This is a smaller satellite location. The product selection seems acceptable but customer service is poor at best.There’s a young lady with dark long hair and glasses who says she’s the manager. She seems truly annoyed and put off by any semblance of a question. After providing a brief response, she awkwardly stares at you making you feel so very uncomfortable, you quickly say ok thank you and walk away. Twice it’s happened.Also, the employees need to learn proper pet etiquette as it’s not ok to reach out having filthy hands at the register, to pat my child on the head. You wouldn’t do that to a human baby, so how is this any different. It is also, not ok to give a treat to our pets, without asking first. Especially in this time of the scary unknown canine illness in the news.Pet parents, be aware.

Today my dog was groomed and I spent a $100 and A donation And my dog did not have a bow or a handkerchief.And my dog did not smell of perfume.

There isn't a salon at this location, but there is a self-service bath. It's gorgeous and well stocked. My only complaint would be the lack of towels/quality of the towels. My dogs coat soaked through 3 towels in minutes. Makes blow drying take too long. The staff here is the most attentive I've experienced. And they always let me know of alternatives or store policies on things as they come up. This is my new favorite location.

Outstanding self-service dog wash with all the amenities that a dog lover would have at home; plus more. Bell was super helpful and knowledgeable regarding getting some food for our family dog. Will certainly be back and highly recommend for anyone wanting to get their family pet washed, dried, and smelling fantastic. Thank you Petco for having the wash bays clean and ready to go! Sincerely a dog lover.
