STAY AWAY!!!!!! This team set up my account wrong, causing my first bill to be more than double what we expected. Furthermore, they cannot help fix it even when I spoke with exact Same salesperson Aaron who set up our account, failed to set up autopay and the discounts they offered, misled us about the credit applied to the purchase of a new phone, added device protection when we declined it.Then, after 2 calls the customer service line, they cannot verify the down payment we made at the time of signing because the store uses different soft ware that they cannot access. The local store for some reason is incapable of emailing or sending a copy or image of the receipt, and I was told I must come in to get it in person. So I did, but after a long wait they needed to get a lot of information, check my ID, and then decided I couldn’t get a receipt because I did not have admin privelages in the account. What a circus. These salespeople are incapable of helping, even when they created the mess. I recently learned a term which applies here: WEAPONIZED INCOMPETENCE.I don’t know what their set-up is, but they look like a Verizon store but they are really some other company called CellularSales, and it looks to me like they are not liable to Verizon’s standards, and Verizon cannot help me with my problems with them

Would not recommend. The manager - Louie - & his team were entirely unhelpful. Based on my experience at their store, this is the final straw & my family of 6 phones will be dropping Verizon.

Words can’t even describe how grateful I am for Demarco. He is a kind individual who showed patience and incredible work ethic while taking care of me and my mom and our phones! I can’t even write in this small box how he EXCEEDED expectations and I hope to see him succeed. Very glad to have him as our representative. Thankful we made the switch to Verizon. I love my beautiful phone and I didn’t have to do anything for it to be set up!!! Thanks again

Came in to see if we could get some help with my partners phone. First of all they were supposed to be open at 9AM, we arrived at 9:10 and the doors were still locked. It took some time to get someone to come to the doorThe employee was not helpful at all and was pushing us to get a newer version of the current phone we brought in to have him take a look at. We wanted to see if there was insurance on the plan. But he kept skirting the question, finally I ask straight up, yes or no, and he says no. Told us to either get it fixed or get a new one. Extremely unhelpful and passive, as if he doesn't rely on his phone for pretty much everything just like the rest of the world. How about trying to troubleshoot the phone or something to that extent, I know every time I've gone to T-Mobile (my carrier) they've tried to do a few things at minimum.

A lot of hidden fees and they charge twice the price advertised by the manufacturer. Rather than lowering my bill, it's now double. This place is fraudulent and predatory towards it's customers. Now it's a total nightmare to try and untangle the garbage mess they have made with my Verizon account. I wish I had never came to this store. Don't make the same mistake I did.

DeMarco went out of his way to help me with my phone. When I asked him how long he was working there he told me not very long. I was shocked because he provided 5* services and had a solution for each of my concerns. Thank you for a wonderful experience at this great store.

Best customer service in town! Management/Andrew went above the call of duty to help me during a difficult situation I was in while in town! He made phone calls to other stores, called friends to help me. But even though he was unsuccessful he still made my experience extra special bc of his excellent customer service etiquette! I will also be calling upper/regional management so this gentleman gets the recognition he deserves! Keep up the great work!

I walked in with my friend who was having network issues with his phone. He was promptly helped by one of the agents here. They did some sort of master reset on his phone's network settings and that did the trick.

I needed my phone reactivated after an odd phishing attack, and was lucky enough to meet De Marco, who did a fantastic job. He's skilled and very knowledgeable, and my phone was all good after he fixed it.

Very pleased with my multiple visits to this store. Jennifer V. assisted me on my first visit and she was so helpful that I made sure the next time I came back that she would be there. Very polite, knowledgeable of not only the service aspects of things but also the devices and accessories. I asked a ton of questions and she gave me a very thoughtful and concise answer to all of them. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Would highly recommend this location. When you go make sure you ask for Jennifer V!

I really appreciated the way Arnold and Marcus took their time to explain all options available to me. They were both very friendly, polite, and had excellent customer service! Most of all, I loved that they were pet friendly! I will be back to get my mother-in-law a new phone. Excellent service like this will keep be a loyal customer to Verizon. The customer service I experienced here was par none. The staff was friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable about all the plans and phones. I went in with my grandmother and they were so patient with her and offered the best plan for her. At her age, it’s a breath of fresh air to see they wouldn’t take advantage of her just for a sale. February 2022: I got help from Hunter here today. Despite a difficult phone situation, Hunter did everything in his power to help me. He was kind, warm, dedicated, and went above and beyond. I felt very taken care of, and I appreciated his help tremendously.September 2021: I got a phone here today. Juan was very knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and polite. I've spoken with other Verizon employees in the past few months, and while they were good, Juan was the most helpful!

Have been to this store 2 times with separate issues. This store is very consistent. I don’t understand why it’s locked, not a jewelry store and plenty of staff was there. It didn’t take long to tell me they wouldn’t help me. Didn’t even try to help me figure out how to find someone to help. I asked they said corporate store. It inconvenienced them clearly because they started silent glances at each other when I asked where the corporate store was. The $70 I saved on the iPods I never got was not worth the trouble. I haven’t gotten my money or earbuds so if a supervisor sees this, please message me if you can help. I tried to get help online and the agent won’t get management involved.

I had lost my phone and needed a replacement so I stopped by the Verizon store. I was helped by a young woman Jennifer was her name. She was great and assisted me with getting a new phone. I would recommend that if you lose your phone stop in and ask for her.

5 stars here at the store. Selina is one of the best and her attention to detail is impeccable. She noticed I did not have a discount on my account. When we moved to Texas we changed our numbers and my California discount was removed. She asked me if I was a veteran and yes I am. Saved ANOTHER 7 dollars on my bill.
