We have taken our dog Brandy to many different groomers near us, but nothing compares to the work and treatment Petco provides. We did have one groomer who cut her nails too short (no longer supporting them) and we were worried she'd struggle with getting her nails trimmed going forward but every other Petco groomer has said she's done fine. She gets excited when going to the groomer which I think is a testament to the work and the people at Petco. Would also like to mention that every groomer we've experienced with Petco gives us a full report of how Brandy did in the appointment sometimes without prompting which makes us feel better about her experience as well and only further proves we made the right decision in our grooming provider. We have now taken our new puppy to be groomed at Petco, and even though he got so excited he peed everywhere, the groomer was so incredibly patient with him and with me and was the best help in corralling him in the waiting area! Cannot say enough great things about Petco grooming.

Where do I start I had an online order that was cancelled without notice. When I called they said it was for low stock. So I decided to drive my self over there to look and they had like 10 33 pd bags of dog food that I ordered which by the way are $73 a bag . Low stock does not mean no stock I should have had my delivery. Apparently they are lacking management supervision as they do what they please . Í decided that I would give the store another shot and took my dogs for grooming only to get a call back 3 hours later that my dogs had anxiety and they could not groom them! ANXIETY they get groomed on a regular bases at PetSmart (they are great)and I never have an issue . I just thought I’d give PETCO a try big mistake. If you love your pets don’t bring them here .. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had Ginger for the first time. She went beyon the call of Duty to help me and make me feel at home in this Store. She went out of her way to help me understand the policy’s in the store for grooming. I truly loved her bed side manors that’s a plus in my book. BooBoo my Golden Doodle looked fantastic when I picked him up putting another plus in the Book for Ginger. Thank you for everything Ginger. Beverly Almisbah. God Bless

They did a wonderful job clipping my 15yr old chihuahua's nails. It's been a over week and her nail growth is fine. Everywhere I've taken her before now over the years, they never clipped her nails as perfect as these gals at PetSmart do it!The other places always left them longer which meant we'd have to make another appointment and pay again within 3 weeks (about $30-$35 a month).Now I can just pop-in at PetSmart, pay $15 for the service and gladly tip the gal groomer once every 6 weeks (saving me about $20 a month).

I requested the teddy bear cut, round fluffy face and body. I even showed a picture to the groomer and she agreed. Well they chopped everything off, he came home with no hair like if the groomer just shaved everything worst groomer

Taylor was such a blessing to me. She really loved on my two dogs, and calmed them down before trying to clip their nails. They were still squirmy, but Taylor had amazing patience, and she was able to get the job done. I appreciated her so much that I will always request her services when I come back. You've got a SUPER employee in Taylor!!

I have never used a grooming service before so for a first experience it couldn't have been better. Before I arrived I was apprehensive about leaving my buddy in a strange place for a few hours but that feeling quickly went away once I entered and received a warm welcome from the groomer. She was so kind and friendly to my dog that all my worries disappeared and I knew he would be well cared for. I will continue to bring him to his location for all grooming needs.

They were not professional at all. I tried to get my dogs nails trimmed, and it seemed like they're scared of pit bulls. In my opinion, don't work with dogs if you can't handle dogs.

My dog came home smelling and looking exceptionally. The staff was very friendly and professional. They even tied a scaf around his neck and gave him a bag of treats. No dog spa has ever done this! We will be returning!

Daisy was so clean. she smelled real good and she still smells good. Daisy also received a report card and a snack bag. so sweet. the best thing was the shedding. it has been five days and I can pet daisy without getting a ton of hair falling off.

2nd time dogs collar was not tightened after grooming, while paying he slipped out of his collar and this time he made it out in the parking lot.my 11 yr old child went running after him, I also went running after both and no employees attempted to help. He made it all the way to the side street before running back to the side of Petco where my daughter was able to grab him, 2 customers tried to help.I am unable to run due to knee surgery but when your dog gets loose, your kid takes off after dog, you also instinctively run. The dog and my kid could have been hit by a car this time, I injured myself by running after both. Again this is the 2nd time this has happened, neither time anyone attempted to help or even apologize for what happened. We have been grooming customers for over 3 years now. Grooming services are great, no one ever returns voicemails. After this last fiasco I do not know if we will be returning

I usually get the same groomer if possible. Her name is Clarice. She always does exactly what I ask for, and she loves my dog. I feel safe leaving her (she's not exactly a fan of grooming), and my dog always looks great and happy when I pick her up.

My pet look like they were groomed by two different groomers. I also asked for them to brush your teeth and then after I paid for it I found out that the girl just rubbed toothpaste in her mouth. And which I had already paid for it. and then before I paid I checked the receipt and they had a service that I did not ask for them to do I told the girl know when she asked tell me about that I never had this problem before and repeat customer this experience maybe think about going somewhere else.

The groomer we have at PETCO outshines the groomer staff at PETS MART. She is outstanding of a person, always smiling and very respectful, along with treating our poodle (12 years old) with the best of care. We will continue to take our dog there as long as she's there.

Services were not performed that I paid for. I remember why I go out of my way to go to Petsmart. I get more services for 1/2 the money. And I have NEVER been disappointed with Petsmart. I only came to you because I needed the service done that day and they had no appointments until next week. I will NEVER come back to Petco.

Had a terrible experience with Petsmart, they discriminated my dog and I because his shot record is from Mexico, loved the way Petco used common sense and understood and accepted that all vaccines are universal and gave us the right attention and service.
