Calling this a drug store is a bit of a loose term. There are vitamins and OTC medications, but there are also some kitchen supplies, foodstuffs and souvenirs. It's a rather strange assortment of goods. There are also toiletries. Quite a selection of hats and stuffed animals as well as traditional Mexican candy. They do have a selection of cold drinks which is good if you're hot on the Riverwalk.

Good most of the time however the last time I believe somebody believe that I was stealing, and started following me around the store. At least it seemed that way.

My partner used his cc here and is now missing $300 from his bank. This was the first and last place he used it so beware!!!Update after owner response: My partner used a state stimulus card from California at this location during our vacation. It was the first and only place he had used his stimulus card at. We checked the balance and where it was spent and the receipt shows the fee for this location and 2 days later another charge with hundreds pulled out. This was the only place he had scanned it. He couldn't use it anywhere else after here, thinking the issue was the card scanner everywhere else, (we assumed since it was a California state stimulus it wouldnt be accepted everywhere in texas) not knowing it had already been drained out.
