If you love to organize or have severe OCD for organization... this is the place for you. Pretty good selection and resonable discounts on certain items. I was able to find certain items I coule not find at the normal big retail stores. I hope they build one of these in New Bransford. It is a pain to drive to Austin or San Antonio to shop here. Why this was my first time stepping into this store in the 2 years I've been living on the outside of San Antonio. Great store but the SA traffic is noy worth the 45 min to 1 hr traffic each way.

I will never be able to fully understand why The Container Store is so satisfying to browse but it always is. Organization is a must and they stock almost everything you could need. The Tupperware and watertight plastic containers are the most helpful and best items. They also stock additional related goods especially in the kitchen section like measuring cups and brushes. This store is great and should really be visited by everyone at least once every couple of months.

Very organized and clean. Nice open floor plan. We always drove by here thinking it was just totes and containers for the kitchen. Never thought it was much more than that. This place has a lot and gives you a lot of neat ideas for how to build closets and storage. We will be back again. Lines were long the day we went so we decided to try again another day.

Lots of great products, fun to browse through the store and get ideas. Decent prices, especially if on sale. Location is reasonable to find and plenty of parking. Staff were friendly but not easy to find around the store if you need assistance, but you can usually find someone up front to ask for help.

I still wish they had more environmentally friendly options, but they always have what I need. The aisles are narrow and make it harder to shop when it's busy. Their service has always been friendly and helpful.

This is my wife's review. There is store wide sale going on at this time. And my wife wanted a door wired mesh spice rack. Some of the spice containers were not labeled with its location in store and price. My wife asked sales associate where they were located, and because she could not find them, told my wife that the store didnt sell them!!. Hilarious.I had a better experience with another sales associate when I asked him about a Kohler 13 gal. Step Trash Can that was also on sale. The gentlemen found out the item wont be avaialable until August 11. So we ordered it.Two different type of sales environments at the store, but ultimately, we spent over $480 because we needed various items to organize our home.Clean store, Social Distancing enforced, and must wear a mask. My wife wanted to rate a two, I rated a three. Usually ingrate a four unless the store goes over the top to service.

An organized or unorganized persons heaven! I want to declutter and this place has everything I need to get organized and stat that way. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of where items are in the stire. I had lost some parts for my floating shelves and one of the employees went to the back and brought me replacement parts for free!! I have two elfa closets and I love it! Very stidry! My husband tried to save some k9ney and got the LOWES version and it is no comparison. The elfa shelves has never failed or fallen. The Lowes brand has failed at least once a week and two of the drawers have fallen of the tracks. You can't go wrong with their shelving options.

This was my first time here and it was honestly pretty shocking. The store was huge and it had a lot to offer. I had to be careful or else I would’ve bought a lot more stuff! Anyway, the store was clean and it had a wide selection of items. There’s a small station near the check out section that had some really cute things like the foldable toothbrushes and the hairbrush cleaner. The lady that helped us check out what super sweet too!

Store has lots of various bins and containers (obviously) with some being over priced and some more reasonable. Staff (middle-to-older white male) checking us out of the store made some inappropriate comments to my wife and I when we kissed in the check-out line waiting for him to finish with another customer. If we hadn't already waited a few minutes or could get the exact item online, we would have left. We won't be going back if that rude employee is there.

The Container Store has awesome organization products that are very durable and lasting. I would not buy off-brand or small accessory products from there since they seem to be almost double the retail rate compared to other stores online or brick and mortar. I do however enjoy the fact that they have a assortment of Elfa shelfing and accessories.

The most beneficial resource for fitting up our RV!!! I spent countless hours looking for odd sizes to maximize the cabinet spaces. This store provided not only enough size selection, but also in various color options. The Container Store saved the day!

On Saturday I came in and purchased a lot of items and the staff were awesome. I went back on Sunday and the lady that assisted me was so lost and caused me to have an anxiety attack and want to lose my patience. I asked to pay for the purchase at the center island where we're were looking up stuff on the computer and she told me no. Mind u Saturday I spent thousands of dollars. Mind u this was three weeks ago today. That's upsetting, because if I'm purchasing something and I need assistance u would think staff could all be helpful.

Went in to purchase Elfa closet system. The system is amazing and we got everything to put it together, no missing pieces. But I want to applaud the staff, Chris, and Kim from the accounting department. There was a mistake in the charge. However, they went out of their way to help and get everything taken care of, I will definitely continue to shop here.

This location has terrible customer service…I drop in to shop at the container store quite often, and I have yet to be greeted or asked if I need assistance in any way. Customer Service is lacking and it should be addressed before you go the way if many other businesses who cannot figure it out. I will be shopping at the Austin location from now on!

Amazing place for people who loveeeee organizing. I was astonished when I first walked in. So much variety but a lot of it is really expensive and if you're on a budget like me, this can be a tough place. There are cheaper items or things on sale though so don't completely avoid it if cost is of the essence. Fun place to geek out at cleanliness for sure.
