My dogs were dropped off at 8:30am and they were not done until 4pm!! Unacceptable!! They were in cages the entire time! And they had the nerve to say it took so long because they had walk-ins! Appointments should always be first! Definitely not going back to this place! This is not the first time this has happened!! The job is not great on my maltipoo, her face looks choppy! Very unhappy!

I highly recommend Unique groomers..The staff is very friendly and they take care of your pets like their own. They are truly animal lovers and care about your pets . I brought my dog "Skip" in and everyone treated him like he was royalty. He got his nails trimmed and a full bath. They even put a cute Christmas bandana on him. He came out looking and smelling so wonderful. Thank you so much Unique groomers.

first timers today and these ladies were super sweet and did a great job with my girl, she needed a cut pretty bad. they even sent me pics afterwards! will definitely be back 😄

I absolutely love my groomer!! She has the magic touch ..Dog Whisperer indeed! Our Scout-Mae ALWAYS looks ahhhh-mazing when we pick her up, she smells so fresh and clean.. Laura (owner) is very knowledgeable and professional. She knows what she's doing and it shows. Her shop even smells good... My groomer for 2 years strong and counting.. If HIGHLY recommended time and time again..she's apart of my family. Thank you Unique Grooming.

Laura and her team get the job done! They are very responsive and keep us on schedule with friendly reminders of when we have our two features princesses scheduled! They pay attention to detail of what is requested in the grooming of our dogs, and most of all… they take care of our fur babies! I have heard horror stories of groomers mistreating doggos, and I am set at ease knowing I can trust Laura and the Unique Grooming team! Paw-fect place for your pups! 😀💕

They took the kitty in the same day I called to make an appointment. They did an outstanding job on removing the clumps of matter fur. The cat was good, and happy after the bath, nail trimming, and lion cut she recieved. Thanks again for doing a great job and being very quick about it. 👍🏻

Never again! My dog is miserable, traumatized, and lethargic after going to Unique Grooming. He has been going to groomers for 6 years and he has NEVER been treated this way before.1) The groomer did not contact me when she found a few knots and decided to give him a way shorter hair cut then we decided upon. The haircut ended being botchy and uneven, and she cut too close to his tail.2) For the last 4 days he doesn’t want to play. He doesn’t want to move from any soft spot he has placed his bum on. He’s jittery and he keeps licking himself because of the irritation. His breathing is occasionally erratic.3) When we inspected him closer, we saw his lower groin, bum, and tail were highly irritated and red.4) I contacted the groomer under good faith, asking for a recommendation to help ease his pain. She responded three days later, and she didn’t even acknowledge his injury or express concern.5) I contacted the vet and he said the injury was most likely due to heat from the clipper blades on exposed areas. My dog will be receiving treatment for 3 days and hopefully he will be back to normal.I do NOT recommend.

These groomers are amazing at what they do. I have taken my dog to multiply groomers trying to find the right one! They have a customer for life! My dog has never been so clean and smelled so good after picking him up and it lasted longer than most places! Most places I would pick him up and hair was still falling off. I could pet him and nothing came off. They also loved my dog so much and took such great care of him! Amazing sweet good people who are amazing at what they do!!

I'll never go back. The ladies were very friendly and sweet. However, I took my pups in to get the nails cut. Two dogs... my one dog was bleeding on 2 nails... I get it.. the nails are dark it's hard to know where to cut. However my other dog was butchered. 4 out of 10 nails were bleeding. I didn't even realize it till I got home and they ran across my carpet. Blood literally ALL over my carpet. One of the nails was almost cut completely off. I mean it was up to his paw basically. It was a big mess and my carpet is ruined. The white bed in his carrier ruined. She may have been distracted, they may do a really good job on other things but this was unforgivable.

I've known the owner and family for 13 years. They are great entrepreneurs and also great family- oriented. I've taken my Lilly there off and on for 5 years . They take account my pets needs and are well trained in grooming. Highly recommend!

I just picked up my 6 month old Goldendoodle pup and I’m I love how great she looks! I had a hard time finding anyone taking new clients during this pandemic. But also wanted someone with great reviews. My pups hair was so long, picking her up I couldn’t even tell she was my puppy! LolYou girls did an amazing job thank you!!

This is my favorite salon to go to in my area.I’ve been taking my dog to get her nails trimmed here for about a year or two. The owner is very nice & the prices are affordable. My favorite part is being able to watch my dog get her nails cut. She has high anxiety and being able to see me assures her she will be alright and it helps us both feel better.

First off I want to say that Unique Grooming is a “Cut above” all other dog Grooming Salons! I had a problem at my other salon at my appointment time. Didn’t happen! So I found a unique grooming who only does appts. I told them my story and they welcomed my dog with open arms and took care of her full package. My dog looks & smells fantastic. Let’s say I found my dog a grooming home. The owner and Lori and her team are so personable and down to earth. This is the type of place where I want to spend my money knowing my dog is well taken care of. Go see them, thank me later.

I adopted a rescue from a shelter and she was filthy. Before bringing her home i stopped here to get her bathed and shaved. I was a walk in and it was almost closing time. The owner took her in and worked with my timid new dog who may have never been to a groomer before. An hour later she was beautiful and happy, she was clearly treated well and I was very thankful to bring home a clean rescue dog to meet her new family.

Today is my second time coming. My first time was February 2020 and my first time at any grooming facility as this is my first puppy. I was really nervous. I’m so glad I came here. This place is 17 mins from me but it is worth the drive. Absolutely amazing visit. I was offered valentine day pictures and I was so set on not getting them because my puppy is hyper and I didn’t think they would get a good picture. But oh my gosh. I’m so glad I said yes. This is his first professionalphoto shoot. Lol and I’m in absolute love! ❤️❤️❤️

Laura is awesome! She has been grooming and boarding my dog Bellaboo for close to 8 yrs. I know if she boards her that she is treated like family. I feel so comfortable. She is so kind and gentle to my dog and genuinely cares!

It was Romeo and I first visit. Romeo was happy when done and he had a great cut. The first place I have been that when I asked for his ears to be tipped actually did it properly. Romeo and I will be returning for a long time! Oh and the shampoo used for his bath made him smell amazing!

I brought my 3 legged cat Anny to Unique Grooming for her first ever bath and shave. They did such a great job, anny was so cute and smelled great, looking like a little Lion . Wonder full, wonder full work and a great price. Thank you

My little German Shepherd 9 month old puppy still smells great a week later. They informed me even with the blow out she should get a descending conditioner to help further with her Fer. I recommend this place.
