I wish I knew the name of the women who helped me, but she was so sweet and helpful. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left she was super helpful. Usually when workers ask if they can help me find anything my anxiety kicks in and I'm like nah it's OK. But she was super easy to talk to.

I go there frequently(not as often as I should) to bathe my dogs. The facilities to groom your dog makes it so easy, wish I found Petco earlier. Got few supplies for new doggo. This is a big guy couldn't have managed at home. Plus no mess!

As a birthday gift for my niece, we have bought her a parakeet, a cage, food, and toys. At about the 10th day the parakeet unexpectedly died. We returned to the store to make a return, as they have a 30-day return policy. Since we assumed the bird died due to loneliness, we decided to buy her two more. Once again, after the 10th day of purchase, one of them died, and then the following day, the second one died. We are extremely upset, and frustrated since it is a huge emotional trauma for my niece. Now we are stuck we a bunch of toys, and a cage that we will no longer use.

Sold and delivered me a bag of food with a huge gash in it that was clumsily taped shut with packing tape. Not acceptable at all. I am not going to shop at Petco ever again.

4/5 swag. Not a great fan of this Petco. Very small and didn't have everything I needed for my pet rat. Had to drive 30 minutes to find another pet store that had the food my rat desired. Basically, my rat almost starved to death because of this Petco.(Don't forget to watch the new move Minions: The Rise of Gru in Theatres on July 1)

The staff here is amazing. While this location is small, the service offered here is not. Staff is personable, professional, knowledgeable and genuine. Great for dogs and cats. Puppy Playtime is a good way to socialize your pet and get a feel for their trainers.

We went in to bath one of our dogs. Everything was great giving her a bath. The price has increased. The girl at the counter was professional but not especially friendly. I probably won't go back.

This place is a God-send. Had an issue with my kitten who got spayed on Friday - at my vet, but they were closed for the holiday - went in to get some advice and they went beyond and above to help me. Thank you, thank you, thank you vetco total care - your staff are truly angels!

I went there to 1. help keep my dog cool and 2. we were waiting on the Vanguard van to show up so that I could pick up flea and heartworm meds. But before I could get the meds, my dog had to be weighed. It was too hot to wait outside in the parking lot, so we went inside Petco. The clerk gave my dog some water and I bought almost 3/4 of a pound of chicken flavored dog biscuits. This Petco is not as big as a PetSmart however all the clerks were helpful and knowledgeable.

This may be a smaller petco but their staff is large when it comes to the care, love & knowledge they provide for you and your pet. I visit this petco at less once a week, I have never had a bad experience! Even if a product I needed was out of stock the staff was quick to offer a solution or the times I have called the store they are giving me 110% customer service over the phone!I love that they have an affordable self dog wash too!

I moved about 6 mths ago to another side of town. The Calibur of the staff, cleanliness of the baths/store, and selection of items has my loyalty; I will drive my dog through 1604 traffic just to patronize this location. She is 70lbs and we live in an apartment, so the bathing station is a dream for me!Towels, soaps, brushes and the best part for me ... A blow dryer for my thick, double coated pupper. And the staff never makes you feel bad about making a mess (we try not to) but the radius for splash when she shakes the water off is impressive.Price went up to $12 but still soooo worth it.Thank you to all the staff for making the store somewhere you want to shop.

Customer service is very poor. This is already the 3rd time I've come to visit and have gotten turned down for self wash station for a number of reasons. Stations are broken, stations need to be cleaned, Store hours read close at 7pm and a sign on the door reads self washes end at 6pm... but I've been denied at 5pm with no accommodation or even effort to accommodate.

I bought my cat the coolest toy. He plays with it for hours. I also got him some neck ties. So cute. Super expensive place tho.
