Went in this morning in hopes of grabbing some earrings on my way into work. I was disappointed to see how horribly the jewelry/accessory section was taken care of. The shelves were not taken care of at all! Took a few pics of how many product items were missing pieces and there was no additional product to grab as the shelves were not stocked.

Today I came in to get a curbside pick up. I waited almost 20 minutes before someone came out and then when he came out, Alejandro didn’t have all my stuff he was missing six other bags. I looked on the app and it said everything was brought to me, so I had to run after Alejandro and stop him in the parking lot before he got inside, I explain to him what he was missing and if you can, please just go in and get it for me real quick after he told me he would do that he. Disappeared inside 15 minutes later he came back out, but to my surprise, he didn’t have my stuff again. He had other peoples items instead of coming up to me and telling me that I was waiting on my stuff he proceeded to go to the other cars and start unloading all the other things as I sat there and stared at him for about 10 minutes, then I was frustrated because I’ve already wasted 35 minutes of my day after he unloaded all the other items into the other cars. He then comes to me apologizes because my items I guess were forgotten I didn’t explain to him. Why didn’t you go and get my items while you were inside for 15 minutes knowing that I’ve been waiting here he looked perplexed after waiting for 35 minutes in the heat and then told him to grab The Manager if you could send my stuff out with them he starts to proceeded back to the back, but before he does him and the other two curbside employees huddle up and have a five minute meeting amongst themselves before returning to the back after about another 7- 8 minutes pass The Manager Jennifer slowly strolls out towards me none of my items in hand by then I’m furious. She then comes and asked me what the issue is and that really just sent me off because I’ve already been out here almost 40 minutes now still waiting for the things I paid for and they said they delivered, Jennifer begins to give me a bunch of excuses about why my stuff didn’t make it to me and I am asking her. Why is she arguing with me because I asked them to send it out with her then began to give me attitude because she probably didn’t like the tone of my voice because I was extremely upset, which is extremely unprofessional because I am the guest customer and she is the employee finally after arguing with her which I don’t understand why we were arguing in the first place she gives me some speech about how she’ll do better with training to make sure things like this doesn’t happen again but nothing in compensation for me wasting my time almost a half hour to a whole hour. She goes away and then another five minutes past finally another lady shows up not Jennifer to apologize for the mishap or anything like that. Hands me my items I get a sarcastic, backhanded apology from the person before they leave all in all target definitely needs some new management and new training

This is one of my favorite Target Stores in the San Antonio area.It's clean and well kept. They have the majority of the items that I'm typically looking for when shopping at a Target Store.The Starbucks inside is on point. I also get my eyewear from their optical which has been a very smooth process and bonus that they make sure you get every possible discount possible.It recently started going through a remodel and so perhaps it may be an interesting period while they go through that, however per other locations that have gone through a remodel, once it is completed it is even better.Overall a good location to shop for your Target Run.

I came into this location to see if I can find an item that I wanted. Unfortunately I didn't find the item at this location and it looked like it was hit by a tornado! For this location being a Super Target I think that I will just stay going to the smaller stores as they are cleaner and stocked better. Maybe it will get better if they have a surprise visit from corporate. They have alot of parking with wheelchair accessibility.

Only gave 3 stars cause Vanessa in electronics was very courteous and helpful. But Diana the front cashier wasn’t polite at all. Maybe she was having a bad day? But very rude and unprofessional.

I went when it was almost empty. They do have lots of merchandise in stock and just about anything you’re looking for. Really like going to target when I can’t find something at Walmart. The only issue I find here is that the cashiers were a bit slow when checking you out. I guess that would be okay on slow days, but hopefully that’s not the norm. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

Not quite sure what has happened to this location, but it has become a complete disaster in the past 3 months. You cannot walk through any of the clothing areas without stepping on clothes. Also apparently the refrigerators are leaking, which makes me worry if they are keeping the food cooled to the correct temperature. Upper management NEEDs to get involved, something is wrong at this target, as it's one of the worst ones I've ever been to.

This Target is insane, it’s a bit of a drive from my home and honestly the last time I’ll be shopping at this location. It’s hard to hold the mess it is against the staff as the RESIDENTS of Alamo Ranch ARE the reason this place is a hot mess. Went yesterday and even if the replenishment team is doing their best the customers lack full manners. I’ve never seen stuff thrown around like this. The restroom is consistently abhorrent, I get it no one likes cleaning a public restroom but even before the Pandemic is was disgusting.

Store is very clean and neatly organized. It is very large and has a wide selection of products. Prices are competitive and you can find some good deals. Plus there’s the perk of getting Starbucks while you’re here. Definitely racing shopping at the Target!

Ordered an item because they would only allow the purchase online. I show up to the store for pickup. Item has been sold out. No notification via email or text to let me know the product had since been sold out under me somehow. Huge waste of time. Nobody cares though. Nobody cares about anyone else's time. The mega store mentality promotes indifference and uselessness. Fantastic job moving us forward as a species

Totally disgusted by the Alamo Ranch location. Trash all around the cart area and the inside of the store is just as bad. Aisles and shelves were all in disarray!! No employees around cleaning the store and when I pointed out the trash laying around no one seemed to care. Shrugged shoulders by an employee and walked away when I asked for a manager.SMH Target and its staff!!! Clean up the store and make it look like a welcoming department store.

Prices at Target are way higher than HEB & Walmart. Plus a little bottle of hand sanitizer was $4 the bottle is the kind you clip on your backpack. Remember people just soap and water is fine. Shelves were empty :(

My husband and I went to this target for the first time last night. Now this is our regular target! It was so so beautiful! The grocery section had everything. Also, you can tell all of the staff is held to a higher level! Birdie in Levi’s helped me and it was a wonderful experience. I also spoke briefly to a manager there named Katie it’s so apparent she loves her job and people.

The employees can be really nasty. The store looks so much better with this remodel though! I just have had many unpleasant interactions with target employees and I don’t feel welcomed. Target should take some tips from HEB!

Very clean. Organized and the layout of products feel right. There arent things on the floor. Staff is always nice and available to help. The cashiers are friendly. Love the samples the provide. We ended up finding some good new vitamins with the samples.

I love target i’m always going to different locations but this is the one closest to my house. i’m always getting samples of foundations from Ulta before I spend $70+ on one. At this location they “don’t do them” I was shopping and Tammy the manager did not once greet me or ask if i needed any help. Once i finally asked for her help she was being so rude and like she did not want to be there at all. She was asking me if im liked or if i want to buy anything and then threw samples on the counter saying that’s all we have. I’ve been here 5 years and we never do samples.

Worst costumer service I had experienced!Manager Alan called my husband and I liars, he didn’t respect a Sale tag and was extremely disrespectful. They wanted me to pay $240 when the Sale price was showing $176. Expiration date was 12/5 and I went in January 8, they had a whole month to remove the tag and they didn’t. I could understand if he explained that they didn’t had time to remove it and offer me a smaller discount, but he said there was no tag and that it didn’t match the product, which it clearly does.

They're in the middle of a remodel, almost done with it after about 6 months. The remodel is nice, the new layout - for the most part - makes sense, except for a single aisle in the middle of the pharmacy area.You literally can't walk down it. There's a pole in the middle of the aisle and the cart can't make it down either side of the pole - it's too wide.Such a silly waste of time and resources. I don't know how this wasn't foreseen - they made the aisles smaller, there's a pole in the middle of the aisle, the carts are larger than half the aisle.It's facepalm worthy at best. Target should be contesting and getting money back from whatever logistics/planning company put this plan together. 2 people can't pass one another and you LITERALLY can not use a whole aisle of the store.Place is always clean and staff is super nice. This is a failure of some contractor.

Very deceptive business practices. This isn’t the first time i’ve seen it as this location, however it is the first time i’m posting about this location. Here you see two sale ads posted, one for $20 off $100 purchase of toys and another for $10 gift card for purchase $50 legos specifically.When i get to the register, the $20 off could not be added because it excluded legos, and pretty much every other name brand toy (fisher, tikes, barbie, etc.). Yet they have this ad posted specifically in lego section, as well as the other name brand toy sections? Why?Then for the backup/second sale ad, the woman at the register refused to give me the $10 gift card for $100 (ad said $50 btw) of legos i bought. No explanation given other than she cant.Long story short, save your gas and time. Buy off of amazon, you’ll likely get it same day anyway. And cheaper, target employees sigh and moan when having to price match. Do better target.
