It took forever to get my daughter her hamster. We waited over an hour just to get assistance. They were short handed for real because the employee in the front kept apologizing to us. Other than that the store itself was great!

My mom and I boarded our dogs earlier this week and got them back questionable. My bigger Shepard’s lip was red and busted, I’m not sure if it was from the man pulling her leash so hard that she fell or if it happened earlier, and my smaller Shepard was ‘bathed’ without a request to be groomed. The reason I say ‘bathed’ is because she wasn’t washed, but her nails were ground down alarmingly short. Before you check your dogs in they ask you a few questions about their behavior. My smaller shepherd is skittish and I noted that she was skittish and wouldn’t allow people near her. My bigger Shepard is very social and loves people, so I don’t understand why she was manhandled to the point of a busted lip, and no she wouldn’t have done that to herself. I believe some of the workers are good to the animals but I also suspect some are abusive and neglectful. Not only that but they charged me 200$ more than they should’ve. They were quick to refund me, but I also believe it’s because they knew prior to charging me that they were in the wrong. I’m not sure what exactly happened and no one would provide me a reasonable explination. Customer service is decent but I would not recommend anyone to board their pets here.

Come here almost daily. I had my first isssue & of course the people I always see aren’t there an the manager Eddie came out an handled business completely Shyt.Only thing he accomplished was losing a good PetSmart family member.

They were wonderful! My cat was out of his prescription food, and I was not going to get there before 9! My GPS said 9:03 I believe. I called and the girl said she'd get the food I need ready at the register and they stayed open a few extra minutes just so my kitty didn't go any longer without his medically necessary food!!!

We’ve come here a couple times and it’s staff has always been helpful. This time, Amanda helped us look for a harness for our big 7 month old puppy 🐶. He’s a boxer mix so he chews on all of his leashes and collar. So we decided to go for the Kong harness that she suggested which came out looking good on him. We purchased a Acadia Trails rubberized weatherproof leash and some doggy shoes for this intense heat 🔥we don’t want to get his paws 🐾 burnt. So overall great store. Usually has everything in stock that we’re looking for! Thanks for the help Amanda, and PetSmart for keeping our dog cool 😎

My fish pump went out unexpectedly. I used to live off of 35 and walzem where we went for three-four years. Now I will continue to drive over there for whatever I need. I go up to petsmart for my new filter and I wanted to Afterpay it. I never used Afterpay in the store before so I ask for assistance. Turns out none of your employees are trained on Afterpay. They seem to lack much training at all. I tried to figure it out myself and I couldn’t figure it out and just paid for it so we could leave. If you are going to advertise Afterpay. Train your employees on how to do it. Really couldn’t afford that today but I had to pay for it anyways because that’s what you do when you are an aquarium owner. Train your employees better. They went as far as asking me to call my sister n law and ask her how to do it. My sister n law does not work for y’all. Why am I calling her to Afterpay in your store? Definitely will continue to drive to walzem from here on out.

Been taking my puppy to doggie daycamp here consistently for about 5 months now! My rescue puppy is very shy and doesn't like strangers but LOVES the staff here. He is skipping and dancing his way in every morning :D

Great location. The staff here is super friendly! The store manager is humble and easy going.At the hotel every pet care specialist is incredibly loving and attentive to the pet's needs, there's always someone looking after the dogs/cats. The hotel manager Roman and assistant Frank, are great! Helpful and always friendly. Truly recommend it.

Solid pet store that is a little bit hidden behind a lot of other shops. It's a little smelly on the inside which is expected with a pet heavy store, but that is made up for by the enormous selection. They carry all of the essentials and the staff is more than willing to help. There is a training center and a pet adoption section located here as well.

Grooming service: after picking up the dog from groomer, I noticed outside that my dog was bleeding from her paw. I went back to the groomer. She said: "Oh good you mention it, I don't know wha happen, I didn't touch her paws or nuthin". Oh so she totally "forgot" to mention it, when I was picking the dog up, thinking I won't notice? She said "yeah if it keeps bleeding, just bring her back". So dismissive. Like I am bringing the dog back there. Back to the private groomer for us. I have no trust that any care is taken to keep the dogs safe while they are there, and you know, stuff happens, I can understand, but choosing not to say anything when I was picking the dog up was the biggest issue I have with this situation.

Had a great experience here, although they took about 4 or 5 hours, my dog looks amazing! He was a tough one too, all dirty and nappy 😆 so thank y'all. And the one lady that helped me was amazing, I believe her name was Emily!

Always have a great experience in PetSmart. The people are very helpful and they have good products. A bit pricey for some, but easy to find and quality is good.Love the Banfield vet services right there as well as pairing to help shelters get animals adopted. They also offer a grooming service and boarding services.We came in to get prescription food and they had the ones we needed. Overall great experience on a pet store.

The gentleman in the fish department has helped me twice while purchasing fish and telling me all about its care.. wish I remembered his name but he was awesome and so patient with my excited 5 year old son. The place is filled with employees willing to help you and you are not left looking lost waiting for help.

Kinda small compared to others. But decent selection consisting. Hardly any sweaters (which I never thought I'd get for my dog, but she gets cold. So what can I do?) which was the point of the shopping trip. But ended up finding at least something. Nice employees. Check out was quick and painless.

Came to stop by for pet supplies, stopped to look at the cats . Didn’t realize that there are certain people you need to talk to. I asked an associate if I could adopt a cat you know wanting more information. Then was rudely approached by a worker in the front asking what we needed and when we asked she was rude and said their number is over there on the door . We were holding the paper for the cat so we could get information and she told us like we were little kids or something “ you can put that back where you found it” like what ??? We are not children we can put it back . So we went to find another worker who was more helpful and told her the situation and she helped us out more . After we were leaving the original lady was being nice to us finally.

Omg I love this location. Every staff member was so bubly and inviting. Be careful though. They have the store so perfectly designed I was overwhelmed and wanted to purchase everything. I was even shocked when I paid, how little I paid and how much I saved! Make sure you sign up for the rewards program. your furry loves will thank you
