I bought the DEWALT1600 Peak Amp Automotive Jump Starter, Portable Power – Four 15W USB Ports, 500-Watt Inverter,120 PSI Air Compressor today 12/7/23 and its trash it was in a brand new box I'm sure this has been returned 2x maybe more I can't believe they can resell it looking like this TRASH it doesn't even charge $119 ..SE Military Dr.

My husband and I were needing 9 cabinets for our new home. We found everything in stock and online at this location. We get to the aisle and there was pallet truck with cabinets blocking the cabinets we needed. My husband asked the man working there to assist us and he moved it without any issues. When we couldn’t find some of the cabinets we asked for his help and he became irritated. He said great the ones you want are up on the high shelf I’ll have to use the pallet truck to get them. Then when he started to try and get them down we were told an hour wait. After some more snarky comments and sighing he said a 2hr wait. We walked around a bit and he said it would just be better if you just came back tomorrow and did this on an online order. Mind you we live over an hour away.

I ordered online for delivery today. They delivered to wrong house. They send me photo of the package. But photo is not my house. I called and was left on hold 50min for them to tell me there GPS says it was delivered to the right house. But the picture isn't my house. I said refund my money or send the driver to the house they delivered to and bring it to me they refused. Disgusting behavior not to step up and do the right thing. You owe me apologize home depot for your behavior and inconvenience you caused. I filed complaint and getting my credit card company to refund me. You need to start taking money out of people's pockets for them to change America . I hope this helps folks to turn away from home depot.You lost a customer today.

Requested assistance in window treatments, we were told that someone would be assisting us shortly. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting. Then we asked again and were told that the lady that would assist was busy uploading a pallet. So make the customer wait???I think the manager needs to train more of there employees to use the computer and show them how to look up shades. I am sure its a very simple process that anyone can manage. I actually didn't want to give you a star. Please have your employees change their attitudes and face gestures when assisting customers.

Twice now I have gone to this store and had to wait 20min for help getting tools out of the cage. Both time I had ask several employees for help to be told we will get someone but no one showed up. I had to go find the person my self and both time they act like I am bothering them. This store has shown they do not care about the customer and don't teach customer service.

Today I went to this Home Depot store to return three bags of concrete and a pallet that the store charges $25.00 deposit and I showed the receipt to de manager on customer service and on the receipt a customer service girl yesterday wrote that since I was baying another pallet of concrete pallet swap because she didn’t have antes to go through all the hassle of giving me the money back for the pallet that I was returning and charging me again when the manager saw the receive she said, I am refunding you only for the concrete bags but not for the pallet, she was thinking that I had written,”Pallet swap” on the receipt and I told her, can you call the lady that wrote that on the receipt please? I have the the other receipt on my house and it was too far to go and get it and was going to lose a lot of time and she said, I am not calling nobody! So I went to get the receipt and showed it her and she said, oh, I can refund the money for the pallet, and I was so disappointed that I told her, look mom, I trusted your store on everything you do, but from those moment I hate it, you didn’t tell any to call the lady that wrote this on my ticket and had lost all this time that I could have spent at church or with my family, I don’t want the money, keep it, the words “swap pallet paid for” even has the initials of the worker.

Y'all's pick up product section and staff have got to be the worst ever. I've been here for 55 minutes waiting on one item to be brought to my vehicle and y'all's staff just standing around looking like there is nothing to do on the paid clock. A supervisor is definitely needed to delegate these kids/employees

Absolutely had a bad experience and never can get any real help in the store everAsk over and over and over and over and over for helpI finally get a manager, but not a real manager, a fake MANAGER DARRIUS because there's never a real manager there everHe of course ignores me three timesPictures me away ignores meAgrees to something then Change this mind I hate society nowadays, cause nobody's trained how to take care of customers anymore. Back in the days, these people would be aired and educated and how to take care of a customer needs to be hit behind closed doors, not dealing with the public.

Went in to Home Depot with a friend to pick up a few things. These really caught my interest! The rustic work bench could use it inside the house as an island it also has wheels ez to move around. In the appliances department this cute vintage refrigerator and affordable! Will come again to stay to look around when I have more time.

Overall good for HD. Lots of boxed product in the isles making it one person with cart in some places in the store.But found what I came for 12 bags of 60 lbs cement inside. 80 lbs were outside. Mobile Security camera (solar panel) in parking lot. Do not know if it’s for deterrent or actual security monitoring, either way I’ve seen no incidents at this Home Depot.

Home depot was a little messy today. Not sure if the place is trying to reorganize their inventory but there was a lot going on and the isles were cluttered. Was buying some sheet rock and another customer tried to get a pallets worth of the stuff but no one could help him for at least an hour. Cost of materials I bought were well priced.

These particular Home Depot has the worst delivery schedule, been waiting for our front entry door to be delivered, 3 times they have schedule for it to be delivered, and 3 times, no-show, their schedule is from 6 in the morning till 8 pm. I wasted 3 days confined waiting.Today will be the 4th time waiting...big thumbs down.

1. Our curbside order was incomplete2. When I was told it would get loaded in to my truck, it didn’t and when I asked the young man working the lumber, his response was “you can’t load it yourself?”3. I had to replace lumber that was in really bad shape. It was obvious that those pieces should never be given to a customer.4. There was no point in doing an online order if I was going to have to get items myself.

This is a great store. Has all the parts and tools I need. Order online and pick it up at the vending machine just outside the store. Have a love affair with the power tools from Ryobi. Have a number of them in my tools box. And adding to them each month. They are coming out with new ones all the time.

There was no point in doing a pick up order. The order was incomplete and I had to go and replace items and add items because the young lady and the young man who processed the order (the ones working the lumber) did not want to assist in helping load or correcting the situation.

Home Depot feedbackAt the end my credit card company took care of it and refunded my money. Home Depot didn’t do anything at all. There was no email to relate the status of the item and no communication neither from the merchant nor from customer service/support. I spent weeks waiting. Worst customer service, merchant, and support I’ve ever encountered. Home Depot definitely lost a customer and I want to make sure everybody is in the know of their faulty online shop, unreliable merchants, and terrible support.

My experience with Home Depot Rental department was awful and if I could leave zero stars I would. First I signed a contract and management agreed to hold the equipment on site until the next day. Unfortunately to my dismay the next day I received a phone call from Home Depot threatening that they were going to rent the equipment out to someone else even though I had already signed a contract. I told them I’d pick it up that evening which I did. Second I take the equipment home only to find that the rental is leaking hydraulic fluid so being the responsible person that I am I called the rental call center they tell me to take it in. so I comply and once there a technician looks at the equipment and deems the equipment in need of repair. When I asked for refund the store manager charged me a full week even though I only technically had it one day of which I wasn’t able to use it for all but 30 minutes.The office manager then offered for me to take the faulty equipment back home and would give me more fluid to band-aid the situation. I was forced to close my contract and had to pay for the whole week when I did not have it for a week and was unable to use it. I’m furious and I hope nobody has an accident with their faulty equipment. I could have been injured if the machine broke down . I hope I can speak to a regional director soon!

Had around $5,000 worth of tools stolen out the back of my truck while it was parked under their carport directly in front of main doors. Says cameras don’t record. Was in the store for less than 5 minutes. Beware so you don’t learn the hard way like me! Happened on august 12 2023 around 11:50 am. Cash reward for any info.Big cash reward too.

I called up there to ask if they had something in stock. After being shuffled around for 10 min I was put on hold for 33 minutes I live in floresville tx 45 min south of San Antonio so I was on hold the whole trip. As I walk through the doors I see a guy sitting behind a counter yawning and stretching. I approached him and asked why have I been on hold for 45 min. He says. "I didn't put u on hold" go to another location stay away from this one

Drove over 80 miles to get some 16x16 concrete pavers. Looked up online said this store had over 500 in stock. Came in today to get some, and was told they didn't have any. Was told by the associate that they don't input the merchandise in the system its automatic or some bull. Girl at checkout said the Fair ave store showed 69 available, called nope they don't have either. Someone needs to find a way to keep things right in the system. Waste of time and gas. Tried calling other stores in San Antonio and can't get them to answer the phone. Very much not happy.

It's so messed up when you order a Nexgrill over the phone, emphasize that HD be sure that the product not have damage or I will reject it @ pick up; only get exactly that (see pics). If HD can't ensure you a worthy product, then HD should say so. How can ANY e'ee with two sparks in the head not notice the damage and/or try to pawn off the product on my designee for pickup?!!M--- @ Customer Service was very helpful placing the order & assured me that I would NOT be given damaged goods. I don't necessarily blame M--- but I DO blame the e'ee that picked out the grill. In the future, just call the customer & say, 'Sorry, can't do... they're all damaged.'
