Friday morning, I went to get the products. I needed bodywash and toothpaste toothbrush, which used my coupons for my savings, and everything went through . The savings were amazing. I've got walgreens cash and rewards back. The cashier was helpful, and everyone greeted me. Shopping experience went well.

Don't get milk here or anything cold. It's disgusting, they are refrigerating spoiled food all the time. Not the first time this has happened at this location. Stay away from here. Use HEB, even for your rx, since it's cheaper over there too. Generics here are garbage.

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy drive thru. The name of the person I’m talking about is Sara. She’s really rude. I’ve been thru the drive thru for the second time. And both times she was really rude. Ugly attitude that this lady has. I’m guessing she doesn’t like her job or I’m thinking maybe she doesn’t like Mexicans like me. But, whatever the reason she can’t be treating her customers like that. If she doesn’t want to communicate with ppl that’s not the right job for her. She should work from home where she doesn’t have to interact w people. Sorry Sara , I had to do this review on you for being rude.

I was very pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff was here. Clean, efficient Walgreens. They had lots of great specials. Price was more then what I expected for product. I think I might get a better deal at W-M but who knows I could be wrong.

Horrible customer service at the photo lab. My daughter had 24 exposures and we received only 12. Asked what happened to the rest of the pictures manager girl said they would have to contact the company they sent it to she had no idea. We ordered doubles and only received 1 set. Manager girl said you probably didn't request doubles and then I found inside the photos itself original order which clearly stated doubles. Got charged 13.09 for 12 lousy pictures. Manager girl had an attitude never apologized for our inconvenience. Poor customer service and that girl has no business being a manager.

I got accused of hoarding to my face as I tried to return 2 single rolls of the cheap bounty that I felt was price gouged. 2 rolls. And they had the nerve to say that was hoarding. I actually needed them but was not going to pay almost $4 a roll when they used to sell a whole pack for $5 of Scott. They claimed it wasn't price gouged. I do recall they had them in a box with no posted price. I never expected the price would be so high so I trusted it was fair and didn't ask or even notice until I got in my vehicle. So I figured I would keep if i didn't have a choice. But i did have a choice so I tried to return. This loyal customer will take her money elsewhere. And my prescriptions too. Don't accuse people of hoarding over 2 over priced rolls of paper towels...2!

The pharmacy staff is rude and unprofessional. I will never go back. These people hate their jobs and they make it known. Do better, Walgreens pharmacy staff! If you can't treat customers with respect and dignity, find something else to do....this isn't for you.

Photo department have made many mistakes in my orders and the guy that works there raised his voice just because I went there to fix a mistake they made. I wanted to pay for the new picture and shut his mouth off, but I didn't wanted to make it bigger. This Walgreens is the closest to my house but I'm planning to go to a different one in the future.

Not that this review matters to this location but horrible customer service given by the manager of all people! The one who is supposed to be the example. Waste of time it’s a shame it’s the closest pharmacy. But if you enjoy being embarrassed and yelled at by a manager by all means come on in and welcome to Walgreens!

These two lazy Walgreens employees refuse to assist me! With my transaction, because I was receiving money! it was about 8:30 p.m. sat down at the machine tapped on Western Union started my transaction (everything is working fine). Him and her both walk over to me ask me if I'm sending or receiving? when I said receiving he informed me that Western Union is not working! Except for I've been to other locations where the Western Union is not working they have signs up on the machine and when you attempt to click on the Western Union portion it doesn't work! Not to mention Western Union themselves have no record of it not working!!! When I asked him what he was talking about the machine's working just fine he informed me it's a problem with the register! So either it's not working and they just didn't inform Western Union to get it fixed or They just didn't want to do their jobs!I would also love to know why my photos of the lazy employees keep getting taken down!

The pharmacy at this location is the worst I have ever experienced in both customer service and product service. This has been going on too long--time to replace the manager and hire new people willing to do their job right.

Store hours are listed different in 3 area, very misleading. I checked online for store hours @ 6:30 am it stayed open arrived a 7:15 am, store was closed. Sign on door said store open at 8:00 am. Call the store, asked what time does the store open, was told it opens at 7:00 am.

Really mean evening Manager Girl, She refused to help me exchange and item, when asked why she ignored her store policy on exchanges, She just said to go somewhere else that she was not exchanging my item since it was purchased at another store.... she also said she was in charge and was not going to help me...to go away....

Stopped by this morning to fill one of my prescriptions the young woman at the counter said it was early but in fact it wasn't...she obviously doesn't know how to count the days or the Pharmacist either got it filled up the road ...we were in a winter advisory and you wasted my time ....so thanks guys /thanks for nothing.
