Groomer's first time taking care of Pearl. She had a challenging task due to some matted areas, which she did an awesome job fixing. Pearl is very sensitive about her feet and the groomer did a very good job with her furry pads. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, kindness and care she provided for Pearl and towards me. She reassured me she could do the job and she did an excellent job!

Brought in my Goldendoodle and let him know that I wanted him to look like the Petco ad that they have in the store. He took my dog back to see if he can brush him out. He came back and said that he will have to do a lot of combing, but it’s doable. Once we agreed on a blade length he had me sign their contract. He charged me $50 more for the comb work he suggested. As long as my dog will look like the poster I’m fine with it. I came to pick up my dog and he told me that he had to go shorter on the blade that I signed off on. I asked him why is he still charging me the extra combing when there was no combing involved, he just shaved him. Overall dissatisfied, no communication and I felt he decided to do what was easier for him to accomplish. The groomer is Gabriel(Gabe), at SW Military location.

Dropped my dog off an hour early before an appointment, never and issue, show up 15 minutes early. Can't do it. Another reason not to take our dog to lease chain places. Expected me to wait and said her hair cut is more important than being on time to my job. Without a job, how do you expect me to pay for your services? Three times in a row, never an issue dropping off an hour early until now. Go locally owned, not corporate chained companies. Because of this, VetCo also lost my business along with buying dog food from this place. 100% trash because I'm able to drop her off one hour before but not now?

Stylists Lissa was amazing, so caring and so attentive to my fur baby. I don't think I can choose anyone else to tend to my pet. Super awesome service. If it's your first time booking an 8am service there is door to the left can go in since the main doors will not open at that time.

Got charged for a full hair cut and the add on of the neck and bum. He still smelled and had dirty arms and legs. His haircut was ruined not even. Hair stylist gave recommendations that didn’t seem right. When called the store to speak to manager she stated I’m not showering him again even though she also said the stylist should have and was extremely rude!!

My pup Luna was nervous . They calmed her down before taking her to the back. Loved her haircut not what I expected. This was my first time bringing her here and it’s better than taking her to other places where we have to leave them all day.

Gabriel has always been my personal favorite as a dog groomer He's very gentle with my sensitive Chihuahua Charlotte and my blue heeler Luna and making sure they're dew claws are always cut and they are never stressed out I've always had good experiences with him He's very kind and patient

Customer service would be non existent if the customer didn't have the option to stand directly in front of them. They spoke to each other and friends over the customer in line. They were unknowledgable on the company's own practices and policies. This will be the one and only time I bring my dog here for grooming services.

I been going here last five years bc it is very close to me but I always feel that we don’t get the treatment we should get if we need help with customer service with coupons. No wants to explain or help. The manager has no emotion towards the pets we leave. I feel her staff are more friendly than her she really to work on customer’s service. I know she has a responsibility but a friendly smile for tne customers that come every month she needs to put more effort. I also work with customer and it is very important to make make sure each customer feels special especially when we leave our pets with you for 3 to 4 hours. I’m sorry but everything’s else is good.

I received a confirmation text that had a different time for my appointment than I had scheduled (I have Lupus with is a medical disability so I forget things). I showed up at new time, I show staff text. Employee apologizes and says that my old appointment time was correct (now 2hrs early for old apt). I leave end up getting stuck in traffic arrive 30 minutes late and get told I’m to late for appointment by manager in a rude, intense manner. Before, I could explain what happened earlier I just left. New manager is not very professional.

It was for a bath & nail trim. No complaints at all. I use this company for last minute washings...like if the boys get into mud or something, and I just want a quick service.The only thing is the wait area or register is right in the path of customers arriving for the store and customers leaving with their purchases... it can get veeeerrrryyy tight while waiting for one of the groomers to recognize you... go put up their doggie that they are working on and come out to assist you...That's the worst part of dropping off & pick up. Last time, I didn't even get a progress card on how the boys did. I won't knock off stores.. but it is rough navigating and not feeling like you are in the way. I would like this store to get some more shopping baskets that you push.. not having them prevent me for getting all that I need.

It's a ok place to go, but I will not due the product that I'd bought. I'd purchased a plug in that is designed to keep my 🐶 calm during the new year. Spent about $60 for the plug in and it didn't work. My 🐶 still was hiding behind my bar or sofa when 🎇 was being commenced. It was a waste of money and will never go there again. Customer service is OK, but it does not congruent on what I'd paid.

Had my chihuahua groomed today and he absolutely was unhappy. Arriving in store was a cluster. They were not on time, nor very friendly. Pick up was not any better, confusion over location of my dog.Time to find a more pet friendly groomer

I called to schedule an appointment to get my dog routinely groomed. When I asked if they had any openings for the weekend the response I got was short and rude, "Nope, nope, call back Tuesday."I decided to wait and called back the following weekend instead. I had to call 3 times before someone finally answered from the grooming department. The person who answered was also rude and said "call back Monday at 7:30."This is the last time I call Petco! If you're busy, I get it, that's still no reason to be rude. Also, the last time I had taken my dog to be groomed at this Petco, I was not happy with the job that was done. My dog came back smelling like stinky wet dog. Her hair was barely trimmed, and her nails were not trimmed. Even though they said they did trim her nails. Definitely never going back, especially for the $65 they charge.

Try to get my dog Mollie checked in at 1245pm and was told no since groomer was not in until 1pm. I was already told earlier when I called checking my dog in at 1245 would be fine but not. I booked the salon service for 1 to 305 online so I went back before service was done to prepay and was told my dog wouldn't get done until 5pm because my dog was not dry. I asked for a teddy bear cut and what I ended up with was not even close. She now looks like a rat very unattractive I'm very disappointed of the service I was given especially since this was her 1st visit at Petco.

Groomer Gabriel was AMAZING! I hate going to big corp businesses with my dogs. And today I was so surprised and very relieved that this man was so gentle!The cashier Edmond was also just over the top knowledgeable and so pleasant!I highly recommend this place. The experience was memorable and because of employees like this I will be back!

It was my first time ever taking my dog to a groomer today and I wasn’t too sure what to expect or if my dog would even be okay with a stranger giving him a bath since he was so frightened with baths at home. Let me just say, my pupper loved it here, he came out so excited, smelling clean and fresh, and was even whining to go back when we were leaving! Came here for a bath and teeth cleaning, left with a very happy pupper. Cindy gets an A++, will definitely be coming back here again.

Cindy is the best groomer I’ve met. She’s so friendly, she great at explaining things and truly cares about your animal. I see groomers all the time being extremely rough with an animal and it makes them scared. Cindy is not that person. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I refer people to her all the time.

Young lady that helped me (Cindy) was very helpful in describing/presenting different options. Upon pick up of my pet she again described work performed and asked me if I was okay with what she described. Over all she presented great communication and worthy of a 10 score.

Brought my dog for her second grooming appointment at this location, I must say Jordan has been AMAZING! Zoeys hair cuts come out great no complaints, he even gave me a call half way through her grooming with and update and time frame on how much longer he will need. Definitely bring Zoey back to see Jordan!

Well the ears are not even. Around the mouth uneven and they are very noticeable. We asked to leave bangs they were over cut. The back of her top is unevenly cut. How ever I understand thing happen. I know you can fix this problem if we take her back. For someone to take care of this.

We have been there before. Staff is very accommodating. In our case, the dog had gotten into a pig rut and was covered in mud. We were leaving to go out of town, so it was a slightly emergent situation. No problem getting him in and out quickly and for this reason alone, I will continue to go there. Thanks!
