My husband and I absolutely love our fence. It is exactly what we hoped for. Mr Medellin’s crew did a wonderful job. It was all put together on site and I must say, was done in such a professional manner. When we spoke with Mr Medellin about our desire to have an iron fence placed in our front yard, we made sure to let him know that we were on a tight budget and did not want to stray too much over a said amount. He did his magic and made it happen for us. We are truly grateful to him for taking the time with us, and to his crew for doing such an amazing job. Due to weather conditions they were not able to start when they said but because they worked well into the evenings, they were still able to meet the deadline.They even made sure that everything was up to par and that all was leveled and spaced out perfectly. We are very happy with the outcome and highly recommend Fence Builders, LLC.🤗

His team was clearly well experienced and I can see a big difference in the quality of my fence compared to my neighbors. My cedar fence is sturdy, beautiful, and straight as an arrow. Highly recommended. Part of our fence fell over because of a storm. My husband called David during a weekday, and I thought they will not come back to fix our fence after a few weeks or months like other company do, but no, that weekend they we're already fixing our fence! David and his team know how to get repeat business. In the process of rehabbing an investment property I have worked with a lot of contractors that have not learned how important communication with clients is.David is on time, easy to get a hold of, and detail oriented. He has less overheard than the big companies (which I also got bids from) which allows him to deliver the same level of service at a lower cost. Dave came out and gave me quote and even though he was not the least expensive option I got along with him and I liked what he told me. He values quality and customer service. Well after having him do my fence and my neighbors both have come short. Our gate don’t open and close like they should. My dog can open the gate because of how it was installed (post didn’t go in the ground like it should) I have called and text Dave and nothing has been done to fix the issue. The installers came out and said I needed more hardware and they were not responsible. So if you’re looking for someone to come out and do your fence and you can later recommend them to someone.. this company isn’t it. Just another company to take your money and forgot about you. A meaningless warranty.

David and his crew did a great job installing our fence. We had a 50+ year old chain link fence leaning every direction. In one day they took out the old fence and installed a new 6 foot privacy fence (and we have a large lot.) It looks great and my wife and I are very pleased. The workers were friendly and courteous. When they left we had a nice, clean, secluded backyard. And at a competitive price. I highly recommend San Antonio Fence Builders.

Definitely recommend! Great Customer Service and workmanship. San Antonio Fence Builders replaced an old withered 56' fence line and replaced with quality cedar post and wood pickets. They also built a 12' double door concealed gate. Came and met the day i called to look at job and was ready to go the next day. I wasn't ready but when i made the call he showed and the crew arrived shortly.
