I went today to take my dog for a check up and the rabies shot also a treatment for fleas. The receptionist on the front desk very rude she didn’t want it to help me get the coupon for first time exam. She was idk ! And I ask her can you help me get it, because I was told it was at the petco app but it wasn’t coming up. So since she want it to leave I guess for the day, or lunch she finally told me how to get it ! She’s very rude on how to answer and she wasn’t even nice to my fur old baby. And when I got inside the room with the nurse and the doctor it was very different they are very nice with me and my baby ! The nurse I didn’t get her name but she’s very nice 😊 she was explaining everything of what my baby was getting and the treatment. I think they should talk to that lady in the front desk 😡

Jessica and Dr. Richard (I think those were the names) provided amazing service. They were both very friendly, informative and handled the kitten well. Jessica was extremely knowledgeable and sweet with her bedside manner. The cost was very affordable and I plan to transfer care for my two dogs here as well.

Went in for a “free consultation” which I was told I needed to have to have before making an appointment to have my cat neutered. Once at the appointment and in the exam room, they told me that my cat HAD to have 280 dollars worth of vaccines that he had already had. When I explained this to them I was told “doubling up won’t hurt him.” I continued to decline. They handed me an electronic form to sign. They told me that the form just meant that I was declining the vaccinations. Luckily, I scrolled through the form before signing it. Because if I did sign it, I would have agreed to pay over 70 dollars for a “wellness exam.” Dishonest and just looking to make a quick buck.

I was so satisfied with the care my dog received. Everything was explained and the staff were so good with my fur baby! They put his name on his bag, with a good boy!Really left happy and relieved that he was ok, nothing serious .

Took my puppy here. Great service, lady that helped us was really nice. My dog bite strangers, but she felt really comfortable with this young lady. Dr took care of byisness and my puppy is doing 100% better. Thank you

Dr. Katya and tech Leah gave absolutely hands down the best care my pup has ever received! They were both super easy to talk to and non judgemental about my concerns about costs. 10/10 would highly recommend them both!

Dr. Sczepanik and her team have taken care of all of my pups for years, but today, I took my 18 year old pupper, Adam, to see her one last time. Dr. Sczepanik and her team made a terribly difficult day so much easier. The receptionist was expecting us, greeted Adam by name and took us straight back to a room. The room was cozy, with dim lighting, and a fuzzy soft blanket for Adam and I to snuggle in one last time. When we were ready, she and a tech came in, loved on my little guy, explained everything to us, and were just so sweet and professional the entire time. I hate that I never wrote a review until right now, but I love the fact that their care and professionalism was evident from beginning to end. If you need a vet office, this is the one.

We were very happy with Thrive for getting our puppy’s shots and keeping her up to date. The prices were always reasonable and I never felt like they offered something unnecessary or were after my money. I started the Thrive Plus membership that you pay for to help cover some of the costs for puppy shots. I moved out of state just after the 6 month mark and called to cancel my membership. The person working emailed me my pup’s records and was amazing and said he canceled the membership, but then three months later I noticed I was still being charged. I emailed Thrive directly and they did indeed refund me for all three months, which I was surprised and grateful for, but I just do recommend double checking that your account actually gets cancelled. Thank you, Thrive, for taking care of my puppy. 😊

I only went to this place cuz its prices for vaccinations were the cheapest & it's the closest to me. I also had no choice. The new apartment building I'm staying at now requires your pet to have its rabies shot. I have a 13 year old cat that was rescued since she was just a few weeks old. We had her vaccinated once & spayed. Didn't think about having her vaccinated again until now. I only wanted the Vet to give her the rabies shot cuz that's all that was required. When we were called I thought I was going in there with her but wasn't allowed. I thought it was gonna be quick. After 15 minutes went by, I asked the receptionist what was taking so long. She said she'd go find out. She came back & told me they were almost done. After a few minutes more, the Vet said I could go in. My cat was already in her carrier. She had been meowing. I was told she was given 2 other shots that she needed. The Vet seemed shocked when I told him she was only vaccinated once. Told him she's an indoor cat. She's never been outside. She doesn't like the outdoors, she's never been out anywhere or handled by strangers. I explained to him the only reason why I was there. I just wanted to get my cat back home. As soon as we got home, I let her out & I went to the office & showed proof that my cat was vaccinated. My cat hasn't been the same. I was afraid this trip to the Vet would be too much for her. I give this place only 2 stars cuz of their prices not anything else.

I’ve been to many Vets for my Bulldogs skin problems. Vetco has been the best one for me and my pet. Dr. Sczepanik really pays attention to you and your pets needs. She has been awesome and her knowledge for both medical and nutrition are beyond fantastic. My dog’s skin conditions have improved drastically based on the treatment plan and food changes she recommended. The staff are always so nice and love Trippie. Each time we arrive we are greeted with smiling faces and they make sure all of questions/concerns are answered before I leave. Brittany W is awesome. She has built a relationship with my pet, to where Trippie is excited for every visit with them. I’m glad im a customer with Vetco and plan to be for many more years. Keep up the great work!

Very disappointed in the service here. Don't book here and if you do don't do it on a Sunday. I booked an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes, all for the doctor to not decide to vaccine my dog because she had a mild reaction in the past and asked to come back the next day so she is not not liable if my dog reacts.

Made an online appointment and it was confirmed that's a good start? So I called early yesterday and asked if I could coming earlier they looked at there schedule and changed it from 1pm. to 10:45am.. So they asked me a lot if questions on the health of Lil' Daddy? Went to the next room and he was weighted it was 9lb.. He has feline leukemia, and fiv feline aids, and other problems that I was unaware he had? So the other problems he might have recovered from them but these are 2 that there is no cure for, plus how long would he live as he has always been a fighting boy. So I will take him as he is and not do other things to try and extend his life. I LOVE HIM LIKE NOBODY'S BUSINESS him and his brother STRIPEE have helped me through some very rough times, most recently the death of my mother, so needless to say this caring staff were very nice and helpful as to what I have to do with his feeding and right now a bag of fluids that have worked because he had a bowel movement and he urinated this morning so he is in a small way to start up his recovery, he isn't used to confinement but now I'm having to have an outdoor place made for us. My other cats are not fighters but they have been in fights but nothing like Lil' Daddy he fought dogs as well as cats! So I will start changing my cats idea of being confined, I don't need to go through this 4 more times after Lil' Daddy. The Dr gave me a lot of good information and answered my questions. At least now I know that my lil' boy will be leaving sooner than i thought so now it will give me a chance to make cremation arrangements, how much it will cost, where to go, and how long will it take he will be my 3rd cat in cremation. So in 2wks my Papito will be back for a follow up! I hope to make him a fat boy but not to fat (sorry Stripee lol) they gave me a year but their not sure it could be longer he's 7 years old born in 2013 his in his 40's I think in human years. But I'm not counting him down and out now, I know God will keep him be here as long as possible I just don't want him to suffer or be in much pain so I will be watching him closely! Thank you God for this loving and caring staff. I'm asking God to Bless you all in all the work you do for pets and there loving owners! 🙏👍🏼🙏👍🏼🤗❤❤❤😺👧🏽 ****THANK YOU ALL****

We took Weezy in for a Cytopoint shot. He didnt see the vet, but he is still itching his eyes and nose. But overall we really like the Veterinarian care at Petco

Had a really great experience here. Brought in my dog for itchy ears and a wellness check. They thoroughly explained everything they were going to do to our girl and were very kind and caring to her. I also love that they are open on weekend's and didn't have to wait long.

The veterinary staff did an amazing job making my cat Rey feel relaxed and comfortable, to the point she didn't even notice she was getting all her vaccinations. Even when we left, she was calm as can be on the car ride home. It was a very enjoyable experience.

I’m trying to schedule an appointment for my cat and Olivia the person who works in the scheduling department is extremely rude, unprofessional, I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes to speak to her supervisor and she keeps putting me on hold. This person has no business interacting with people. She had no customer service whatsoever, she obviously needs to be retrained. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues when scheduling an appointment.

Upon entering, as a new patient, we were greeted very friendly, and things were explained to us throughout the visit. They took their time and made no rush when examining our dog, and made sure to tell us everything they were going to do to her with her before they did it. So happy, we decided to go here.

Fantastic staff, professional and treated my pup like family. Gave effective pre-allergic response medication/treatment prior to vaccines to prevent another reaction. DEFINITELY grateful they did an amazing job and kept our baby safe. Thank you!

Amazing helpful staff. Nice clean and professional atmosphere. My fur-baby really enjoys and is at ease with his vet visits. The veterinarian and staff are a great part of the reason why. They calmed him and were really patient with him they really showed him some TLC.

No stars! My appointment set for 4:45 was cancelled because I arrived 10 minutes late. Called the call center to notify them I was late due to traffic, they said they had a 10 minute grace period. Arrived to find my appointment was cancelled at 4:46. The attendant said the grace period is 5 minutes but my appointment was cancelled 1 minute after I hadn’t arrived and they tried to notify me. She said they book appointments in 15 minute increments so they can’t see late arrivals. If quality care for my fur baby takes up 15 minutes of someone’s time then that’s not quality care. I’ll take my baby elsewhere!

Went for a check up for my 4 month old kitten and 6 year old cat. Immediately when we arrived, we were greeted by Michael, he was very polite, attentive and positive. Then after a short wait, we were seen by the tech, Brittany who was also very good at her job. Told what was needed quickly and efficiently. Saw Dr. Emshoff, who provided awesome service and made my cat and kitten very comfortable. Service like this is what people strive to get and we appreciate the pleasant experience and good quality work!
