If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered a coffee for my wife with cream and the cream was sour. Person who took my call was horrible so will definitely make sure I go to a different Starbucks from now on. There are plenty of locations near that take what they do seriously, so my best suggestion is to avoid the Alamo Ranch location at all cost. Waste of time and money. Both are the same coffees on the picture but you can tell the cream on one is curdled and bad. Not even the same color or consistency.

Everything was so good. The staff were friendly and welcoming in the morning. My food and drinks came out tasting great. Food wasn’t over done. It also all came out in a timely manner despite the longer line and people rushed in. The store was clean too!Dietary restrictions: Accommodated for diet restrictions too!

Usually a good experience, but the past several visits they are out of various ingredients for different things we wanted.The drive thru crew has always been friendly. We will keep coming back and hopefully they will have everything necessary to make the food and drinks customers go there for.

Starbuck store at its best. With excellent customer services to delicious drinks. We had a great time here. This Cafe spot has spacious area for social, work or study with friends and family. The wifi always strong here. Shout to Melissa and Micky and all staffs here always treat customers with respect and good delicious drink from Frappuccino, hot coffee, to brown sugar milk tea and my favorite passion fruit ice tea. Thanks Autumn. The staff always make our drink right. Come by and check out yourself. Highly recommended. 👍

Extremely disappointed in the customer service deserves 0 stars. As a DoorDasher I should just be able to pickup the order already placed by the customer. I waited 10mins to none of the 4 employees working acknowledge my presence waiting. No one asked if I needed any assistance and when I went to the checkout area I could see the order for the customer waiting to get packaged. Everything was there but none of them decided that they should finish the order and put it in the pick-up area. I was already extremely frustrated waiting that long. When I asked one of the employees if he could “hand me the order that is right there, I am waiting on that order” he replied “She’ll be able to assist you.” As he went back to making drinks.And for the the gentlemen waiting next to me to place an order had already been waiting 5 mins for none of them to greet, ask him if he needed any assistance, or let him know they’ll be with him shortly. The employees need to be retrained in customer assistance.

I really dislike the servers. Every single time my mom has a hard time even ordering. If you are foreign and haven’t 100% learned English, order in the app. It will be much easier. The atmosphere is actually nice. I have only gone in to “dine” once, but when I did, it was really calming. The food was Starbucks. Not bad, but not 5 star chef. If you want to stop by, then please, be my guest!

I come to this Starbucks every morning before work and even on the weekends when i’m off. The baristas are always so nice and the barista Kylee is so wonderful. She welcomes me every morning by name and a smile she is such a sweet soul. She truly treats everyone like family. They always talk to me asking about my day. It makes my day so positive from that one experience in the morning! Thank you guys! Everything is always so fresh. I get the same thing almost every day and it’s always so good!

Today is Bogo. I got myself two drinks and realize later that I got charge for both of them when it Bogo deal, buy one get one free. I went on my Starbucks mobile app to chat with a representative. Horrible customer service. She could not help me at and pretty much close the chat. I’m never buying a Starbucks drink again. Trust me I was a loyal customer. Starbucks you lost a customer and I hope you lose more with that horrible services your giving your clients.

This location has gone down in quality, it is absolutely filthy inside and on the patio, and they are constantly slower and slower. They seem really unorganized. Sad to see such a nice location have a failure in management.

I would give 0 stars but it clearly isn't an option. I'm not sure if I was doing something wrong but, I stopped in with my little one to get a gift, we picked out a cup and a gift card and waited to be checked out for 5 minutes the 2 baristas that were there kept looking at us like we were aliens. I asked if someone could help check us out they looked at us as if we spoke a different lamguage and went back to coffee making a woman came out from the back looked at me waiting, looked at the baristas and went to the back once more never to be seen again. Needles to say me and the little one left everything at the register and walked out to go to a different much friendlier and with better customer service.

Came in the morning and tried to get some work done. There were about 15 cars in the drive through, but my order was ready in a timly matter. The crew kept good attitude as well. The only thing I dont enjoy is the atmosphere. I feel the space is too open and too noisy. I might be ok to meet friends to talk, but probably not a place to sit down and do serious work.

Great Coffee Shop. Newly opened in Alamo Ranch and close to new Casablanca Movie theater. Friendly staff and clean restrooms. Large parking space and shopping center. Both inside and outside sitting chairs and tables for drinking coffe and studying.. will recommend.

Aside from the fact that the employees were less than personable, I found multiple large pieces of coffee grounds in my frozen coffee. It was very unpleasant to order a sweet frozen drink, only to get a mouthful of chunky, bitter grounds. Upon further inspection (and under better lighting), you can see the various big pieces of coffee grounds throughout the coffee itself. Makes it hard to believe that the people making it were unaware, especially considering that it took ten minutes to receive the drink even though there were no other customers. So disappointing....

So I'm not the first local guide to review, but I have to say all of the other local guides were right.Any frequent visitor of Starbucks knows that not all are created equal. I have sat for 45 minutes in the drive thru of the Starbucks at Culebra and 1604. Anyway, this Starbucks is gorgeous. The open floor plan feels right. Another reviewer highlighted the trees, which is unique to most Starbucks in these parts. The menu is not behind the cash register, it's as you walk in. Hopefully this will prevent people doddling in line deciding what they would like.The furniture is light, and refreshing; a powered table with outlets sits as the centerpiece. Power strips sit at a convenient level along the glass walled with the two tops.If you miss the entrance off of the main road, you can get in an entrance behind the building along the adjacent road. As the warmer months come the beautiful open patio will be a great place to have a drink and sit and take in the lovely near by foliage.A great addition close to home that I will certainly be frequenting.

Excellent service. The employees here are so nice and they work so fast. The cashier working this morning (Julia) was wonderful. I wasn't sure what to order, so I asked for a recommendation. She suggested the white mocha frappe, which I had not tried yet. It was delicious! I also got one of the bacon guda egg sandwiches. It was hot and delicious.Very clean building. The layout was nice and relaxing, and I really appreciate the covered outside seating area.Thank you for giving me a great start to the day!

Last time I was here the outside was so disgusting I contacted the corporation, online.Today, it looks like they may have power washed the cement, but it looks like they haven't cleaned or dusted off the tables in days. There is also a corner with a bunch of trash. The cleanliness of the whole place is so-so., a shame because it's a relatively new location and a very nice design.

This Starbucks always shortens my amount of drink in my venti cup. They are the closest location to me, tend to give them a chance every time. The problem continues and apparently I need to be more specific with them. For the amount of money I pay, no cup should have a less amount of liquid.
