I mainly order delivery but I have visited in person a couple times.The staff has always been very kind, knowledgeable, and quick to communicate. I've been a customer a little over a year. If you're local, they offer same day home deliveries. I always use that delivery service. It's very convenient, and they are very friendly. They carry a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this shop.

Excellent customer service! I just ordered for the first time online for delivery yesterday and received a quick text personalized to me asking kindly If I could show my id to the delivery person because it was my first time.When I replied that wasn't a problem I was told they would text when they were on the way and I'm happy to report they delivered within the literal minute they said they would arrive. (Around 7:30pm for me)The delivery person was very polite and the product is exactly as advertised. I ordered 2 delta 9 products (the vegan gummies and one of the 'lemonaide' shots) I'm happy to report both work exactly as intended.Also in my first delivery they gave me a coupon for my next delivery along with a sticker and magnet which I thought was cute. 10/10 will order again next time I'm in SA.

Love their product and service. I recently bought Cibadol muscle gel as suggested by Carolyn and it work great for my hip pain. Within 5 minute of applying it the pain was gone. Also found out it works great for insect bite.

Great products & AWESOME customer service. I had an item delivered that thanks to the heat, melted so much, I couldn’t get it out of the bottle without having to chip it into pieces with a steak knife. I let them know on FB messenger just do they could check their inventory and not sell anymore ‘melted’ bottles.Farmacy response was to deliver a brand new bottle to me within a few hours!! He had glowing reviews, and told me that their service, products, and prices were the best he’d seen. Curious, and seeking an alternative to less healthy means of stress reduction, I went home and checked out their website.I immediately noted their wide array of products, from edibles, to flowers, to tinctures you can simply mix into your morning coffee. The site itself was easy to navigate, and there’s a helpful video on their website that walks you through the entire process of ordering. 3 days of using this product to help with sleep and it has been a terrible experience. No relaxation at all. Massive headaches and more insomnia. I would not recommend. Expensive as well and I have to stop after 3 days. Waste of $$$
