I have been coming to the store for over a year even though there’s a Home Depot closer to my house I decide to This one because of the awesome and I have to say awesome again this crew is outstanding. I usually come at night before they close. I’m a business owner and this is my store. Let’s start with Gustavo in the tools department he goes above and beyond he’s a people person. Very knowledgeable, Patient and very caring. I also have interacted with many other ones who have also wowed me like Gustavo. Larry Larry da man I don’t know if he’s manager shift leader or what but he should be the CEO of the entire Home Depot, he knows how to take care of the customer and where has been an issue he cares to make it right and take care of the customer next, Gary who is a super super friendly, super great personality. We buy a lot of stuff here because of our business we buy more than we need to not be short on jobs to make sure we have everything we need and everything so easy and efficient when we have to exchange things, and those two guys I could sit here all day so if you want great customer service this is the store. You don’t see customer service anymore like this. Go to Lowe’s and they get mad if you ask a question. Is good to know that customer service and friendliness still exists today and hold onto the core values of Back in the day, you hardly see this type of atmosphere around anymore trust me I own business I run several contractors and employees and I’m always around town to different stores, different distributors and different supply houses and if I have to select my top Store would be this Home Depot at this location not all of Home Depot Stores are like this one. This one is unique in a very good way that’s why I go out of my way to drive across town to come here. Kuddos

How to say your old without saying your old!.... I love Home Depot! Everyone is friendly at this location but the location itself in my opinion is too hard to go through. There is stuff everywhere. The middle aisles should be for us to go back and forth with ease and that is not the case here. You spend your time making sure you are not in anyone's way or you are not going to hit anything that I'm unsure any of the product taking up this lovely space can actually be looked at by a shopper.

Leroy at the customer service desk was of amazing help!We had some complicated issues and I wasn’t expecting to get them solved. But Leroy took his time to listen to my predicament and tried every way possible to help me out. I recently placed an order for a water softener. The online recess of ordering was easy and they provided good description of the product. I did curbside pick up through the app which so convenient. Bernardo Cardenas was the curbside associate who helped me. He was very professional, polite and handled my product well. I highly recommend this store for your needs!

As much as I love HD, the customer service here is terrible! I waited half an hour for assistance. I get people have departments they work in so not any employe can help; I'm patient (to an extent) but getting actual assistance wasn't the greatest.

My mother went to get some plywood for a event when she asked for it to be cut the machine doesn't work because no one wants to cut it. She was going to bring it home and asking if one of the YOUNG employees could tie it to roof rack but you guys don't help the customer. Even if they are over 60 years old no kind of respect towards their elders because it's not in their job description to be helpful to the customers. I would tell all my friends doing remodeling to go to your company but what my mother just told me has changed my whole outlook for Home Depot.

I want to give a huge thanks to Johnny at this Home Depot! He was super helpful and so knowledgeable! He made this experience so much better. We just had a pipe burst due to the freeze and we showed him a picture and found us everything we needed in a matter of mere minutes! This man deserves a raise! 10/10 will recommend this Home Depot.

I went in to find a small metal piece. I did attemt to find the piece myself hut couldnt. I looked for someine to help me but couls find anyone. I went to customer service and they called for someone told help me over the intercom. No one came. I went back to customer service...she called someone again. No one came. I left without getting any help or the piece I need. I will go to Lowe's maybe they will have better customer service.

I was able to get everything I needed. However, the woman at the self checkout had such a bad attitude.Also,all of the self checkout machines should accept cash.There were men outside the store sitting on the bench asking if I needed helpers; that should not be allowed. Do they work for Home Depot and should should Home Depot be held accountable if something bad was to happen to someone who would hire them?

I love going to hardware stores but the staff make the experience even more fun. I was help today 1/6/24 by a gentleman named Hugh (not sure on the spelling). He not only helped me find what I needed but helped me learn what I needed to know for future reference and for my project. I asked several questions and he was very knowledgeable and answered each one patiently. Thank you Mr. Hugh

The customer service of every employee I interacted with was outstanding! Madeline in the Garden section was super helpful, and she really helped me by educating me on how to start a lawn from scratch and what products I would need. She even broke down the best type of grass for my yard based off sun exposure and shade, as well as so many other things I'd never have thought of on my own. We even examined the tree that was covering my yard to determine the conditions present in my yard. I was able to price out everything I would need, and was amazed that the price wasn't too bad. $100 to $150 to start a yard my size from scratch. And those were the upper end products, so it could have been acconplished even cheaper, I just prefer quality. She saved me probably $100 because I honestly didn't know what to get, and probably would have made impulse purchases. Its refreshing to have an employee tell you the truth, and help you figure out exactly what you need as a consumer, and address you as an individual with the aim of truly assisting you. Big help for first time home owners, or as my wife calls "ineffective shoppers". Also, as I was walking back to the front I asked a gentleman who I think his name was Jose (sorry, I didn't get your name!) but he was very friendly and helped me find a very rare and specific battery type for a clock. Those 2 genuine and friendly interactions truly made my day. Companies should always focus on customer service and be friendly with their customers. I'm glad Home Depot is obviously hiring the right kind of people who enjoy their jobs, and helping customers. Home Depot can be intimidating (especially since I didn't grow up learning about that sort of thing), and the vastness of it can be frustrating. Trying to find something can sometimes be difficult just because there are so many aisles and sections for almost everything imaginable. But those employees who helped me navigate through it, you guys are the real MVPs! You've got a customer for life. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

Not as safe as you think, after browsing some plants, I got these very tiny needle like thorns stuck on the back of my fingers, not a very nice feeling, I ended up plucking it but can't get all of it, had to go home to use a tweezers to pluck all of them! Horrible!!!

I finally found my: 355 ml Coca-Cola Mexico Glass Bottles (24-Pack) so I bought 2 cases, sometimes they have some they don't, but since last year I have been buying them online, and this last time I look for them at the Home Depot website, then I called them and Roberta very kindly and so patient went to look for them at the store, found and I paid on the phone with her help, finally I went to picked them up at the Culebra location, thank you so much guys, you always got my back & my taste happy!

Used to shop here all the time until I made a $200 purchase through their customer service center. The rep had the order delivered to an old apt address of mine still in their data base (In spite of having 6 orders recently delivered to my home). Home Depot denied any fault of their rep and refused to resend my order to correct address.Looks like Lowes is my new best friend!

The place was extremely busy throughout the freeze. Employees were helping customers with their need. Employees also were following covid guidelines wearing mask 😷 & hand Sanitizer was out for customers thank yo home depot for the great service & friendly staff throughout this unexpected freeze.

About like any other Home Depot I've been too, people weren't rude. Just stopped in for a couple moving boxes, was able to get those and get out rather quick. Self checkout was easy to use. This the 5* rating, I would stop in here again if I needed something.!

I'm giving Home Depot a 2 because the selection of lumber and plants are sufficient. The service is sadly not available there. I was there two times Sunday and today. I received the same lack of service. The employees act like you are bothering them and that you are not welcome. They give off a boredom, disinterested and bothered attitude. I went to lumber to get a 10 ft piece of wood cut. Had to search for someone and finally found someone that was not too eager to help. I asked him to cut another piece of 10 ft wood. I even got it myself. When I came right back the man had disappeared. I went to aisle 15 for the lumber didn't take long at all. Today I waited a bit to see if I could find someone to help me cut the lumber ( I already had it in my basket). I finally saw someone walk by and called out to him (seems like the employees are only in the front of the store). He said I'll call someone. He ended up coming back to do it himself because he couldn't find someone that was available. I appreciated that he did that. Even though he did it grudgingly. When I went to pay I asked the associate to help me check out. He pointed to the self-serve ( which is ok but, I would prefer a choice) he finally understood that I had asked him to help me scan the lumber and 5 plants I was getting. I again did not get that "I'll be glad to help you" feeling. I do have to say that the associate yesterday at the self-serve register was courteous and friendly.

Love this place. Everything you need in one spot. Now with order pickup lockers. Only issue is the lockers are in the front entrance so you have to walk through the store just to get out once you pickup your item. Bummer Home Depot. Bummer. Time is everything.

Worst home depot ever... Not one person could tell me where the h d x black gloves were... normally, most home depots keep them in the paint section.. And asking three employees where the gloves were located could not identify the location... In store training is very needed for the weekend staff....

I went in, and the organization makes no sense. Was looking for pool acid, but it was nowhere near pool supplies. Cluttered aisles made it hard to move freely with the cart. Reminded why I typically shop at the competitors. Got 3 stars because I eventually found what I needed.

Very disappointed with the staff. Asked for help on buying damaged bags of cement mix and was told to grab them from cart… I asked if they can provide a clear bag like Lowe’s offers and said, “ No we don’t do that, you just grab and go.” Really all the mix will spill all over the place….. plus I had surgery on my right arm and needed help and the person just shrugged their shoulders like saying, “ Well I don’t know what to tell you.”Another thing this store is messing and not safe … hopefully someone doesn’t get hurt or killed at this store…!Management needs to do better than this…! Your employees reflect on your management style…!

I like Home Depot, they have what you need but many times it's hard to find a worker helper & there's too many items/stuff in the aisle. Spend more time dodging and squeezing by people. To the point it's almost single file sometimes.
