I love the store and the good prices for food and household items however I don’t pay monthly to get harassed everytime I go in by vendors in the store. I politely declined services that a man was selling me while shopping I believe it was home insurance from a vendor that was in store. They had a stand there with all their products by the groceries and when I said “I’m not interested but thank u have a nice day” he rudely shrugged at me with an ugly face and said “please just listen I’m trying to talk to you it won’t hurt to listen” then proceeded with a “well damn I guess you don’t like money then that’s wack” and proceeded to chase other customers around and try to sell insurance to them also. This is super annoying and I’ve never had anyone be so pushy and rude to me when trying to get me to buy their products

Very clean store and parking area. The bakery had incredible cakes lots to choose from. The jewelry department had no employee there I waited for 10min & nothing. Tons of wine & lots of beer brand's. Employees were following covid guidelines wearing mask friendly staff great customer service.

Went to purchase tires, their prices were better than the locals and they had plenty of tires to choose from. I did not have to wait for them to order them. They took me in right away. While they were putting my new beautiful tires. New tires and fresh food in a matter of minutes. A wonderful experience the technicians even helped my with my groceries. Will definitely visit again.

I have been a customer for years and I must say the cat food is always the same kind that’s if you find some. They clearly don’t care for cats. (At the Southwest Military Dr store) the front of the store by checkout it is very small hard to get out of the store. They should hire more staff at the door. They also need more staff for their snack bar to move customers out faster. Another problems is gas lines. They are long and the first and last pumps are always closed so that no one comes from the opposite direction . At the same time you got empty pumps because you can’t use them since traffics is coming from one direction only. Just let customers use any pump from any direction like we use to before.

I always leave Sam's like I spent waaaay too much money lol. Is it me or does HEB have better deals? Even for bulk shopping, I think HEB is cheaper. This particular location seems to packed every time we try shopping here. Lines are long and the restrooms ...AVOUD GOING TO THE RR.

After I couldn’t order curbside I came to Sam’s myself with a disability I was recently diagnosed with & Monse from customer services helped me get everything I needed when I couldn’t do it myself, Monse even introduced me to scan and go to make my future purchases easier ! I’ll definitely be coming back here and shopping with Sam’s again, what a great and helpful experience! I’ll definitely let other people know how caring this company is !!!!!

The pizza at the cafe is good! It's better than many of the pizza chains. Each slice is $2 so it's a bit pricey but good in flavor. The bad thing is that service is slow but that is because there are lots of people buying pizza at any time of the day.Store is alright, has everything you need and the staff is friendly.

Me and my grandmother come to this Sam’s often and twice today we were treated very differently from others. We were Adelaine, where Assistance was needed for us. We watched a cashier or whatever she was walked past us twice, helping another cashier with someone else’s transactions did not ask if we needed help. Sam needs to do better with their customer service and I’m sure some slight racial profiling, also when we came in, we were stopped in our tracks and asked for the Sam’s card which we understand always however, she took forever looking at my grandmother‘s information while the next person came behind us and quickly flashed her card, and they let them in with no problem never again will y’all get my money!!!!!!

I used to like Sam's but they have gone downhill since I went last. This store needs to have more variety of items. The store looked kind of dirty also.

They are not answering my phone calls, there is OBVIOUSLY something wrong going on that needs to be handled these people running this location need to be reevaluated and the people who are delivering are not using the Sam's club app the correct way causing ERRORS on the app they take too long to bring the orders too, it's ridiculous

Wonderful location! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Great deals on food, shoes and clothing for the entire family. Everytime we go we always buy the rotisserie chicken. Usually wait in line for about 10 minutes but sometimes there are free samples. Parking is usually taken up so plan ahead! Tips: members get free air in their tires if needed.

Getting better.Still overly crowded though.Gas prices were cheap, $1.51 a gallon today.Oh! And they have Scan and Go at the pumps active now!!Oh, and it only took me $13.00 to fill up my Ford.

Only 2 cash registers with a line all along one Isle. Took almost an hour to check out. I asked if they were going to open another register but 😕 nope. Love ur merch but not ur long lines and it's not even Christmas time 😳 Yikes

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE they won't answer the phone calls, I call for food delivery oftentimes and NOW they are ignoring my orders I paid a lot of money for my food and they are not answering the phone calls they are not bringing my order THIS STARTED HAPPENING JUST RECENTLY ..... Sams store itself is fine but the cafe is disappointing. Called ahead to order several pizzas a day ahead. I work so it’s time consuming to come and go, these were for a work party. I get there and they’re not ready because they weren’t paid for?.. then why did you take my order and why not charge me over the phone? I don’t see how this simple task was failed, on top of that the lady serving was completely rude about it. Don’t order ahead, you will be disappointed

0 stars seriously this old man fuel attendant blocks me in and tells me I have to reverse out the pump knowing that I can’t see bc a truck is blocking my view of ppl driving by I’m 9mo pregnant not risking getting hitI had to yell at him to get away from my car and from blocking me from driving forward
