My husband and I picked up our Rottie pup from Puppyland last Wednesday. All of the staff was very nice but Ernest went above and beyond to help us with picking out our new puppy. He was very informative, attentive, professional, and friendly. He genuinely helped my husband and I feel confident in our purchase. I highly recommend working with him when you go in. He genuinely cares about the puppies and their wellbeing which made us feel confident we were buying our pup from a good place. I also will be recommending puppy land to others moving forward. Our new baby girl is healthy and happy.

We just got our new fur baby! Brianna was a saint, and SOOOOO helpful. She let us see different puppies, helped us fill out our application, and gave us tons of goodies. Such a great experience and great staff.

This place is great we stopped by just to check it out, I am not a big fan of puppy stores but we had some time to kill. WOW I could not believe how clean it was and all the puppies looked amazing all of them were jumping around and playing some were taking naps. They were all very clean and groomed. I didn't see the breed I wanted but was told they would call me if one came in. Everyone was so friendly. We were there about an hour and they had staff out the whole time cleaning up after the pups I was so impressed with this place.They had a few empty kennels and I was told they were in the back having playtime every single puppy there gets 30 to 40 min group play time daily out of their enclosure. This place is great.

You can tell everyone really wants to see you paired with the right addition to your family. I look forward to coming back and finding my perfect match!

We had a great experience purchasing our Mini Aussie. All the puppies are beautiful! The place is extremely clean with visible staff cleaning and maintaining all puppy pens. Staff were very knowledgable with extreme considerations to purchasing your puppy with no worry/rush to sell! Financing available as an option as well. Highly recommend.

OMG they are SO NICE and tolerable, i came in the store and it was SO BUSY, all the play pens were full, they even brought extra play pens out to allow people to play with puppies and they were so patient and interactive. The puppies are all so hyper and happy it’s a really energy boosting place. i wasn’t looking for a puppy but they told me if i was there was a wishlist they’d keep me up to date with on breeds i was interested in. it was also super clean &’ didn’t stink. i love this place &’ i stop by on my free time jus because i love the environment &’ workers. they’re super helpful and knowledgeable, i recommend coming here 10/10

Jared sold us our frenchie. We were very pleased with his transperancy and how helpful he was. The purchase was very smooth. Our family is totally in love with the dog. We totally recommend Jared and the other gentleman I don't remember his name but he's the store manager. They did awesome. Our puppy is a bit sad, but we think she misses her littermates. But she's in a very loving home now and hopefully sooner rather than later she'll come around.

Horrible place. They are like a time share. Fast talkers and dishonest. They don’t explain things. By the time you know it they have you locked in to a loan and a dog. Staff is rude and talk over you. If I could leave a negative star. I would. We also found a flea on the puppy. They said their puppies were free of fleas and diseases.

My husband and I went in looking at the different breed before we decided on any set one I wanted to see what the differences were and what I may like. My husband decided instead he liked a yorki poo in the store. As we were looking the lady asked us to apply-no problem. We went in thinking we’d pay cash but who bucks 90 days same as cash right? Well after getting approved for half she asked if we could put x amount down, I said it wouldn’t be a problem-however I wanted to negotiate the puppy. I’m not going to pay 3500 for something I can get elsewhere with the same information for 1500 without budging a little. Well, after we made an offer that I assumed was reasonable cash wise instead of finance. The guy instead of the woman walked over and lets us know he didn’t want to submit the offer unless we were sure. Now as someone who works in sales I know I’m going to submit the offer then do my very best to close a buyer same day. He does not. He informs us that he isn’t going to do it unless we are sure and reached for the puppy my husband was holding. I firmly believe the attitude and response we were given were based on our looks. I’m a mom of 4 and my husbands a truck driver; it is what it is. We ended up with a beautiful frenchie, vet verified, health guarantee and AKC papers from someone else for 1,500. Just go to a breeder at this point.

They were very knowledgeable and this place even had a $200 spay reimbursement with a 2 year health guarantee. Helped us get us settled with the next steps as far as vet visits/feeding info. Only giving this 2 stars because my girlfriend likes the dog. She was taken advantage of and not told about another payment on top of the agreed monthly payment. Instead 90 a month it is now over 200 a month with me having to pay two separate institutions. Will not recommend this place, also the lady helping with the paperwork seemed to not know how to enter any numbers. Seems like there was information not given and to top it off got a free toy because of the inconvenience:)

The young ladies there were at first, polite, but when I asked a couple questions as, do you have chihuahuas, and do you know where I can buy a canine stroller, they becMe surly, especially the one with multicolored hair. Every cute adorable puppy there was week over 3k.... for mixed breeds, husband inquired S to what shots they had and if any had DNA PROOF OF mix and the one I imagine was manager got very snippy about "if you want answers to those questions I need a substantial deposit on the puppy, I will say this, the place was clean and well kept but in short a colossal waste of time. Also should I have been foolish enough to actually buy a puppy for the outrageous costs I couldn't take it home with me for over a week... avoid scM places like this, go visit your local animal Co trol or Google breed specified rescues, the dogs there are every bit as cute and fR more desirable. You can also wait till puppies age out of this buisness ND cease to be lucrative, I quite what happens to them.... it's the question I asked that showed the places true intentions...

We were looking to add a cocker spaniel puppy to our family. We have a 13 year old cocker spaniel that we adore who is gettting older. We looked all over Texas for one and drove an hour & half after seeing they had one that looked exactly like him.When we got there it was 30 minutes before they closed & we discovered they would work with us on financing. Brianna stayed an hour and a half late to help us get the best deal and make sure Buffy got to go home with us. Pet stores get a bad rap & we were nervous about the experience but I can’t recommend them enough. The dogs were so well taken care of and the staff, especially Brianna, were so helpful and comforting about it. Thank you so much for our new family member! & especially for making a very old dog happy!

Do not buy from this pet store! My mother who is 88 and just lost her pet of 15 years went to buy a puppy. They convinced her to go with lending USA and sold it as no interest for 6 months. What they didn’t tell her was there was a $500 origination fee. I went to pay cash for the puppies and I was told sorry you will have to deal with the lender. They were so unprofessional and rude. Buyer beware.I contacted the lender and they said that the loan could be cancelled if the merchant requested it since no payment had been made. I notified the manager Jordan and he said he would contact corporate but he said they wouldn’t agree to it. I explained that the bank said it was possible and no problem.Update 12/06/23 asked the manager Jordan to contact corporate and said that corporate refused. I asked to give me corporate contact information and he said no. The deception and refusal to accept cash for the purchase is unacceptable. Social media is the way I can help others not be taken advantage of. If anyone can get me corporate information would be appreciated.
