The self-wash station here, where you can bathe your dog yourself, is terrific! The large, raised stainless steel tub has warm water & you are supplied with a "spa" basket with shampoo, conditioner, brushes & towels. They have a blow-dry platform, too, like groomers use. It's easy on your back to wash your pet while standing upright & the provided apron helps you stay dry. Having said all that, we only go during cold weather months as it's doubled in price since we started going here. It's $20 now to give your dog a bath yourself. The same day, I paid $8 for a basic car wash. At that price point, we'll continue to bathe our dog in the backyard with a garden hose during the warm season. They have a rewards program but we don't go often enough to want to mess with it. IMHO the employees are oddly aggressive in trying to get your phone number & sign you up.

The dog bath hours are not listed anywhere and had no idea they were different than the store hours. I arrived yesterday at around 6:30 pm or so and the cashier told me the dog bath closed at 6. I dont get off work until 5pm and drove a pretty good distance just for the girl at the counter to not care one bit. Even after telling her this, she could have at least grabbed a manager to see of they could accomodate me. I had two Golden Retrievers that needed bathed and they always get treats and toys afterward. Any manager would have seen this as a lost revenue potential and accomodated me. Do better or I'll simply do business elsewhere.

This was the first time going to PETCO with an animal.ive gone before and I didn't have my dog with me so I just went in n out.so this time I took my dog and I was very disappointed in THE STAFF, MERCHANDISE,PRICES,CLUTTER IN STORE. I WALKED IN THE STORE AND I WAS NOT GREETED THEY DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE MY PUPPY. AS I LOOKED AROUND THE STORE THERE WAS A GUY THAT WAS STOCKING THE SHELVES AND HE KEPT FOLLOWING ME AROUND THE STORE AS IF I WAS GONNA STEAL SOMETHING VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.THE STORE WAS OUT OF MOSTLY EVERYTHING THAT I WANTED. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOT ONCE DID AN EMPLOYEE ASK ME IF I NEEDED HELP WITH FINDING SOMETHING OR IF I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING PARTICULAR.NOT ONCE BUT HE SURE DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM FOLLOWING ME AROUND THE STORE. I LOST COUNT OF THE MERCHANDISE THAT WAS IN THE WRONG SPOT SO THE PRICE WAS WRONG WHEN I WENT TO PAY. MERCHANDISE WAS ALL IN THE WRONG SPOT.AND STORE WAS SO SMALL I KEPT HITTING EVERYTHING WITH MY BASKET KNOCKING STUFF OVER AND I HAD MY DOG WITH ME WE COULD BARELY FIT OUR BASKET IN THE ISLES.HORRIBLE..THEN AS I WENT TO PAY.THE GIRL DIDNT EVEN SAY HELLO,HOW ARE YOU,NOTHING SHE WAS SO RUDE.THEN IF YOU HAVE A MEMBERSHIP YOU GET A DISCOUNT ON CERTAIN ITEMS I HAD TO TELL HER THAT I WANTED TO SIGN UP FOR MEMBER SHIP SO I COULD GET DISCOUNT. SO I BOUGHT ABOUT 60.00 WORTH OF STUFF AND SHE ASKED ME DO YOU WANT TO BUY SOME BAGS FOR .10 CENTS. I SAID NO THANK YOU. I FINISH PAYING THE GIRL SAID THANK YOU.I SAID YOUR NOT GONNA PUT MY STUFF IN A BAG. SHE REPLIED I ASKED YOU IF YOU WANTED TO BUY A COUPLE OF BAGS? I SAID Y'ALL CHARGE FOR BAGS TO CARRY MY STUFF IN THAT I JUST SPENT 60 DOLLARS ON.SHE SAID YES WE CHARGE .10 PER BAG.I WAS SPEECHLESS. SO I HAD TO BUY 3 BAGS SO I COULD PUT MY Y STUFF IN CAUSE I WASN'T ABOUT TO CARRY ALL THE STUFF JUST LIKE THAT..I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO ANY OF THESE STORES.NOT TO MENTION EVERYTHING WAS OVER PRICED.👎👎👎😡😡😡😡🙎🙎🙎🙎🙎I FIGURED SINCE IT WAS A PET STORE THAT THEY WOULD HAVE A LEAST ACKNOWLEDGED MY DOG OR GIVE HIM A LITTLE TREAT. NOPE THEY ACTED LIKE HE DIDNT EVEN EXIST..I CANT BELIEVE HOW RUDE AND UNHELPFUL THE EMPLOYEES WERE 😡😡😡🙎🙎🙎👎👎

Thank you Amber / I think of you and Petco as a place I never want to see again. I know this was a small purchase and not worth more then this review. But you should not be a manager anywhere if you are you going to sing about a lifetime warranty from Petco that does not exist.You see I asked Amber if Petco would match Amazon for a Aquarium pump? She said no we do not match Amazon. And I had no problem with this... but then she went one more step and said to me I could buy that pump on Amazon but for $8 more if I bought it with Petco they would honor a lifetime warranty with the original receipt..... She then said for $8 more Isn't is worth it?I thought you are correct Amber! That is a great offer I did not know about your Petco store. Went home and kept the box and receipt in a safe spot like a lottery ticket. Fast forward 7 months and the pump just stopped working. Told my wife do not worry I bought it from Petco and I have the receipt. I sent my assistant to Petco and told her to please pick up a new one. Amber was there to greet her and explain how that is not going to happen?Amber said you only have 30 days for a return like that? I asked to speak to Amber and she remembered me and how I showed her the lower price on Amazon.....I told her if she remembers that.. then she should recall I was one button from having it sent home the next day but went with her offer of the Petco warranty????? I asked what am I missing ? she said over the phone that never happened and she would not honor that...Again the amount of money is small but this is not write.So I bought a replacement on Amazon and I am sure and Petco will be just fine moving forward without me.Thanks again for no alternative resolution or attemptto resolve this issue.I am over this now and over Petco

I like to Self-Wash my 2 Shiba Inu’s here, my son bathes Hana, the 2-year old female, while I wash Tadashi, the 4-year old male. Petco recently bumped up the price from $15 to $20, but it still is a great price. They provide a bottle of Shampoo and a bottle of Conditioner, 5 towels an apron and a 2 brushes. It includes the hair dryer too. Occasionally my pups poop or pee in the store, but it’s OK cause there are spare paper towels spray cleaner and poop bags to clean after them. They come out squeaky clean and ready to sleep on my kid’s bed at least tonight. No more though, cause mom won’t approve them on their beds, they shed so much hair every day, you could fill a pillow with their hair.

This particular Petco is a small one and doesn't carry as many items as the bigger stores, but it still offers everything you really need for your pets. I prefer this store over other stores. Customer service is always excellent as well! Highly recommended.

Every time I go to this location. They are always friendly and great customer service. One of the cashier's a gentleman who i didn't get his name but twice i got him and he was awesome helping us get crickets that we need for our pet. Next time I go in defiantly going to get his name he was very helpful and deserves to be recognized. Thanks for your store's awesome service.

I didn’t even know this store existed till today. I had a not so good experience at a different store earlier in the day. The lady manager and I didn’t get her name who was working on Sunday Sept 26 in the afternoon was amazing. She listened to me and my situation. She was willing to honor the discount I had received via email from my Petco rewards. I recommend this store above any other Petco that I have been to due to how kindly I was treated today. Kudos to this lady and her staff. Wonderful experience.

I have been coming to this petco for about two years for the dog self wash but recently it is not worth the money. They do not give you as much products as before and what they give you is watered down shampoo and conditioner. NOT WORTH $23. Will not be returning to bathe my dogs here.

Have two fostering husky puppies that were cover with fleas. The staff helped me with everything. This was their first human contact and they did very good considering their first bath. This is my favorite store. Staff is always smiling, they are very knowledgeable, and friendly. Always letting me know about promotions and savings, and reminding me of events that occur.I love to see that the staff here loves animals, since the company specializes in pets. I always bring my dog where he is greeted with treats and greets!

I usually come to this place for small last minute items but this morning I came in for some flea medicine for my dog. They had the medication in a locked cabinet but the employee didn’t have keys for the cabinet…really wish I could get the last 20 mins of my time back.

We came into the store to give our newest fur baby her 1st bath. The staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. It's a really small store but the staff make up for what the store lacks size wise. My only complaint is there is no where outside of the store for our baby to go potty.

Terrible customer service. No one offered to help me. When I asked for a product that clearly said online was in stock, guy said they don't have it without checking. Went to Petco on 410 and they said that they should've helped me and probably didn't want to go look for the product for me. Don't go there unless you like shopping in a messy store and being ignored.

We have a large dog with a lot of hair making it hard to bathe him at home. The self wash area of this store made it much easier. They even provide shampoo, brushes, towels and blow dryers. I will definitely be taking my pup back here again.
