One of the newest Starbucks Cafe restaurants opened in San Antonio, the great Westover Hills areas. The atmosphere was impressive and spacious. The store looks great with natural wood style furnitures and ceiling. Very modern and well ligthing cafe. They made my daily espresso drink perfectly and customer service was great. They were doing so much mobile or online orders. Big shout out to Adrian, Katherine, the staffs and the store manager Tara to make our customer experience great. We wish they have more Starbucks merchandises. Highly recommend for any visitor or Starbucks coffee lovers. You should come by and check it out.Updated. I love this new location. The staff always greets with a warm welcoming attitude, which is super refreshing to see customer service like this. I understand at times there may be off days for others, but in my experience it has been really good. Pet friendly, kid friendly, & the staff is kind and welcoming. Again, I am sure there can be stressful days for staff with many customers coming in and mistakes are bound to happen from time to time. I have not experienced that but if I did, I’d easily forgive them because this location is probably the nicest, cleanest and most welcoming of them all. And I coffee hop often especially if I want to get away from my desk to work out of the coffee shop. This one is an aesthetically nice location since it’s newly built and updated. The bathrooms are CLEAN!! To keep it this clean means the staff work hard to maintain the location. Great job to the ladies here 👏🏼 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kid-friendliness: I bring my children here and the girls have always been good to my children. It’s a yes for me.

New, positive team, clean cafe. Plenty of parking and sitting area inside and on the covered patio.I visited this convenient location 15 times since their opening. What differs this Starbucks from others is a positive vibe from the team members and the guests - everyone I’ve met was kind, polite and simply pleasant. It’s always a great beginning of my day, happy to start my busy morning with these wonderful people and a perfect service.

We were excited to try the new Starbucks however.......So drinks were good overall, I had the Strawberry Acai and had to be remade. But at least they did make an effort to fix it. It's a really nice location by Westover hills. The pastries (chocolate chip cookie and banana loaf) were good. They were really busy, not a good balance between the indoor and drive thru business. Kind of a long wait. Would I return, maybe. I'd probably just go to the one in Leon Valley or hit up Dutch Bros honestly.

This is a clean and spacious new store in a convenient location on Culebra. The staff is friendly and energetic, though they are still working out a few kinks. Be patient and I’m sure this could be your next favorite Starbucks. Overall, this is a great spot. Newly opened, just in time for Fall favorites (Hello, P.C.C.B. szn)!Parking: Plenty of parking, shares lot with QT gas station.

I’ve been to several Starbucks, and I must say, hands-down the drive-through ladies are the most friendliest. Nowadays, that great service is hard to find either workers at other places appear to act robotic or just don’t seem to care. It’s a nice change. Who ever is doing the hiring… great job hiring the right people that actually seem to enjoy what they do and still carry a smile. Overall great customer service!!!!

Ever since this location has opened, it has become my regular location. I’m a coffee drinker and I know how I like my coffee and I know when it doesn’t look right. Lately My orders for the past 3 to 4 times have been incorrect or taste just like milk or water down. Today I asked an employee named Hannah if they could remake my drink because it tasted like milk and every time I encounter with this specific employee she rolls her eyes and gives me the most attitude in the mornings which is unacceptable. I understand. It could get frustrating when it’s busy and the client is asking you to remake the drink but I’m Not paying for a water down drink !

Placed my order, said ready by 1:56 i picked up my drink by 2pm and it looked like a mess someone accidentally added whip then removed it there was chunks in the coffee , there was no ice in my iced coffee and it was not cold at all. I had tipped before hand and promptly removed the tip. I got an iced doppio with white chocolate and 3/4 oat milk.I kinda dont trust them to fix it and i cant go back so its going in the trash.It look seperated or gone bad i am posting this review 20 minutes after.The photos i took 6 mins after i picked it up

I ordered a GR LATTE VANILLA, the barista asked if vanilla was added to another barista, and than put her nose to my made coffee and sniffed it with no lid on, placed the lid on and than called my name while I sat mortified. She did make me a new one when asked. Atmosphere very sterile and only pull out hard chairs. Minimal products for sale.

10/10, highly recommend. My coworker and I came here to setup for a morning of interviews for our drive thru bar- we ordered coffee and food and camped out for a good two hours. The staff was very friendly, the store was extremely clean, and the manager even came to our table and offered us waters at one point. We felt EXTREMELY welcome. I will def go out of my way to come to this location again.

At approximately 2:20 pm Oct 31,while placing my order, not sure which female employee was on the intercom, she did not give me the options for my coffee, coconut milk, extra shot , etc. and “, instead said “what’s next “I replied I’m not finish telling you what all i want in the coffee , before I can get all the words out she uttered “whats next “ again ,horrible training. better service: 8110 w Loop 1604 N, San Antonio 78250

Check for expiration date !I love going to This Starbucks but this is the 2nd time they mess my order up , I always order a white chocolate mocha frap with Carmel drizzle and the first time they did not put any coffee in there it looked like a vanilla bean frap and the second time which was yesterday October 7th , 2023 they gave me a drink that tasted rancid unfortunately .I am currently having stomach issues and I just don’t want anyone else to experience what I’m going through .I love the workers just didn’t have a good drink :(

Been waitin' for this new Starbucks to open since construction began a few months ago. Finally visited today (Sept 09) a day after it opened. Everything was good. Ordered my usual, a medium mocha Frappuccino, double-thick (extra ice) with no whipped cream. Slightly thin & not as thick as I expected but it's a new store & a new crew so I'm sure it needs time to work out the kinks or customer service. I'll be returning back soon to try it again!!! Really glad to see it in the neighborhood as I'm only 3 blocks away, a mere 10-minute walk should I choose to stay & enjoy my next Frappuccino.

Horrible first time experience at this location. We were walk ins. No one was inside and only three cars in the drive through. Our order was taken at 8:55 am - ordered a grande Frappuccino and vente latte. Two online orders, three more walk in orders after us were all done before our order was completed. Our order was not completed until 915 am. It took 20 minutes from beginning to end to complete.May think twice before returning.

My family and me visited this Starbucks when it opened , and we’ve been visiting more often since the Thursday Fall specials . Sweet and welcoming Baristas and they want to help you , which we appreciate . My new favorite is the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato with Almond Milk . Continue staying kind and friendly to your customers , y’all are amazing .
