Reasonably Priced with good customer service but they lie about their packaging on certain products. Behold this vape- it came w a shiny lil wrap on it but after taking it off it shows to be a completely different vape. I used to buy their bud exclusively here bc I trusted them but not sure that I do anymore.

I’ve been buying from these guys for like 3 years, every single time they’ve always been friendly and helpful. The prices are fair, and they’re always getting new stuff and reinvesting in the store. Not to mention they have markets on every first Friday and it’s always good vibes. What more can you reasonably ask out of a local business?

Two ladies were attending the store at opening time, Saturday 9/23. I was interested in a cartridge for my vape... they started guessing a price in my face. They were thinking at what price someone sold the same product the day before.At the end they said "$45 this time". I left the place very disappointed because 2 years ago I came here and I had a wonderful experience. Salesman I had back then was great! I think he was the owner.Anyway, I left the place very sad, I went online to compare the price of the cartridge. Found the same product, directly from manufacturer with prices between $15 to $18. So they should be selling those cartridges under $28 at least.Lesson learned, if items don't have a price or the store doesn't have their inventory on a computer... the salesperson will guess and you will loo$e.

Myself and My wife Stayed at the Valencia on the other end of the River so we Shopped in the Satelite Store on Houston, And if that shop represents anything close to what you do at the large Store. I wish i had just taken an Uber Over the day before we left but we were Driving back to Ky. and kinda was happy with what we had unopened. But we were so satisfied with every person that helped us. And we were there for a week. So we actually got to meet alot of different people. But all were knowledgable and Very helpful with their suggestions and it worked as they said it would. Incredible people that really care about the community! Great products that are the best prices I've seen around. Cool atmosphere and they put on monthly community events for artists and musicians that actually benefit them and even participate in clothing drives for charity. Classy folks all around

Personally, I don’t like the owners. However, they give S tier customer service, have wonderful products and will go above and beyond to educate the consumer. Their CBD line has been amazing for joint pain, especially the lotion. Their website and social media is out dated which makes it a bit difficult to find more information.If you’re looking for a good spot while downtown to get some CBD products, this is a nice little joint. No pun intended.
