Took my chihuahua mix to get her first bath and brush. I've been taking her there for a few months to get used to the staff and they never hesitated to say hi, which made Ivy's experience much smoother. I specifically requested Austyn as her bather because Austyn has shown a lot of patience and dedication for small, rowdy dogs and Ivy has met her plenty of times. Austyn and Angela took great care of Ivy today and I really appreciate it❤️

Went in for a couple of things and found ANOTHER dead snake in its enclosure. This is the 2nd time. Had obviously been dead a while, it was 11a.m. which means Noone had checked on this snake since they opened. After I tell the cashier they have no business w reptiles, as im walking out, she apologizes to the people behind me as if I had just raised all kinds of hell or something for no reason. Place sucks... won't even go in here for dog treats moving forward.

They always have what my doggie need. FOOD!!!and the occasional toy and treats. Clean and there are always a couple fur babies walking around.

Took my big boy Max (90.pound Catahoula) to be bathed and groomed. Jaime did a great job and Max looked like a brand new dog! Thanks, Jaime!

They do a great job grooming my sisters dog, Rocky. He's old and sometimes grouchy, but they handle him with care!

Woukd not recommend the groomer anna lee. Went to the vet today to get my dog shaved down and the vet says the groomer is just lazy. On the other hand she looked at my boyfriend oddly, and mind you that hes asian and because of the covid and asian hate that we experienced. Shes unfortunatly turned my dog away. However i got her groomed at another groomer and the job was done.

I spend alot of time at this store....my family has 2 dogs a cat 2 snakes and 4 fish and no matter what we need they always take care of us

Been kinda hit and miss for awhile. Been to several locations around San antonio. I expect others will have differing experiences.. I will say it has been decent, but there have been times where we were kind of. Surprised in a negative way. Short version
