Sprayed my kitten. They did a great job at a fair price. They found an infection while they were removing her uterus and provided antibiotic.When we brought her home he chose to use a surgery suit instead of a cone. She disappeared and we couldn’t find her anywhere. Hours later we found she climbed into a drawer where she was sleeping.

I brought my dog to them and they took such good care of my Eddie. They were incredibly accommodating of his skiddish behavior, and didn’t turn him away due to it. They gave me great details on how to take care of him afterwards and he’s been great! A week has gone by and he’s been his normal self, hasn’t shown signs of pain, just annoyed by his cone ☺️They did a great job, I would highly recommend. My large puppy had a neuter performed by Spay Neuter Network. They provided an essential service at a price that demonstrates an exceptional commitment to access. The wait for check in was long (1.5 hours) however, the estimated wait time was communicated in their paperwork and website. The cost of medication for pain relief and antibiotic was again, affordable. The procedure did include the cone at no additional cost. All communication (direct with staff and via phone) was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their services, if not, then consider donating to Spay Neuter Network.

I spend month finding a place good enough & affordable enough to get our Obi-wan fixed. This place has nice staff that took care of everyone quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. He’s been healing nicely. Highly recommend to everyone

Thank you for taking care of Charlie. While he was in your care.He is doing just fine. First, two days he was kind of just sleeping, but after that he was up and around like he had never gone anywhere. And he had a good appetite when we got home.No more worries about that he is gonna wonder off. I’m happy and so is he.Thank you very much. I really appreciate.This service that you have for our pets and the driver that picked him up he was so nice and he explained everything to me. I really felt comfortable leaving Charlie with him.

Angie and the Vets in duty so very graciously accepted my 2 year old GSD for neuter on the day before Thanksgiving while my daughters were here to help me and I had read the wrong surgery date. Each team member was incredibly kind and caring. They offer free spaying and neutering to certain zip codes in San Antonio which is amazing. Cymbr is healing well. She was scared when she came out and they were gentle with her and helped get her in the car. We're so thankful for their help and making sure our adopted pup has a healthy life. They offer low cost vaccines, heart worm prevention, etc. They even trimmed her nails! Highly recommend!

Spay Neuter Network took such great care of my 2 yr old Yorkie. The entire process from beginning to end was very easy from their online information, to downloading the surgery forms online. Any questions I had or concerns they always responded pretty quick. When I dropped off my fur baby for surgery, they explained everything in detail, ask if she would need vaccines, explained the differences with preventative medicine. I was incredibly grateful because I was able to save on cost rather than worrying about not being to afford my Yorkie's care. They handled my fur baby with love and care and kept me updating throughout the day. Thank you!

Unfortunately I have to change my review. Although the staff was great after we brought Clifford home he developed a cough and died. After that two male pups got sick and died. Then we find out our female is pregnant then she miscarried 5 pups then she died along with another female pup. 10 dogs in a 3 week period after having my male fixed. I called them to report the situation and they hung up on me.☹️

We had scheduled our Chihuahua for a procedure and this place had the best price/location for us. I was impressed of how through and professional the staff was to my dog and myself, while waiting for admission. Xena, my dog, did great after the procedure and no signs of distress afterwards.

I want to genuinely thank the whole team at spay neuter network. I brought my two kitties (6 months, both girls) last Friday and could not be happier with the outcome. The team answered all of my questions and made me feel safe putting my babies in their hands. Drop off was easy but if you don’t want to wait in a long line make sure you get there EARLY!! I got there at 6:20 and was 3rd in line.Recovery has been great and the area in which the surgery happened has been healing well. I am following the guidelines the team provided to me and I would recommend everyone does the same. There’s some great information on their website that I would also recommend looking at. Thank you again to the amazing team!!

They did a great job, very organized and friendly. Tucker is a wild husky that would not stop yelling and decided to pee all over their building. They were very accommodating, I even told even to give him extra drugs so I could relax for a couple of hours since he a destructive monster when he is awake. Although the cone and the donut didn’t survive, because no drugs can stop tucker from mass destruction. Tuckers wound healed up just fine, he’s still upset that I took his ⚽️🏀.

Went to neuter my two cats. Morning drop off was pleasant and lasted about an hour.I returned at requested time for pick up and it took almost 2 hours of waiting when it was stated to take only about 15 minutes. They told us they were caught up on paperwork, so everyone was all crammed in one small quiet room waiting.Woman handed my pet carriers over finally and I had asked for the cones I seen them handing to everyone else, she said I have to pay for them. Now I was never asked if I wanted a cone beforehand and never heard anyone else asked that question either yet she was handing them out to every other person there. I waited 2 hours extra and the woman couldn't even be nice enough to grace my weakened cats with the neck cones. I didn't want to go back and pay for them after waiting so long already. Just felt disappointed.My cats did recover well and the surgery seems to have been just fine, they look good all healed. Thanks for that.

Spay Neuter Network provides an invaluable service to the San Antonio community! From the team member who initially spoke to me over the phone, to the representative who greeted me in line on surgery day, to the representative who took care of my transaction upon check out, the customer service was exceptional! It is nice to know there is somewhere almost all of your pets' needs can be taken care of at a reasonable price, but both you and your pets will also be treated with compassion and kindness.

Thank you all so much! This morning was a bit hectic with duchess and how she prefers to do things her way. I really appreciate you calling me to come help calm her instead of forcing her on her own. Also when I got there watching everyone handle the animals with so much care. It’s very much appreciated knowing everyone’s babies are in such caring hands. Took both my dogs. One was neutered and the other was spayed. Very clean clinic with very professional staff. I felt confident that my pets would be taken care of. This place was very thorough. I would give them a five on communication. Although, scheduling my dogs was not easy but one needs to understand the high population of pets in San Antonio. I set an appointment two months in advance. I would suggest scheduling online is the best way to schedule your appointment, due to the facilities short staff they can not always answer the phone. I hope this review helps. Best of luck

I would highly recommend spay neuter network. Great customer service and having a skilled and compassionate vet perform neutering can make a significant difference in the experience for both the pet and the owner. This organization provided clear pre-operative instructions and thorough post-operative care guidance. I’m so grateful for the work they do here. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been very nice and understanding. The morning drop off has gotten better since I was there a few months ago and is much easier and quicker. I take the stray cats in my neighborhood here and they’re always helpful with what is best for each cat and able to answer my questions. Thank you again for all your help!!

Everything went very well with my Great Pyrenees. He was not happy with the cone on for 2 days and cried constantly. After that he was fine. The only thing is I do not believe they did not do is trimmed his toenails because his nails keep clicking on my floors. He is extremely difficult to do by myself and I have done them over 40 years. But, besides that I will recommend this establishment. And thank you! I wish more people will be more responsible and get their pets fixed. Way to many dogs get put to sleep out here!

I took my Yorkie to get neutered and they took very good care of him. Check in was quick and easy. They text me when he was ready to be picked up and how much. Will definitely be back for my golden retriever next.
