that was in the open box DOES NOT match the lot number written on the box. Not only did the woman lie about ordering from another manufacturer, but they handed me an open prescription box leading me to believe I was receiving 4 patches that were from this lot. So where did the odd patch come from? Who knows, but all 4 are sealed and I refuse to ever go back in there.

Love this location , Especially there pharmacist went above and beyond to always help with lots of questions he had took his time and answered all my questions,,, and his staff is on top of everything thank you 😊 all !!

The store alone is decent. If you need to grab a few items and want to avoid the big box stores, it's convenient. The cashiers have always been pleasant.I wish I could say the same thing about the pharmacy, but everyone has an attitude. Look, I understand that they probably deal with irate customers all day, but they are the most irritated team I've met to this date.I've worked these types of jobs, and I tried my best to be a nice to everyone (even after someone threw a tantrum).I moved my prescriptions to a different pharmacy after watching a tech scan her own Balance Rewards Card, when I had mine resting on the counter. While I am not in desperate need of random coupons, I do have a problem with theft. If a pharmacy technician is desperate enough to steal Balance Rewards points from other patrons, who might heavily rely on those, what else is she skimping customers on? Medications? Supplies? It's a probability that I'm not willing to risk.

Vincent, Joslyn, and the young man with the lip piercings in the pharmacy are superstars. I saw them efficiently handle dozens of patients at once, keeping their composure and professionalism even with rude and pushy customers. Felt very taken care of. God bless them for being so patient. These workers do the most for the people that walk into the store.

Horrible experience from the pharmacy. I arrived 15 minutes before close with a discount card from my doctor for a new rx. They couldn't figure it out after 15 minutes so they literally closed the door on me if I wouldn't pay the non discounted price. They held my normal rx that was ready to go and would not split the purchase if I wouldn't pay the full price of the other one. Called the support for the discount card, nothing wrong with the card. Walgreens was entering something wrong. This call was finished at 7:05. If you want to close at 6:45 change your hours.

Pharmacy also rude, call them put you on hold for a long time. I have been a Walgreen customer, but changed to a different pharmacy because of the lack of customer satisfaction and helpfulness. Otherwise i am happy with the cosmetic department, the representative is well knowledgeable on the products and i will go there for that one reason.

Simply stated this place is ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED!20 minutes is average wait time for phone answer, lost prescriptions, sitting now for close to half hour in the drive through. Maybe they should invest in more people and not on having another understaffed Walgreens on every street corner on the planet? Just sayin,,,,,,,On the upside, they have yet to make a fatal mistake on any of my prescriptions??:)The people that work here are hard working and dedicated to a fault. They are clearly made of teflon to be able to workwith irritated and boisterous folks like me!

They have horrible customer service and the wait times are ridicules. Who ever runs the pharmacy department has no concept of time management. I would give them a 0 star rating if I could. But it looks like everyone else agrees with me becauae they have more 1 star rating than I have ever seen. Avoid the Walgreens unless you have nothing better to do than waist your time 👎

Sat at the drive through for 8 minutes before being helped only to get turned away because I had the wrong day for my appointment, which understandably was my fault. But had I just been there for meds I would switch pharmacy’s on that alone!! Never again will I go to that Walgreens pharmacy for anything, customer service is everything.

Love this Walgreen's.. feel like family.. maybe once or twice had a problem sure like we all do from time to time.. but rules are rules and it is what it is... But other then this I'm treated as family.. my experience with most employees at this great store keeps me coming back anxiously.. the service is great plus the courtesy ... Amazing... Keep up the great work ...love you guys for your good service...

Always enjoy shopping at Walgreens. Do miss the in-store ads. Don't mind the on-line ads but do mind that they are changed and it's hard to get a good look at the ad. I also go in monthly to purchase Prevagen, but I usually find it out of stock.Pretty popular??

If I could give it no stars I would. I called in my prescription yesterday and it was supposed to be ready yesterday by 3pm. I went today at 10am and they came up with some story of "it was stored in your profile when you called in and you have to call twice so that it's processed"

The guy named Rudy who works in the Photo department was the best person Ive ever had do my photos he was Patient, Kind, Helped me with all my questions, & respected the fact I was rushing & late to the store I showed up like 5 min after the photo place closed & he still helped me thats 5 Star Service right there he was very Understanding this is the only place I will ever go for my Photos!

I left my insulin prescription three days ago running out of insulin, went back to check at the pharmacy and they were out of stock and they lost my prescription,Type 2 D and three months pregnant. I had to bother my Doctor to send it somewhere else.
