We been coming to this petco for about 5 years, was happen today was ridiculous. we waiting in like more than 20 min for the pet grooming. When it was our turn we got turned away because they said we had a 15 min grace period, that is ridiculous. We were standing in line that is ridiculous. i tried to talk to the manager named Nicole and didn't seem to care she tried to give some bull excuse. i asked if they could please have some consideration because we are loyal customers, but she said that it did not matter. We have a membership and have our pet needs on auto order. We will never come back and will cancel our membership and auto order. it is very sad

This was our first time ever visiting a Petco. We just moved to the area and it was close to the house so we decided to try it. I downloaded the app and scheduled the appointment. Check in was easy. Then I met the groomer. I let him know she had some small mats in her ears. I told him that if she will not let him clip her nails that it’s ok to just grind them. He asked me the haircut length and I told him 1/4”. I asked to leave her eyelashes and teddybear face with a little length on top of her head. Our appointment was at 3:30. He told us it would be 2-3 hours and she was his last appointment of the day. He showed me the number on file and asked me if it was correct, which it was. Fast forward to 6:30 and we still haven’t heard anything. I decide to look them up and give them a call to find out how much longer it would be. I call and press 1 for grooming. I am on hold for about 5 minutes before I am asked to leave a voicemail. I hang up and decide I’m going to try the main store number. That’s when I notice that on Sundays the store closes at 7:00! I grab my stuff and go flying out the door. We pull up the the store as the man is literally closing the doors. My boyfriend jumps out of a still-moving vehicle to explain the situation while I park the car. Someone comes from the back to pull our poor lost dog to safety. I let her know that we were never notified our dog was ready and had I not looked it up myself, we never would have made it up here in time. We were actually wondering at what point someone would have attempted to contact me. That night? The next day?! More to the point: did anyone else know she was back there?! Scary!! When we got her out, there was no resemblance of a teddy bear face, with her fluffy muzzle and her eyelashes totally gone. This was our last experience at Petco

Alexis B always does an excellent job on my doodles grooming. We live 40 mins away and come to this Petco specially for her. She does an amazing job each time we come for grooming.

I used the Petco App to schedule my dog's grooming appointment. It was easy to to navigate. Once we arrived, the staff was attentive and friendly. We will be returning.

This time I was every every disappointed with the groomer because I brought in my two Shih Tzu for a nail trim and polish ears clean and I ask for a teddy bear hair cut on their face but I didn’t get none of that I request and to top it off the groomer didn’t ask me how short I want it my dog hair to be cut plus I didn’t get a phone call like they Usually do when my dogs are done. I pick them up and the look like a Naked mode rat. Every thing was shave off and the their nails weren’t cut or polish to pay a lot of money for my dog to look like a naked mode rat and not Shih Tzu.

Felt like my groomer up charged for hair mat charges just because I didn’t accept additional packages (nail buff,teeth brush etc ) for cost upgrades ! It was not a customer friendly approach. It felt like I got taken advantage of by Petco checkin procedures to up charge however necessary to get larger grooming fees.

Very friendly and helpful every time I come in! They remember my pup from when he was an 10 week old pup and made sure to come and tell me how much he’s has grown and how cute he is! I am very pleased!

Called about dog nail trim. I was told they do walk-ins for them and a trim wouldn't need an appointment. Petco is closer than petsmart for me.Came in at 5pm, waited 40 minutes at grooming register/window while the groomer was with a dog. During this time the register rang grooming 5 times (I appreciate them trying but understand there's not much they can do).On the 5th ring, groomer stops on the dog and comes out and tells me they're not doing any more walk-ins today. So, great, glad I left work early for nothing.I understand they only have the one groomer, but he could've popped out any time in that 44min period just to tell me he probably wouldn't be able to get to me!!!I'd probably still be annoyed but not enough to leave a review. I do know I won't make this mistake again and will just go to petsmart down the street. Their website says they're open until 9pm for grooming.

Raine was our groomer and I loved her. She did a great job and cut Sonny exactly like I requested. She was very good with Sonny and helped to relieve some of his anxiety by spending some extra time with him after she completed his grooming. I was very pleased with how Sonny's appointment came together and will return to Raine for sure.

Leslie is the best groomer at this location. She truly listens to how exactly I want my dog to look like. She is very sweet to my little baby, which to me that is the most important thing. My dog loves her. I've never had a single issue. I love bringing my dog with Leslie!

My groomer, Lizzy, took the time to listen to my desires and end-goal for my black Labrador's grooming experience that day and made suggestions on how to achieve that. I asked about extra brushing as Shelby (my Lab) has such a thick, dense coat and had been shedding a great deal. I also wanted to be sure she used a good shampoo and rinsed extra well as sometimes she comes out with an oily residue feeling. Lizzy suggested the de-shedding package which includes extra brushing and an upgraded deshedding shampoo and conditioner. Shelby came out absolutely BEAUTIFUL, soft and silky, well rinsed and with a nicely thinned out coat! Lizzy did an EXCELLENT job!!!

They took the time to listen to my concerns and needs for my dog. After grooming was completed, the groomer took the time to let me know how my dog responded to grooming. My dog was happy, calm, and looking good when I picked her up. Very happy with results.

The Pet Groomers were gentle with my 3 rescues, and gave them first class baths and haircuts. I always come to PetCo to let them groom my dogs. Natalie took care of two of my dogs, and another groomer took my one oldest. I’m sorry I don’t recall her name, but the receipt mentioned partners 35 and17.

My Cairn Terrier no longer looks like a Terrier. Her bangs and hair around her head, neck and mouth are gone. The body and ears shows patches and uneven areas. I'm so upset!

Please don't take or buy anything from this store! Horrible hygiene pet wise and management wise. They treated us like criminals, when all I wanted to do was buy a pet for my daughters birthday. She was so nasty!!!
