Walked in and shopped ..I couldn’t get a bottle of Tylenol because the name brand pain killers were locked . Walked all the way to the front and asked cashier for help - she said press the button .. walked back and there was no button .. so - walked back to cashier and along the way saw an actual worker there - I asked. For help she said she was busy .. ok .. went back to cashier and told her to forget it .. I went in store Oct 3 Tues -2 pm .. im changing pharmacy

The pharmacy staff at this location is absolutely amazing! While dealing with the stresses of my parents and I having COVID-19, the pharmacy staff here made us feel so comfortable and supported as we continued to get tested at this location until we all eventually tested negative! I am so grateful for this pharmacy staff, truly their work made taking care of my family during a rough time so much easier. Thank you all SO much for everything that you do! ❤️

If you would like to wait for literally (no exaggeration) 1 hour or more at the drive thru please come here! They have two pull up windows but either are extremely short staffed or staff doesn’t know how to prioritize, multi task and/or manage incoming customers. The wait time for items needed for sick people is down right shameful. Either hire more staff or strategize a better setup because this is ridiculous!

Scheduled a COVID test. Guy who took it was nice, but didn't find out until I was actually testing that their machine might not even work. He said often times it comes back inconclusive and you have to re-test. Lo and behold, results came back inconclusive because the machine wasn't working. Giant waste of time...Would've been nice to know ahead of time so I could've gone somewhere else

I just waited two hours trying to get a prescription filled. I asked at the beginning if insurance had covered this and they said it did. I then go to get checked out and they said, "this will be over a 1000$ because the doctor has to call and answer questions to your insurance." I told them I had already been informed insurance covered this and this just wasted my Sunday afternoon. All I received was a sorry.

Outstanding pharmacy staff. Been going here for ten years and never once had a bad experience. Pharmacists go out of their way to be helpful. Angela is wonderful. Also, the store staff are great, especially Thomas and Carlos. Thanks, guys!

I needed a covid test to go oversea, There's a certain amount of time that you need it done. I read the instructions on the Walgreens website and it said if you don't have a car called the Pharmacy to see if it was ok for a walk-in. A man was like yes it's ok to walk in and take the test.The next day I like to be early for appointments a good thing too. So I walked to the side where the pharmacy is. I say to this lady I'm here for an appointment covid test. The lady said you need a car or a bike you can't do a walk-up. I said but I called to make sure I can get this test done here. She said it's at the Walgreens discretion maybe if I was white there would not have been any discretion the website said nothing about all Walgreens might not do walk-ins. So I go outside and asked some people if they can drive me to the drive-thru to take this test, I found someone to help me(Thank You) to the lady that helped meDo Better Walgreens.

Horrible Walgreens location. Just came here for an appointment to get my son vaccinated. 1 hr later I am still here. Store is unable to verify our insurance. When I offered to call my insurance I was told that they will close for lunch soon. Alexia the technician had an attitude the entire time, making me wait once I did had somone on the line from BCBS. All is well on the insurance end. Horrible customer service!

For one thing, I was in panic mode last week when the cold weather hit Texas!This store was not supposed to be open but somehow it was!I'm an elderly guy and do not have my own transportation. This store is very close to where I live and nothing else close by was even open except HEB ( which I love!) but it was totally packed with people.This store was a godsend to me when I really needed it and I will never forget it!I have a bad heart (congestive heart failure) and subsequently have really poor circulation. And because this place was open, I didn't have to worry about getting sick from the cold!

I almost wet my pants.I asked Clerk at pharmacy to open door to men's rest room.I waited more than 5 mins,I stated"Thank you for opening the door for me she stated"Your very welcome"(sarcastic manner)I am 68 years old and people my age don't need to be treated in that manner.

I love this place it is very convenient. The people that work here very friendly and nice. The only thing I suggest is that their Pharmacy needs to pick up their pace. They do tend to help the people in the Drive-Thru more than the people that are standing in line. I strongly suggest you call your prescription in ahead of time. I go here a lot so I will continue to go here.

the pharmacy is terrible slow. I stood in line for 30 minutes trying to get my prescriptions. while they let a customer who had a loaded down cart cash out instead of telling her this was for a few items and pharmacy customers only. I was very sick and waited so long I was rude to the clerks after they couldn't understand I wasn't paying what they wanted for my prescription after waiting until my back hurts. the seats were full no place to sit. It took them forever to find people meds and they had five people working there. horrible service.

So on Thursday June 14 to be exact I was in so much pain I dropped off my prescription at the nearest pharmacy I can think of on my way home. Two days have gone by and I have not received a text or a call from anyone and the lady at the window told me I would be receiving a text now mind you I’m a new customer to this pharmacy so I stop by to see what’s going on and the lady at the window tells me they lost my prescription so I was pretty upset I told her I’d go to my other pharmacy to pick up my other prescriptions and on my way back and pick up the medication. On my way back instead of stopping at the pharmacy I decided to give them a call to find out if my prescription was found once again the lady told me they found it but it was a medication that they could not fill there that I’d have to go to the Medcenter and again mind you two days had already passed by. So I asked them if they can forward my prescription to whatever pharmacy I can pick it up when I called the pharmacy they told me that the medication was not covered by my insurance if I would’ve known that from the beginning that it was an expensive medication I would not have been waiting all these days I would have contacted my doctor to find out what else I could’ve done to top it off the second prescription was not covered by my insurance either never have I had to pay for any medications my primary pharmacy is the CVS on medical and I’ve never had a problem with them so be careful at this pharmacy. I waited a total of 6 days and had to call for status because they couldn’t give me any type of courtesy problems they were having with the prescription the cost and the fact that the prescription was not able to be picked up at that location Never again.

This sunday Jan 3 2021 at1130.He is lazy. We got a alert that our prescription would be ready at 10. We went by twice and he said. Not ready. He is anlazy person.so goodbye walgreens hello cvs. U just let my business. I have heart condition and I need my pills. This is no joke to me.

Horrible experience with this pharmacist. Pavan Rao is a liar. Made up his own notes about my rx perscription. Offered no solutions only problems. Had surgery on Friday still suffering; now Tuesday still in pain after hysterectomy with no meds cause of this pharmacist. Never Again!

Have been shopping at this store since 1987. It's the neighborhood store for 3 close neighborhoods. Have some of the best pharmacy techs and pharmacist.

Felt unsafe walking to and from my vehicle, parking was a maze and workers not helpful plus didn't have the medicine I was looking for. If you're able go to another drug store do it in my opinion.

Soap is locked up? So you have to wait for a cashier to get free so they can unlock soap? If you have to lock up a 6$ product you probably shouldn't sell it.
