Was quoted $20 on the phone and when the locksmith arrived the new quote was $250 for 10 minutes of work. Communication was not clearly stated as the scope of work was relayed appropriately over the phone, then changed once on scene for no difference discussed via telephone.

I needed an ignition key made for my car. The tech came out and couldn't figure it out charged me $80 to call the dealership. Still couldn't figure it out. Called in people from the office. Finally, I had a key. The key doesn't turn off my car. When I contacted the company, I was told they did what they were asked to. They created a key. Yes, they did but they pulled out the ignition which is no longer alined so my vehicle does not turn off. Each time I get to where I'm going I have to unscrew the battery. Horrible horrible service and horrible customer 🤬service. Run away from this company

Way overpriced. Cost $180 to unlock a 2005 Chevy truck that has no security features. The guy that unlocked it must’ve weighed 400lbs and almost broke the mirror and side step used to get in the truck; he should really bring his own personal step stool instead of bouncing and leaning on everything smfh… he needs to get a job where he works from home.Would not recommend.

We had a forty year old lock for the front gate break. I called three different locksmiths who would not even come out to look at it. Pronto was the next call and arranged to send the locksmith out that day.Andre assessed the situation and ordered what was needed. Came back the next day and installed it in the gate. It was a huge job that took some time to do. Andre is a master at his trade! He was very meticulousand thorough with the process. Such a nice guy! Jamil came and got us into our house pretty quickly; $120 for drilling out the door handle. Jamil was polite and professional. Expensive lesson but this company did a good job and have hired a quality employee in Jamil.

$30 for them to look at my key for 2 seconds and say they can't do anything about my door.Not being able to do anything about the lock is one thing, but charging the full fee for that when it could have been a text message? Ridiculous.It literally took them less than 50 seconds to go from me opening the door, looking at the key, and saying they couldn't do anything, then demanding the travel fee.
